BEST OAKLEY STORE IN THE GALAXY!!! I have been shopping at this Oakley store on Lincoln Road for over 10 years — always with friendly, personalized, and above-and-beyond-the-call-of-duty advice and assistance. If you have not tried the new rose gold lenses you have not seen the quantum universe the way it was meant to be seen. Check out the Oakley store. You will be very pleasantly surprised.

It was a pleasant experience. I Find out today (thanks to Glad) that I can use the military discount in the store(same as Oakley Standard Issue). Glad as always knowledgeable, kind, and attentive. She refer me to the prescription Oakley’s expert in aventura mall store. Dany, I believe was in training, did also an amazing job (great spirit and energy). Definitely, this experience gives me more reasons to comeback this an amazing American brand. Thank You, Glad and Dany.

You dont get 5 star service in many places in Miami beach. My family came in to buy 2 pairs of glasses and the Manager, Glad, provided outstanding customer service. She was friendly, a pleasure to talk to and she spent time putting together all different color combinations for custom glasses. We really had fun shopping at the store. We will def return in the future.

This place looks great, but the staff wasnt as friendly and as helpful as the staff in sawgrass mall location. Since my girlfriend and I walked into the store the staff just stares at us, watching our movements as I browsed through the selection that were offered. Assuming since Im from out of state, the staff may have felt the need to watch us just in case but they were watching the wrong people. A family came in and the mother of the family walked out with a pair of glasses like it was nothing and no one from the staff batted an eye.

I had lost a temple arm on a pair of holbrook bought in France. They offered me to buy just a frame which was at 40$. This was a great deal and the service was really good !

My experience at this Oakley location was superb! The employees were extremely helpful and kind, especially Giancarlo. I would highly recommend Oakley as a top brand choice to anyone. Also, the store is beautiful and has a great variety of glasses and clothing!

Not just a sunglass store but plenty of other items especially clothing and what I was looking for which was golf apparel. Friendly and helpful staff as well because they got a shirt out of the back that was not on display that ideally fit my needs.

My insurance provider has Oakley store as a provider for prescription glasses. I live on miami beach dont have a car to drive around. We went and the store staff said that they are required by law to say they are prescription providers but dont actually have it. That I had to drive to Oakley in Aventura..... I have been purchasing Oakley s for over 10 years buying over 11 pairs through out and hate prescription glasses but accepted because I can at least get them from Oakley.... and yet I cannot. False advertising. Please just take down that Oakley store in Lincoln Rd is prescription Provider. Thank you.

In that place they usually have discounts of certain products. Good promotions The girls they serve are the best. They look for sizes and products in the warehouse and always with a smile. The safety pin is the glasses cleaner.
