Let’s just say.. I went THROUGH it cause of this dealership.PLEASE DO NOT GO ALONE TO THIS DEALERSHIP, PLEASE DO NOT GO IF YOU ARE A FIRST TIME BUYER(((Look closely at the pictures/proof I’ve provided, look closely at the side mirrors.. one of them just fell without nothing or anybody even touching it)))Please believe the negative reviews that are on here, I once ignored them until I went to the dealership myself.Here’s my story… As a first time buyer I was looking for a car and came upon this dealership. I saw a reasonable price for a Mazda3, and decided to go see the car. As soon as I got to the dealership, (IT WAS JANKY) there were so many red flags that I ignored. The people there will lie to you. They are rude, and the guy that was supposed to clean the car for me didn’t even clean it, left pennies where I was supposed to connect the AUX but I didn’t see that until later. They had to even jump start the car or else it wouldn’t start up. Rewind, I decided to test drive the car and it started to smoke almost immediately. They managed to convince me that since it was raining, the water got under the hood. (They didn’t ask me for a license or nothing prior to test driving it) I ended up giving the down payment. They promised me a new battery, they promised me an oil change.. let me just say… the car keys didn’t even work. I had no choice but to go to Automax and buy oil myself, these people were rude I didn’t even wanna bother going back. But … was stranded in a parking lot having to call them literally 2 hours later after giving the down payment and driving off. One of the guys that work at the dealership came in a truck and literally pumped and popped the door open, and I asked him what am I supposed to do with the car keys..? And the car itself.. because I couldn’t lock any of the doors, THE KEYS DID NOT WORK. The car stood open, all doors, overnight. He told me go back to the dealership, they’ll give me a new key. (Keep in mind, I live 2 hours away and the dealership was closing in about an hour) Fast forward to 11:00 PM I am driving on the highway in Miami.. and the car starts to smoke GREY AND BLACK where NONE OF THE CARS COULD SEE WHERE THEIR DRIVING.. I could’ve lost my life and also my friend that came to help me that night. We were stranded out in the highway till around 12:30-1.. we had to call a tow truck because no one was answering calls while all this was happening. (((They didn’t give a refund for the oil & Tow truck, $150 out of my pocket when I had warranty, only 30 days sadly))) also one of the headlights did not work and they ended up replacing the bulb. It’s complete trash, the car started to heat extremely. Very dangerous. I honestly blame myself for acting so clueless, but when you’re hard working, desperate for a way of transportation, and saving up you’re money to buy a car.. I don’t wish this on anybody.I have all pictures to prove, I have emails.. I have messages of the day this all happened.These people will sell you a car even if life risking, I truly could’ve lost my life or my friends. Nearly lost my life due to this lame dealership… they apologized but it was too late, better to be safe than sorry.PLEASE do NOT GO HERE. There’s other dealerships that will help you.I’ve provided pictures of when I was at the dealer and it was raining like I said^These are just small pictures that I took, I have SO much more evidence.

My experience is just down right wrong. This car 2008 Honda Accord I paid cash for is a total nightmare. I was never informed this car was in an accident. Also numerous of issues with this car which was concealed by removing the check engine light. I will say this Tony the owner did tow the car and had his mechanic look at the car to be told the car is fine each time. The radiator they replaced but to not be made aware of all the issues this car has not fair. Right now again I am unable to get to work. This car was a lemon from the start. This morning I almost got in an accident because the car doesn’t have sufficient power, alternator issues, last but not least still leaking oil. Run from this place pleasant at first but turn into a complete nightmare. I wish I would’ve not giving them $8,800 my hard earned money. P.S this is a repeat behavior of them selling cars that are not proper to be utilized just on basic use. A real mechanic ASC certified is now reporting everything they got me. Karma is real how do they sleep at night.

They’re a really good dealer. I had some issues with the car I purchased so we ended up returning it and they accepted it back which was really awesome of them. I’d recommend seeing them especially if you’re on a budget, but I would also recommend doing a pre-sale inspection prior to purchasing any of the cars as some of them are old. Marcos is a good dude and honestly tries to help and make things right if there’s ever any issues.

I purchased a truck from Selective Auto Sales excellent service all around the board. Seen the truck online drove 4 hours to purchase the vehicle. Got there the staff was very friendly and most of all honest. The truck looked and drove excellent. They will get you financed regardless of your credit and work with you on the down payment. This establishment is one I would recommend with my eyes closed. I am currently a first time buyer of a vehicle in general. Just simply stating that, I hope the assumption is correctly made that I know or well knew nothing about financing a car or something as simple and embarrassing as writing a check. THANKFULLY, they have the best customer service that I personally ever received. It does not matter who it is that sees me when I come in whether a worker, the manager of the establishment, or one of the owners themselves. They all respond with courtesy and patience to be able to correctly educate you on how to properly buy a vehicle. I have been able to feel that their goal is not to simply sell me any car at high interest rates or trick me into purchasing a vehicle. But, to be able to provide a service and share their knowledge with good ethics even if the truth the say is not what you expect. I would not give this reference if I had not looked in other places beforehand. Especially considering the vehicle I bought--Jeep Wrangler X 2005--is one I have wanted since I was ten years old. So if you want real knowledge and a variety of cars to choose from. This is the place to go!

Bought a 2010 KIA Soul, and I got an excellent deal, I had looked at several online and in person, and Selective Motor Car had the best price.I also needed them to make a special arrangement for my payment, and gave them my max out the door price and they just said yes.Then they helped with everything ... transferring my tag, adding the new car to my insurance, the whole nine. I did my research online and found this place, Selective Motor Cars. I was in the market for a Jeep Wrangler, and this location had 4 of them. I bought a Wrangler, and the staff was completely honest and fair with me. I have very good credit, but these guys did NOT shop my credit around to several banks to find a good deal for themselves. Instead.... they were honest and simply applied to ONE place, a financial institution that they partner with.Furthermore, my vehicle needed a new passenger seatbelt, and the roof lights werent working. I asked if they could include that in the sale, and they had no problem fixing it for me. The repairs took less than 1 day.I would definitely recommend this location to anyone who is looking to buy a car. These guys are honest and straightforward..... and their prices are very competitive. The Wrangler that I bought has about $2,000 in upgrades already installed, and yet the price I paid was similar to other Wranglers that did not have those upgrades.5 Stars. I was treated very well. Will recommend to friends and family when given the chance, and Ill be back when I need another car.

Called at 1 pm to verify the car I was interested in was available. they confirmed that it was, but it was being used to run errands. I arrived at 4 and the car wasn’t available. So we waited. and waited. and waited. an hour passes, and the car still isn’t available. Then they tell me it’s in another warehouse and come with them to view it and it turns out the car doesn’t even start... after i specifically asked ‘does the car start..?’ they told me ‘yes it does we use it for errands’complete mess and a waste of time. DO NOT COME HERE

Horrible service! I️ can’t even understand how there running a business. Nothing but lies and scams from these people, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! I wish I could put no stars honestly. I understand things happen and cars can be sold as is, but when you take someones money, give them a car that is falling apart and all they ask for you to do the right thing so their lack of morals doesnt affect your livelihood, you would expect a much better response than Im waiting for the owner to call me back. I will continue to post, and then get the local news and television involved shortly after. If you dont care about your customers, you shouldnt be allowed to operate a business in our neighborhood. Point blank. Angel & Tony do not care about customers all they care about is money ! Once they get ur money there a whole different person from when u first get the car .

Hands down this has to be the best dealer in Miami, for people with bad credit especially. I bought my car from them in May 2017 (in October 2015 i had a repo) and i am thankful for the deal they gave me on my car. I pay super low monthly payments (Under 300!!!) and they really made sure i was satisfied with the car before i took it out the dealer; they fixed a few things i noticed on it that im sure cost them a pretty penny.Thank you again Selective Motors, I love my Audi.

Called the dude on phone, he lied about the car having a clean title. i drove there took 1 hour, i see the car. it looks nice but i have my mechanic friend check it and its rebuilt, and as soon as i took it for a test drive stuff was falling apart already as soon as i left. he doesnt care about helping people find good cars, he just wants to scam you out of ur money

My experience is being terrible and really it s a nightmare because my daughter bought a car and the salesperson ripped her off, The car has the four tires ripped and has liquids, the battery didnt work and she got a new battery. And that is not it, they said that car isnt a rebuilt and its. So, we are trying to communicate with the salesperson that is the manager too, and he never answer. I feel really upset and I do not what I need to do.

Good experience, no games, no ignorring me for 4 hours, or playing headgames. He wanted his price, i wanted my step ups and he applyed for my credit and then i went to the Credit Union they used, which was a haul, to say the least . But i went there, halled back to the car lot, they cleaned up my Pilot, and helped me swap my stuff over! Live my Dark Cheery Pearl Pilot.

Bought a 2003 VW Gti and by far the worst car ever, I have spent over 3k in repairs and still not even getting to the root of the problem. Its a lemon and I regret not taking it to a mechanic prior to buying it BIG MISTAKE. I believe they took out the bulbs behind the dash board so the check engine light doesnt light up. It has had a number of mechanical problems, and a host of other even bigger issues, like electrical problems that can be very challenging to say the least. I suggest that no-one in their wright mind buy a car there. They will give you the run around and the bottom line is the cars they stock are bought at auctions and re sold there. Terrible quality and a waste of time and money. SO STAY AWAY!!!!!

I do not recommend anyone that I bought in that place, they are not serious people They sell you the car with problems they tell you that they give you a month of warranty, you tell them any problem that the car has and they tell you that they will fix it but in the end neither they even call you.
