A terrific shoot. Dom did a splendid job engaging with two sets of patrons at the same time. He was friendly, professional and did a good job of selling me clothing without ever being pushy.I had the added treat of really enjoying my fellow customers.Product is practical, stylish and you can even get made to measure versions of the clothing. I much prefer this store to Ministry of Supply which offers a similar product but with none of the personal engagement and customization.

Excellent, high-quality athletic fit dress clothes for men. Dom Chapa, the store manager, was friendly and accommodating and went above and beyond his job description by keeping the store open for us so we could travel there from Park Ridge Illinois. We needed to purchase a tapered dress shirt for a bodybuilder to wear for a wedding here in Chicagoland. The Fabrics were excellent and the sizing and fit were perfect. I really appreciate the State and Liberty Clothing Company for muscular and athletic men. Five stars!

Came across State and Liberty after an awful experience at Bonobos across the street, and thank God I did. My wife and I received a warm welcome from Paul and Dominick, the two gents working there.I hadnt heard anything about the brand before seeing Athletic Fit on the window, so I got the full rundown of their mission and story behind their clothes. I mentioned I was in the market for some new dress pants after tearing a recent pair. I wear them fitted and the material usually has no flexibility - not the first time its happened. Finding clothes that fit me due to my build is hard enough, but dress clothes are even more difficult. I tried a pair of their pants on, and that was it... game over. Ive never worn something so comfortable and that fit snug with the perfect amount of breathing room - not even from Lululemon. And the crazy thing is, theyre dress pants.Since the pants were such a success (Bought two pair), I had to try the shirts. Same deal here - the fit was perfect and you can tell they were made with quality material. They carry both classic and trendy patterns. I almost pulled the trigger on a full suit but I had to pump the brakes a bit after adding two shirts to the pants. One of the best aspects of the whole interaction was the service - Paul and Dominick were extremely helpful and attentive. I highly recommend swinging by to try on their stuff, especially if you have a bigger or athletic build. I will definitely be back.

My husband is 64 270 - tall & stacked - love him - regardless, these shirts look so, so amazing on him. No need for tailoring - he got the XXXL and it fits his chest, tapers to his waist, no need to tuck at all. Also, the fabric quality and weight is perfect for a guy who always runs hot. To add their customer service is 100% legit, one shirt was a bit tight and they quickly responded with a solution - no questions asked! I went here to return some shirts I bought on their online website due to sizing and the attendant their was happy to exchange it. Overall quality stuff and friendly attendant! I will be coming here for my dress shirt and pants for now on.

If you have an athletic build, this shirt is for you! I cant stand it when I tuck in my shirt and it bulges up in the back. S&L shirts there is no bulge. Form fitting and great quality!!!
