Beautiful store and they have roll on spray to perfumed soaps

Geoffrey at diptyque Brickell is fantastic! Called from Atlanta to arrange a same day gift for someone in Miami. Geoffrey took down what I wanted, text me pictures of the products to confirm, wrapped and had them delivered SAME DAY! What a great way to wow customers.

I am a huge fan of Diptyque fragrance and candles. I had never been in a stand alone store before. Found this one in Brickell when I needed to get out of my hotel for some fresh air. Was in Miami for surgery. Was having a horrible couple of days. In pain, was feeling blue. Went to the shopping center with my hubby not looking my best lol... ripped jeans, tshirt no makeup, could barley walk right. I wanted to hide from everyone. We walked into this store and were greeted by the SWEETEST, Funniest gentlemen. I CANT remember his name and its killing me. He made me laugh and had great conversation. He will never know how much I needed that right at that time. Its really the little things. I didnt buy anything but he made me feel like a vip customer lol. I wish all retail experiences were like this. I will for sure be coming back and buying my Miami candle and some fragrance when we can smell the bottles again. Hope hes there when I get back!

Had a return through customer service, Gabrielle the representative was amazing, she set up a replacement and even sent me a gift for the trouble. The issue is because the factory did not have the item, Diptyque relied on this location to send me my item. After 4 days of waiting and no communication I called them to get a status, at which point I spoke to the Assistant Manager, who said they have had the order three days and could not fulfill it because they don’t have it either. When I stated it was unacceptable that they did not contact me at least for a reasonable update, they offered to send me a used bottle of soap, a “tester” and stated it, “is the same thing”. I hung up on them. This is not indicative of this great company and this is a shame that people like this ruin the good nature and name.

Jermey was so helpful and attentive. Due to covid, Diptyque only allows one customer at a time in the boutique. I had a lovely experience and learned a lot as I build up my Diptyque collection.

A wonderful array of scents from perfumes to candles. The staff is absolutely fantastic at finding just the right scent for anyones personal taste.

Was looking for a nice candle/scent to have around the house and this place was lovely.Mary Luz helped me out and explained the history of the brand, 10/10

A friend bought me a candle from this store and I wanted to exchange it for a different scent because the one he got me was too strong. When I went down the store and explained it was given to me as a gift and asked if I could exchange it they told me that because the cellophane wrapping was removed from the box they couldnt exchange it. I pointed out to them that the box was unopened and the candle had not been used and they said they were unable to exchange it. This is poor customer service and ridiculous. A candle is not food product I do not understand how is cellophane being removed from the box has anything to do with the ability to resell the products. Its not like the candle was tampered with or the wick have been burnt at all. I will never shop at this store and my friend who bought the candle said he will never shop here again either
