I was pleasantly surprised and extremely happy with my Fragrance Diffuser. It REALLY does work! I have had it for about 2 weeks so far and it still smells so nice. It didnt run out of fragrance like all the other things I have tried. It is a sleek design and works great!!

I recently ordered a diffuser and 3 scents. They came pretty quickly and I was very excited to get started using them, but I was missing one of the scents. I contacted customer service and they promptly responded, letting me know that my scent was on the way. I’ve since used two of the fragrances. They make my home smell amazing. Outstanding customer service!! There was an error in my order and the wrong color was sent. I emailed customer service and received a response within the hour. They told me to keep and enjoy the candle that was sent in error and that they had already placed an order with the correct product. The candles not only smell absolutely amazing, they are beautiful as well.

I recently ordered an Aroma Diffuser as a gift for my daughter. The diffuser arrived but the scent I had ordered was not in the package. I emailed customer service and in less than an hour they let me know that the scent was on the way. This is the best customer service I have experienced in years! Customer service sucks ordered mini tower diffuser on 9/25 I have sent 5 emails wanting to know delivery and have not recieved a respinse. Tried calling no answer and cannot leave a msg. Is this any way to run a business?

Discovered the Hotel Collection while watching a Youtuber (Monroe Steele). I placed an order immediately and was so pleased with the scent performance, I sent gifts to my sisters to try. My favorites so far are Midnight in Paris, 24k Magic, and The Sweetest Taboo. Love the candles and room sprays, but the diffuser was a game changer.

I found Hotel Collection on Instagram and Im thrilled that I did, Ive ordered two remote control room diffusers and I LOVE THEM! So far my favorite oils to use are Dream and Black Velvet. I set my timer then I just relax and enjoy the luxurious scents throughout my home. I have one diffuser in the bedroom (Dream) and the other is in my living room (Black Velvet scent). My next thing to order are the candles!

Let me start by saying Hotel collection offered the best customer service and they now have a lifetime customer. Dream on and November rain smell absolutely delightful. Now every time I step in my house it feels like I’m at my favorite hotel. I wish there were more stars because this company dwarves more than 5!

If you want change in your life you must try this diffuser and scents! It is well worth the investment... I can now come home to a refreshing scented home with a near silent diffuser... my Zen... Truth be told IMHO, the scheduling is not the greatest... a little R&D would make it perfect. My work-a-round is using a Smart plug, create a perfect schedule (I used Kasa but any will do) and Alexa enabled in my case. Cycling the power on-off will start/stop the diffuser. On before I get home, off before going to bed and once again before starting the day... fresh scents! I will be purchasing my second one soon and Im recommending this diffuser to everyone, especially to all my family and friends... Simply Awesome

The Mini 360 is one of the best diffusers I’ve ever had. I’m obsessed how my apt smells clean and luxurious everyday. Best inversion ever! It’s a MUST in every apt or office.

I really love this diffuser. Its better than any thing Ive tried in the past. A friend stopped by my apartment, saw it and smelt it and bought one also. He loves it because it solved his litter box order problem.Also, I was very impressed when my remote seemed not to be working properly. I emailed the company and they hand delivered a new remote to me the next day!

I love the smell and functionality of my diffuser however the only downside of it is that its noisy and gets very annoying.

I purchased the infuser and although it seems small, it packs a punch. You can smell the aroma from the second floor. Pick you aroma and o highly doubt that you’d be disappointed.

The candles are amazing and truly smell like the hotels they are inspired by. The room spray gives a great, subtle scent wherever you spray it, and the reed diffuser as well. These make a great gift, too!

Ordered two 120 ml bottles for my diffuser, since I live in Canada with the shipping cost and exchange rate it was fairly expensive but totally worth it.I received the package and the bottle had leaked. So I contacted them via email with a picture of the leakage and they sent a replacement right away at no cost! A+ customer service! I will be buying more for sure!

I got the 4 candles set a little while ago and I love my candles so much. The My Way scent is sooo lush.

The process of finding what I wanted, ordering, receiving order was perfectly fine. It’s the product that I found disappointing. I ordered the hotel candles. Very expensive candles. Of course the photos are very deceiving in size. The wording states / to the effect of - votive size and hotel size. Not knowing what hotel size meant I looked at my normal BBB and unwine candles to compare. Not even close in size. Hotels are the size of a tea cup (not a coffee mug). Won’t rebuy.
