Edible Arrangements needsmore help and better customer service. After being on hold with the Miami location for about 20mins for them to tell me the order was transferred to another store (Coral Gables) with any notice prior to placing. Upon calling Coral Gables store they informed me that they couldn’t process the refund since the order wasn’t originally placed through them. It would be great to let your customers know about changes being made to their order prior to delivery. A wasted surprise thanks to Edible Arrangements.
Decent experience. Was on hold multiple times for 20+ minutes and the delivery was delayed. Overall 4/10 experience due to their customer service and lack of punctuality. They did change the delivery address the day of so I appreciate that but no customer should have to be on hold every time for almost 30 minutes.
Great experience! David, at the store in the Chase building near bayside, made accommodations to make sure that my order was delivered on time (since it was a school, they work around closing times). He was very helpful and sent out a driver to specifically deliver my order because by the time the other driver on route would have gone to my area, the school would have been closed. Thank you David!!! Very happy. I got a picture of my order when it was delivered, and it looked really cute!
I am beyond disappointed in this store. I ordered an arrangement for my daughters 15th birthday and was assured that it would be delivered on her birthday. She was leaving the next day to travel out of town and I only ordered because they assured me that they would deliver it on her birthday. This store is about 2 miles from the delivery location. She waited all day for the delivery but it never arrived. I called the store 30 minutes before they were supposed to close but they did not answer. The delivery was in a gated community and security confirmed that there was no delivery attempt. I also have confirmation on the ring doorbell that there was no delivery attempt. I called the next morning as soon as they opened and was told that no one was home for delivery the day before which was a total lie. They assured me that they would deliver it right away. 3 hours later, it still had not been delivered. I tried to call the store back and even though their posted store hours say that they were open, no one would answer the phone. The delivery finally arrived as she was getting in the Uber to head to the airport. She had to throw the arrangement away since it was not delivered on time and she could not take it with her. I filed a complaint form through the website but never got a response. I called the store and they referred me to the corporate office. They were unable to help me resolve this problem since each store is individually owned. The corporate office contacted the store but they refused to refund my money or offer me a credit as they say the arrangement was delivered. It was not delivered when they said that it would be and they lied about attempting to deliver. I am totally disappointed and will never order from Edible Arrangements again. Beware of ordering from this particular store unless you really do not care when the arrangement will arrive. I have never experienced such poor customer service as I have with this store. It was a total waste of my money.
I had to order a delivery same day and it arrived within 5 hours! I ordered the mini birthday basket and it was perfect for my friend. Everything arrived in good shape, even with a big balloon!
My experience with ordering a box of chocolate dipped strawberries twice for my son from Edible Arrangements in Downtown Miami, FL was amazing!!! Luke was very pleasant, efficient & most accommodating when I placed my order over the phone. The driver, Yans, arrived exactly during my time preference and called my son’s cell phone number in advance to alert him of the delivery. The chocolate dipped strawberries were nicely packaged and tasted fresh & delicious. My son was pleasantly surprised and thrilled with the box of decadent chocolate dipped strawberries! I highly recommend ordering from this Edible Arrangements location and can’t wait to order there for many more celebrations in the future!
Yesterday I spoke to a sales representative and placed an order with specific instructions for my package delivery. Today 4/27/21, I recieved a call from your driver telling me who needs to come and pick up the delivery and so forth. The driver said: You ordered from our sales representative, but I am the driver who isxtelling you, Ive delivered here before and this is how it is I was an inpatient rehab patient for the last 11 days.Your female driver is extremely rude, would not allow me to tell her exactly where the delivery is supposed to go to and assumed she knows everything. This female was rude and only dropped off the package, after I told her where to go and who to ask for. This is absolutely unacceptable behavior and I am steaming. Your driver should be fired immediately.I then called your SE 2 Ave location and the gentleman who answered is either in the wrong profession or needs better customer service skills in speaking to customers. I will never recommend nor order from this Edible Arrangements Store again. I jabe never had such a horrible experience.
DONT BUY AT THIS PLACE,I ordered a delivery for Mother’s Day, and they didn’t deliver on mother day. It was an arrangement of $120.00, it’s a lot of money. Never received the flowers and box of strawberries. They didn’t want to give me a refund. I hope you read this before buying
Only deliver one item out of one had to go pick the other items no one ever pick up the phone 😒 dont know why paid for delivery when I pick up the item never heard from the manager David that was post to call never again ordering from here
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE PLACED AN ORDER AND THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO DELIVER IT AROUND 4:30 I GOT A TEXT SAYING THEY GOT IT FOR ME AND THEN NEVER SHOW UP AND NO ONE ANSWER THE PHONE SO I GOT CHARGED AND NEVER GOT THE PRODUCT I DONT RECOMMEND THIS STORE
First and last time I order from them, they sell perishables and didn’t even bother to deliver to my door. They just left it at lobby. No one called. And the worst part is that when I called to ask why it showed delivered when if wasn’t, they just gave me the most unprofessional excuse, we just hired temp delivery driver’s and that was nothing he can do. Not even a cupon discount. Just totally careless. I can not go down because I caring for a Baby. Aghhh extremely disappointed.

Ada in particular was friendly, helpful and did everything necessary to make sure my order was perfect! Her recommendations and courtesy made my experience even more pleasurable! Undoubtedly the better location between here and Coral Gables. Customer service was prompt and friendly; I didnt run into any trouble placing an order pretty close to the delivery date I needed (which was even more surprising given that it was during the holiday season). They seemed busy, given the activity on the other end of the line, but never made me feel ignored.The fruit was fresh and the chocolate was smooth and delicious. I ordered a 12-piece box of chocolate-covered bananas and apples, and I would definitely recommend either one to anyone any day (though my own bias is definitely toward the bananas).All in all, great service and great products all around. Completely worth the drive.
I place an order that was not delivery, I spend one day and an afternoon of another day trying to contact the store but the never answer the phone. They have my contact number but they never call me to updated about my order. I write to the customer service and still nobody contact me. The charge on my card is still there.
They screwed up my order!!!.. BUT THEN...I called to let them know. I was very angry and upset because they sent the wrong message and it completely ruined the mood and confused the recipient. But the woman I spoke to was extremely apologetic, understanding of my feelings, and kept asking what could they do to make up for it. I felt there was nothing that could be done, the damage was done. She offered to give me a full refund, but I was not interested in a refund. She said she wish she could undo the wrong that was done, but obviously could not. She insisted on sending another arrangement the way it was meant to go in the first place. She convinced me to agree, but I was not convinced it would do any good... well, IT DID.The recipient was not only understanding and happy to receive the right message, but co-workers were ecstatic about being able to enjoying TWO arrangements.I thought there was nothing they could do to make up for the mistake, but they tried so hard, in the end THE RECIPIENT WAS HAPPY and that after all WAS the point.I cant say this location will get orders right the first time or every time, but they will definitely do everything in their power to make up for any mistake to earn your business. EVERYONE makes mistakes, but not everyone will own up to it (especially Miami)... Well they DID.I am very grateful for their diligence and insisting so much on making it up to me and recipient. I will definitely use this location again!!
I ordered an arrangement for my mom for teacher appreciation week (last minute) on Monday morning around 11:00am. I explained to the one of the employees (Jospeh) that the arrangement had to be delivered before school got out at 2:20.Joseph kept me up to date throughout the delivery and made sure that the arrangement made it on time. I am extremely grateful. The only reason why I did not give this review 5 stars is because my mom said that fruits were kind of hard to eat and wished they were sweeter. However, the arrangement looked beautiful and came with a lovely mug.Thank you!

I placed an order through the general site and realized after it was not for same day. I called and the very polite lady over the phone not only changed it for same day (at no additional cost), but also made an exception to have the order delivered last as it was a surprise for someone who works the night shift. Seriously humbled by their customer focus. The gift was a hit!
EXCELLENT Customer Service!!I was in panic mode when I heard the recipient of my arrangement was being discharged from the hospital earlier than anticipated. I called this location directly and the driver opted to reroute his deliveries so mine would get there in time! It was received and they loved it! Thank you to the staff at Edible Arrangements!

I ordered an item for hospital staff before noon and it was delivered fresh and within a few hours. Wish they had more options for delivery. It is expensive.

Horrible service, they delivered the order incomplete, you call them to let them know they messed up, and they get mad at you and give attitude . Ruined the surprise, ruined the occasion . The delivery guy reads the order, acknowledging the balloons were missing and still tried to delivery it incomplete.. wont recommend this place to my worse enemy

The arrangement is presented very beautiful however its extremely expensive and the fruits (specially the strawberries) had an after sour taste that we couldnt enjoy. Not enough chocolate cover strawberries (only 8) on a large $100 basket. The cantaloupe and honey dew were not ripe at all.I will not recommend it and I and extremely disappointed.

Worst service ever. I bought something for Valentines day, they charged me $ 20 delivery with the company policy guarantee by 5:00 pm since it was a hospital and it never got there. When I try to reach the store to find out what happens they never answered. I called corporate, they had me at 45min wait and when they answer and request the information they tried to reach the store themselves and they did not answer them, the only solution they gave me was to call the store manager the next day because they could not reach them and see if I can get a refund for a mistAke they made. By the way the owner located on downtown Miami is the same owner on Coral Gables 235 Miracle Mile Coral gables 33134. They tranferred my order without even telling me from Downtown to Coral Gables.Bottom line they ruined one of my valentine present. And corporate solution was to call the next day and see if I can get my money back.The worst customer service.
