I came into the store because my phone had minor water damage. Daniel was honestly so kind and caring. He was able to repair my phone in about 20 minutes. I originally went to a phone repair store named Dr phone fix in kendall Miami, Florida for a rear cámara and rear glass replacement. This is a quick replacement and it turn out to be a 50 day nightmare. Somehow they damaged another piece of the phone blamed it on the replacement cámara that I had bought online. I never got my money back for this repair which they did not do at all. I basically got threatened by the owner of the store luis saying to pick up my phone cuz he was about to blow up on me. As a customer and retail manager it has been the worst customer service and repair service experience in my entire 42 yrs of existence and i would recommend anyone else to stay away from this phone repair business and establishments. So I called a friend to tell her the issue and referred me to this amazing phone repair store names NBA phone repair in south Miami, Florida. I called the store and spoke to a tech his name is Danny i was extremely amazed with his professionalism, knowledge on phone repair and excellent customer. I arrived at the store 1 hour later after talking to him on the phone and i was immediately greeted by Danny and started to work on my phone right away. He went out of his way to run a free diagnostic on my phone to make sure the phone didnt have any other issues and noticed that NFC wireless charging port had a pink tape like if something was damaged and that caused other charging issues in my phone and other software issues. He also replaced my cámara free of charge because he got in my shoes as a customer and fixed the issue in less than 20 minutes. We need more people out here in this industry like Danny, he made the process comfortable and a pleasant experience 5 STARS to him. I highly recommend this company NBA phone repairs and Danny has your technician to fix any of your electronics needs. I had the best experience with NBA Phone Repair. My computer battery needed to be replaced ASAP because I had a really important MIT final the next day, and Daniel worked extra hard to make sure that happened for me. He and his partner stayed working on my computer a bit over 2.5 hours after closing just to make sure Id be okay. They have real heart, dedication, and skill, and I would highly recommend them for any tech-related fix!!

These guys are awesome!! They changed my cracked screen and it worked well but started to ghost type now and then. Went back and they fixed it while I waited. We talked and laughed the whole time. They know what they’re doing and stand behind their work.

Fixed the back of my iPhone 11 back at the end of April or beginning of May, the owner told me and my husband I had 90 day warranty, which would be up JULY 10TH, 2021(I put it on my calendar, Just in case). The same day I picked up my phone, up until the next afternoon my phone would be on from anywhere between 5-10 minutes, and the all ALONE restart. This went away alone, thankfully so I did not complain. Next the back piece began to crack almost two days later, WITHOUT dropping the phone. I did not go back immediately because its a pain having to leave your phone for an hour or two, as Im sure many can understand. I called today June 9th, 2021, the owner of the store told me sorry there is not warranty on the front screen, I explained again that Im not concerned about the front screen just the back which is what he repaired, he then continued to tell me, Im sorry there is no warranty for the back screen. I paid $120 plus tax which came out to almost 140 something, and I even added 15% tip because the guy was so nice. To now call and try to speak to the very same person, to get hung up on(call dropped) and then be blatantly lied to. Extremely upset, this is not how a professional business handles situations like these.

Moreover, these places also claimed to be the best and could fix anything, but that was far from the truth. These other locations were more focused on selling than repairing. Bad service, very rude, ghetto environment. They dont diagnose your phone before working on it. They will tell you one price for one thing and then they tell you something else is wrong with the phone instead of checking it. They take your phone hostage. After getting more parts and repairs than originally quoted and pickin up the phone now my head jack doesnt work. Also I know of people that they lose there phone and are looking for it for weeks. Find another place not recommended to go here just way too unprofessional 2 of the three people I encountered had an attitude problem and garbage personalities. They argue on the phone with I guess family with bad words and listen to ghetto music. The skinny repair guy sitting looking st the wall has ignores your existence and answers the counter woman when he feels like it. Only reason I imagine they stay open is that they are cheap but I rather pay more than put up with garbage service. I hope they get better at understanding what service is so they may succeed and grow. Reason for the 2 stars and not 1 is they where fast and delivered on time.

I would give them ZERO stars if that possible. I dropped off my iPhone to get the screen fixed. They told me it would be ready in a couple of days. When I go to pick up my phone the screen was fixed however, the phone wasnt turning on they informed me that they dont charge the phones for the customer. I waited for the phone to be charged. The phone never turned on you would think that they will charge the phone well they didnt! Then the guy told me that the port of the charger was broken. So I had to pay an extra $40 to repair! Which who knows if they didnt break it themselves. They service was horrible ! Super unprofessional NEVER going again!

Tldr 911phone repair swapped my screen and it worked after apple had told me phone was done forDropped my phone in toilet, so it got some water damage and screen was blacked out/phone was unusable. Went in to apple dadeland which referred me to a data recovery company in California who quoted me at $700-1900 for recovery since my phone was apparently a loss and I hadnt backed up beforehand . I went in to buy a new phone but saw this place and they ended up replacing my screen for like $180 and it worked fine! saved my life !!

I am going to go out on a limb here and give 911 Phone Repair five stars. We took our Samsung phone for repair due to a cracked screen. Turns out that when you drop a phone onto the ground, the glass actually will crack.Brayan did the repair of the cracked screen, and was kind enough to also replace the back glass which was scratched at no extra charge. Upon picking up the phone, he pointed out that there was a bad pixel on the screen, which is a separate part from the glass, but which wasnt repaired, telling us that it shouldnt be an issue. It became an issue after a few weeks. The phone became unusable due to not being able to see anything on the screen. I took the phone back to 911 Phone Repair expecting to be told that the problem was mine, and they are not responsible for the problem. That is kind of how things usually go in Miami. I was asked to bring the phone back the following Monday when Brayan would be there, because it was his decision to repair the phone under warranty, or not. Instead of returning after the weekend, I left the phone over the weekend. I was called yesterday and told that 911 Phone Repair would be covering the repair of the screen, and the phone would be ready for pickup the following day. I picked up the phone today, and it is working as it should. Major kudos to 911 Phone Repair for doing the right thing, even if technically they didnt have to do it, since they were never asked repaired the screen to begin with. This is the kind of service that people need and want. And, as a bonus, they are pretty quick about getting the repairs done, so you wont be without your device any longer than necessary.

To start off, I went to Miami beach on a work trip and during my first meeting my phone started acting up. I took it to a phone repair shop in Miami beach, close to my hotel, and they couldnt figure out what was wrong. I tried scheduling an appointment with apple and there were none available for a week. During my last day, I found this store and spoke with the store manager George. Within an hour he had figured out the problem and was starting to fix it. I was so amazed with the service at this store and my phone was fixed in time for me to catch my flight back to DC. I was very pleased with the service!

Before you go there, I highly recommend you guys go apple store to do your iphonex screen repair. Because they charge you 270 and not 100% fixed. maybe its my problem, but now my iphonex screen had something wrong and they said its because water damage. and i need to change the screen twice in two week the price also above 250. So my friends if you guys dont want to fix over and over again, compare apple store they almost got same price. Go Apple Store.

Got my phone fixed and a few days later it began to crack again! When I took it back to them after being told I had 90 warrantee I was basically told that it was my fault and it didnt go under the warranty of course not! stupid me to think that my phone cracking again was my fault! They were super unhelpful and the owner claimed that a rock must have gotten into my case and cracked my screen to add insult to injury! Had it truly been my fault for the cracked screen I would have no problem owning up to it and paying again. Dont waste your time and money on a cheap product with a weak warranty!!!

The shop is basically a counter in the back of a MetroPcs store. This made it a little hard to find initially, especially since my GPS kept leading me to the shops at Dadeland Circle, but it wasnt anything a quick call to the store couldnt solve. The technician who worked on my phone, Jorge, was super polite and helpful. He was even nice enough to hook me up with a discount and a tempered glass screen on the house for the wait which I didnt even notice :) My phone still seems to be having issues, so Ill definitely be a repeat customer. I think I found my new spot!

They replaced a part..My headphone jack.. I had to order the part myself because They didnt have the part.. Not only did they break my phone antennas,, make my battery fried, and cracked my screen more, they basically forced me to get a new phone.. Would NOT recommend..

So this place held my phone for a little under a week, after I was told that my phone would be fixed in 2 days...what happened: said he needed to buy a part for it, 4 days later, again, I need to buy another part for it!!! The ending result, my phone not fixed, and this guy having everyone else’s repairs done but mine! I understand if things take time, however this guy bulshitted and waisted mine...this place is not worth the hastle or the lies... not worth reviewing or ever coming back to!!!!

If I could rate this lower, i would. Went in for a screen repair and they put a defective screen on my phone. The screen is spazzing out and does not respond to touch. I called them back in two weeks because there would be times that my phone worked fine. I then went to FIU Panther Tech and diagnosed my phone, which clarified that they had given me a faulty screen. I called 911 Phone Repair and addressed the issue and they said they could not do anything, but i would have to pay 40 dollars to have it changed again. Scam.

I left a mini ipad last December, one year and three months after, I have not received one phone call. The screen was cracked and they replaced it in two days. Few hours later the screen went black and I took it back to them. Supposedly, the screen was chinese and they were not that good so they were going to order a better one. I went back about a month later and they showed me the mini ipad still in the original state. I went back about two months later and again, they still havent fixed it. I asked to have the ipad back and they said they will fix it this time. I went back a few months later and nothing. The partner of the guy who received my ipad said he can not give it to me in the way it was broken because the other guy who received it was on vacation. I was so frustrated I left my phone number and he said he doesnt know what happened but they will call me back. It has been one year and four months and I just have not gone by because the frustration I feel is worst than getting that mini ipad. I already bought a new one. Problem solved. If you dont want to loose your appliance, stay away. 😜

Place is all the way in the back in a MetroPCS store, so it could be hard to find. I went to get my Samsung Galaxy tab 3 10.1(charging port was broken). They told me that in a week it would be fixed, but then they called me saying that the company that they buy there parts from sent them a wrong part. So I had to wait another week. But other than that everything is pretty cool. The workers were pretty cool guys. This is the cheapest place in Miami that youll find to fix your tech gadgets.

I have left my iphone 6s to them since it had a backlight issue, they told me that they will diagnose it and let me know what the problem is and will call me about the status of the phone. I never got a call back from them, i called back the next day and the following week and they told me the same issue, and would let me know by the end of the day. Never got a call back and its been a MONTH and no call back. Very dissapointed and lost a phone due to them...

I purchased a Groupon for a screen replacement and visited the store on a Saturday. I was about to be helped but as soon as they found out it was a Groupon they told me they were booked and I needed to come back during the week.I went to the store the following week and called them on my way there to make sure they could take me. They said sure come in and gave me the price of the service I requested, when I told him I already had a Groupon the guy said I had to come in another day because Groupons took longer due to paperwork.This business is a joke, if you don’t want to take certain customers be upfront about it.

Bought a refurbished iPhone with warranty. When the thumbprint scanner stopped working, they gave me the run around for 3-4 weeks before finally concluding that there were missing screws inside of it. They said because the screws were missing that proved their shop didnt do it and I must have violated my warranty at another. Well, I didnt. They sold me a broken phone and refused to honor the warranty. I would not recommended being hustled by these thieves.

I called that day and it went straight to voicemail saying that the had been closed for the Fourth of July weekend. When I went to the store yesterday to get my phone, it has not been touched and they coincidentally received the parts that same day. Also he started to kick me out of the store and threatened to call the POLICE on me because of his wrong doings.
