One of the best and busiest smoke shops in our city, customer service is out the roof, they know what they are selling and not only that, they know how to handle different types of groups of people at the same time. They recommend me a product for CBD and wowowowowow it was the best. Thanks to them I go buy my products there all the time! One last thing, incase you don’t see that they have something you have been wanting let them know, they will probably have it in the next couple of days !!

Great customer service,. Michael was the best. Other customer.service.employees should learn from him! This was our 3rd.visit to the store. First two vapes we bought were sadly stolen. When we went back we chose a more expensive SMOK kind, same but in different colors. One for me, one for my husband. Was having difficulty changing the coil. The owner offered to fix it for us, but we could still pick two vapes at 50% discount and he will still fix our other vapes. We did just that. Michael made sure he orders more coils for the specific vapes we got, so when we come back they are in stock. We recommend this vape store to everyone looking for one. We have already told and sent friend over to this one, knowing they will be happy and well taken care of. Great store, plenty of selections and knowledgeable staff.

I’m a new vaper. Love nicotine, hate the smoke. Came in for my first proper device. Far as I can tell they have a great selection. Prices are not the lowest but service is excellent and customer support is on point. Mostly I just want to say this is a very well run business with knowledgeable, friendly staff. They helped me select a device and we had a lovely chat. I felt right at home. I spent more than I’d expected but it was an easy buy because they made me want to support their business through good customer care and personalized service. I’ll refill here whenever I’m in Miami.
