Showed up at 10:40 and they were still closed (store sign and online say open at 10).Also store has tried charging me $10 for a grabba leaf because “there is a shortage” which ended about a week later and I’m pretty sure that’s price gouging lol.Further more every employee I’ve spoken too is on their 2 week “unpaid training” and when I come back 2 weeks later there’s always a new person. Kinda fishy. Almost like they never pay employees, super sketchy. (Probably explains why they weren’t open today at 10:00. Another person realized they are never getting paid and quit lol)Great selection tho. Some things are fairly priced so I go for these. Aka bowls, vapes, screens, slides, bongs, hookah and accessories, things you can only get from a smoke shop. If it’s available elsewhere though, go elsewhere.

Chris was rude and unprofessional. Never going there again.

I have been to many many Vape Shops up and down the East Coast and this is one of my very top 3. A must shop at. Great prices, excellent customer service and very knowledgeable! It is worth driving the extra miles to shop there for me!! Hands down amazing!!

If I could leave zero stars I would. The lady that works there with the colorful hair was extremely rude to me when I explained that I wanted to change a disposable nicotine device since the one they sold me was burnt. They recommend testing it in the store but that requires for your mask to be off and violates Covid regulations. Which also, she was not wearing a mask and was walking around the store putting things in the shelves. There wasn’t hand sanitizer and the place is rather small, and plenty of people were inside. Will never go here again.

Definitely a hidden gem inside this plaza. Great selection of glass, herbals, etc. The lighting is perfect in here and the light wood floors are really nice. Alex was super helpful with my questions. Highly recommend this shop and all the rest! A+++

I just quit smoking and I am using a e-cigarette. I am totally new to this so when my little vaporizer stopped working I had no idea what to do. I ran into this shop in the middle of a nicotine jonesing crises and the guy that works there was so very helpful. He immediately told me that I needed to charge my little machine and he also showed me exactly how to do it and gave me more tips that I am extremely grateful for. The best one was breathe deep and relax. LOL this is the place where Im going to from now on for all of my vaping needs.

Was hired trained for 5 hours from 4pm-9pm on monday may 21st 2018. I had a personal issue the next day couldnt work went by today to speak about getting paid for my hours but i was responded by albert the manager that he was not going to pay me because theres no proof i worked when hes the one who was training me! Unfortunately its a risk buying cbd cartridges here. My daughter got one that was defective, not working in any of her other vape pens or even mine though the other cartridges worked just fine. She demonstrated this, and even the owner at the shop tried and still said no exchange was possible because it had been opened ! So if you are willing to throw away $50 or more, come here. Any other vape shop would honor wanting to keep a customer satisfied. Why would she go back there for more purchases after this ? And for that matter no one else we know will go now because we will let make sure everyone knows, this is not a good faith shop. Ready to rip you off. So disappointed. She hust wanted to exchange for one that works ! Learn to stand by your products, customers and your retention and referrals will be greater

Went in and bought a 50 vape pen. Broke 3 days later and was told that since i used it i couldnt return it. I bought a new one and when i asked how much extra coils were the lady told me $6.99. When i returned 4 days later to buy one they were jacked up to $24.99. Ive been going there since it open and wont ever return!
