The young lady greeted me right away, and I was looking for something a small pipe I wanted and she suggested the PERFECT one right away, & I want to say it’s one of the best purchases I’ve made for smoke accessories! She signed me up for their rewards, and again was just so pleasant that I can’t wait to go back & I live in broward. I don’t think some businesses realize that memorable and happy service will keep someone coming back or in the least raving about your company (I tell all my friends in Miami to go there now). I bought two glass pipes, one was cracked under the price tag. The manager “helped” me by providing a discount on the pipe since it was the only one of its kind in stock.Today I decided to buy a separate glass nectar collector and it was also cracked once I arrived home and took a good look at it. Now the same manager states she would “help” by giving me a discount on a new item. Terrible service, assuming that I damaged the product bought only HOURS ago. Nice lady, but the exchange policy is horrible. Have more faith in your Brickell customers, whom at the end of the day, can afford a new item from your store. Instead of holding yourselves accountable to the BROKEN things you sell. I’m never coming back.

Long story short:Expensive, poor costumer service and they dont have a good variety in e-liquidsMy experience here:I went there a couple of days ago, it took me 10 min to been attended, only one lady working at the time. The logo says If you vape or smoke it, we have it... well, they didnt have the Mango flavor that I wanted it with the same amount of nicotine, so I bought another flavor.... and it was really expensive... not only that, each coil for my tarot nano cost around 4$ here.

One of the best smoke shops in Miami from their vast array of products to their customer service. One of the employees, I believe his name was Raul, had helped me recently with purchasing a new vape for my collection.He took his time with introducing me to the G pen and all of its features. Brickell Smoke Shop is the best. During this time of COVID-19 the shop stayed open for takes out services with the same excellence as before. Even in this hot summer and during this heat, Yessy and Tina were great, patient and good natured. They fixed my tank which o thought was ready to throw out, changed it with a new cable and filled mg tank with new juice. Rarely is anything ever out-of-stock; so you can be confident that youll find what you need on a regular basis. And the staff is super-friendly! Loren has assisted me on several occasions. She is amiable, courteous, and professional; and Ive witnessed her ability to manage several costumers (while simultaneously training a brand-new employee!) with grace and patience. 👍👍

The fairest prices and most attentive staff. I needed a specific butane refill for different lighters.Tina helped with finding the perfect universal refill. It was also a pretty good price for the size. Definitely recommended.

The variety of vapes and flavors are the highlight of the store, however the customer service left something to be desired. The first time I visited the store, I was met with a very friendly, young black woman who was sweet and helped me pick the product that was best for me.The second time I visited, the cashier was completely rude and dismissive, and talked in a rather angry, impatient tone. She was pale woman with dark hair. I asked her to repeat the vape flavors, and she responded in an aggressive, hostile tone, as if she was irritated with my question. Im not sure if she was simply having a bad day, or if shes always rude to all customers, but Im not visiting this store again. Regardless of whether she had a good day, I work in customer service, and one should never take your anger out on the customers. Perhaps because I was black, or a young woman, but she was very condescending and hostile, as if she was angry at me. She was also smoking on the job. It was very unprofessional. I am a paying customer and there was no reason for that aggressive, hostile tone.Im honestly surprised that woman is allowed to be a cashier; she was agressive, hostile and just plain rude.The store has a large variety of vape pens, flavors, and CBD, but that cashiers attitude turned me away. Everyone else that I met has been kind and sweet. I hope that the manager trains the staff on customer service, specifically her, so this doesnt happen again.

Immediately yes, theyre nice and helpful, but 5 seconds later theyre off to the next customer so dont expect the customer service to stick around. Not the cheapest but with the great selection, well worth it. Overall its obvious they try, I wouldnt keep going there otherwise.
