Great place, great employees too. Always a smile and in a great mood. I always order the Dark Chocolate Decadence and it’s always absolutely delicious and wonderful. The only issue is their menu change, the price of it used to already be pricey ($6.42), but they raised it to $7.44. :( sad.

All went well however I have had 6 and 4 digits of my cc # printed on my receipt on another visit. The chocolate was awesome and so were the employees.

They have gummiest that dont taste like hard plastic! Yay! What more do you need to read? Just go get some candy that doesnt damage everything in your body and its good for the soul!

I absolutely love this location. The manager and her staff are top of the line. Best customer service ever. They go far and beyond to ensure that I always have my white Godiva chocolate!! Love y’all ... xo

Godiva Chocolatier at Dadeland Mall in Kendall is a great source for all things quality chocolate and Godiva all in one place. This store works well for chocolate gifts for the people on your list and they have a really good selection and variety of items here. The staff here is very helpful and accommodating to make sure that all of your chocolate goals are accomplished.

Great place and best chocolate. I just walked by today (Sept 5th 2020) and the location is temporarily closed. Apparently has been for several months. No notice of when it will open. Hopefully soon!!

The best Godiva store in South Florida and by far, the best chocolate store in South Florida. I have gone to other Godiva stores but Dadeland is my favorite! The displays always look great, like the chocolate was just made. I only eat dark chocolate, so I cant comment on the milk chocolate, but I can tell you every piece of dark chocolate I have tried has been wonderful! It is pretty expensive chocolate, but well worth it! The staff is always so helpful. They all act like they love their jobs and are very knowledgeable about the different types of products Godiva has to offer. I live much closer to the Coral Gables store but prefer Dadeland a lot more.

They had a sign that read Be back in 15min and I was outside the store waiting for 45minutes...while I could see the employees sitting down talking....very unprofessional...atleast 6 customers left

Very good service and delicious strawberry shakes.

Have to give props to the staff at this location - they are usually very nice and patient. They even sometimes have free samples if you happen to catch them at the right time. Otherwise, prices youd expect from a high quality chocolatier but it is worth it. The chocolates are rich and are delicious, whether youre chosing from truffles or chocolate strawberries. Tons of gifts for others and yourself.

Everyone is so nice. I guess I would be too if I worked around so much chocolate! The ice cream is yummy. My son and I love their chocolate covered strawberries.

Hi, I’m commenting this to say that I have been going to my local Godiva and have gone at least 7 times going for ice cream and all 7 times the same lady has told us that there is no ice cream with the worst attitude ever. And the customer service it is very disappointing how the people there act because I have driven every time I go for nearly half an hour and then there are a lot of people so we pay parking for NOTHING I recommend 0.00% to go there very very very disappointed ☹️

So I love chocolate and mostly godiva chocolate. Its a shame that today my experience was not so good. Unfortunately my favorite treat at the store (chocolate covered strawberries) the leaves was also covered in chocolate so the first strawberry i bit into i had chocolate leaves (yummy). I checked all the strawberries they all were like that so i had to dig the leave out and finally i gave up and threw them away. Also we had the double chocolate ice cream and it tasted like nesquik chocolate and it was horrible. (It wasnt my first time having this chocolate ice cream and normally its very good.) The service was overall okay im just upset with my experience today.

Heaven on earth! The dark chocolate icecream is creamy and rich but not bitter! Only downside is $6 is a lot for the tiny icecream cup you get.

Overweight darker guy with curly hair serves me a cone of ice cream, after tasting it they guy tells me oh I forgot to tell you we only accept cash, I told him I only have card, he takes it from me and throws it in the sink in my face. Rudest most idiotic person Ive seen in a while, never going back and telling everyone I know about this horrible experience. Happened today at 4:35 PM 01/28/17

Dadeland store is permanently closed. The product was always good. The service was always bad. Merrick Park Godiva is still open.

Staff too stuck up... Plain rude.
