The service at this place sucks every time I go there to service my car. The service advisors ignore my requests every time. I took my Cadillac that is under 24,000 miles 4 times in the last 6 months for engine light on. They say that they “fixed it” but the engine light kept on coming back on. These people are not honest and they change their story every time or just turn off the sensor so they don’t have to deal with it. The service manger Andy/Andrew promised me good service and never followed through. Be aware when you take your car there for repairs.

I waited 5 days to hear from them about my car. I had to call and asked them how my car situation. NO ANSWER... they didnt work on it so I came and pick it up. I thought they was better than this since its Cadillac... .
I received A+ treatment from the whole staff at Ocean Cadillac. Being in the business for 17 years it is always refreshing to deal with people who are straightforward and know how to conduct business. Rich (GM) is top-notch and gets you the deal that is fair and respectful without having to go back in forth. Mike (Finance manager) is someone who knows his information and will get the deal to wrap quickly and. Correct. Giuseppe (sales) is super responsive and will address any kind of concern you have and will take care of it. Overall it was a dream time working in a smooth motion that I look forward to the next opportunity I have to work with this dealership. UPDATE: Yes, I contacted the person below who replied, it has been months and nothing has transpired or changed. Proceed with caution.After 12 straight years of leasing, this dealership turned out to be an utter embarrassment and shame to GM and to the community. Be warned - they will rob you. I had my last Cadillac for 3 years & only accrued 15,000 of my 30,000 miles before handing the car back in. Essentially, I gave them back a brand new car. I was not contacted whatsoever and they tacked on nearly $1,700 of excess wear and tear directly to my credit score. No call, no email, no conversation, no explanation. Unjustified & terrible business practices. I attached photos from the day the car was returned so you could see theres no exaggeration, the car was brand new. Me and my family have all moved on from this place as I wouldnt recommend this dealership to any of my friends, family, colleagues, clients or even my enemies. Absolutely shameful.
Great buying experience. The entire process took less than 3 hours. Enrique was able to help me make a great choice on my new Cadillac. Later while the car was being washed I was taken to the service department and introduced to employees who would take care of my car for maintenance. Cant wait to see the new renovations to come. This is the 2nd time In a row that I’ve had issues with this dealer. THEY TAKE ENTIRELY TOO LONG. 1st time, 4 hour wait for an oil change, next was 3 hours for a diagnosis, for a DIAGNOSIS TEST. Are you freaking kidding me? And my car still has the same problem! It hasn’t been even a week! PLEASE OFFER YOUR CLIENTS LOANER CARS, I will most likely be going back to Vera Cadillac for all my needs.

The manager told us it was in stock, but when we arrived 30 Mins later, a slick looking sakes rep said, no, we sold it yesterday. HATE DEALING WITH SNAKES! Id hate to actually buy from them! My experience was full of highs and lows... Im an out of state buyer and so I was relying on my salesman to give me the full details of the vehicle prior to flying halfway across the country to purchase this car. I was told more than once the the vehicle was in near perfect condition, specifically the paint and body. This car was a surprise for my wife so I wanted it to be perfect because I knew once she saw it I was committed. The dealership was great in helping me plan and execute the surprise. Bringing the car to a restaurant and having it setup with a big red bow and everything. Unfortunately after this is where it started to go down hill... Upon seeing the car I found multiple dents, scratches and paint flaws... the right rear door even appears to have been hit! No where near what I expected on a certified car that I was told was the cleanest one in town. The car was missing a cap on the armrest, had pealing window tint on the front windshield, poor paint touchups, and more. What was supposed to be 15 minutes at the dealership to sign papers turned into over 2 hours of sitting while the car went back to the detail shop for repairs and cleanup. I give them a 3 star rating only because they did come off the price a small amount to compensate but I will never be back to this dealership.
The worst they don’t help you with problems they caused instead of trying to figure out what is wrong they just tell you there’s nothing they can do when they are the ones who caused the problems. Went in for a oil change waited about 3 hours when had a appointment then after a week of driving I noticed my washer fluid cap was missing when it was their prior before going went to ask what happened and they did not care about it or try to get it resolved
We all know the challenges of buying a car, especially with the chip shortage. Well I experience above par service and a “human” touch when purchasing my Cadillac Escalade. The best Cadillac dealership in town! Working with Adriana was an absolute pleasure! Adriana is extremely patient and caring. Thus far, she is the best service advisor I’ve dealt with! Adriana treated and cared for my vehicle as if it was hers. She practically kept me updated every time they laid a finger on my car. When ever I come in for service, she always makes the process simple and easy for me. Trust me when I say she’s the best service advisor, hands down. Eddie, a parts consultant, was also very helpful throughout this experience. He was patient and understood right away what parts I was looking for. Eddie took the time out to ensure that the right parts were ordered and expedited ASAP. If you’re looking for a parts consultant, Eddie is your guy! Worst customer service. Every time I call theres always a problem with picking up phones. Also they over charge. I took my car to get check, I didnt hear from them till 5 days after. I called them to see what was going with my car and come to find out that it was just sitting there. Bad service. Not happy at all !!!!

Excellent Service!! Shopped around for the vehicle that I really wanted for months and finally found it at Ocean Cadillac. After contacting the manager we were put in contact with the best salesman ever, Jose Ramirez. We communicated with Jose and made arrangements to meet with him a few days later since I live out of town. My experience at the dealership was nothing short of amazing. The entire process was complete in less than an hour. The vehicle was exactly what it was described to be online. There was no undue pressure or surprises and Jose, the salesman and Mike in finance were very professional during the entire transaction. I had read reviews online prior to going and I must say I was a little hesitant because I had no idea how the experience would go. In the end I can’t say enough good things about the staff and experience at Ocean. Jose went above and beyond and definitely met my expectations. EXCELLENT SERVICE!!
I have been a Cadillac Escalade owner for 5 years now and this has been by far the worst experience and customer service I have ever received. To start off I called and booked an appointment for an oil change on my vehicle I was told by that person I would be able to get a loaner while my vehicle was getting serviced and I agreed, however on the day of the appointment I received a phone call from the driver stating he was on his way to pickup my vehicle I then asked him to verify that I was going to get a loaner he stated that was not in the system. I cancelled that appointment since I needed a vehicle that day so I booked another appointment which happened to be yesterday. I was booked the appointment with no loaner this time just having someone pickup and deliver my vehicle once it was finished. The appointment was for 7:30 AM I called around 7:45 to see how far the driver was and I was told it was in the system but the driver was never dispatched at that point they sent another driver he arrived at 8:20 for my vehicle. I was told for an oil change it would be around 2-3 hours max for me to have my vehicle back, around 1:30 PM I called to check the status on my vehicle and I was told the oil change was done and they were just checking the engine because it was shaking even though I never felt any of that and I also never told them about my engine shaking. I spoke to Eric Casa and I was very specific that I needed my vehicle before 5 pm he assured me that my vehicle would be here way before 5 pm after this phone call I called every hour to check on it and was given the same response until 4:45 Eric told me the driver was about 10 minutes away the driver did not show up until 5:30 PM when the dealership is no more than 20 minutes away from my house with traffic. Once I jumped in the car trash was left behind papers and a water bottle which were not mine and I also opened the middle compartment which I have a small container that was filled to the top with loose change and I immediately noticed I only had about half of the coins. I am very disappointed in the service that was provided especially when you drive a luxury vehicle you expect the best service and that is not what we received. I also own a Japanese brand and I have received way better service from them for a vehicle that costs half the price. I would not recommend this dealership at all.
I went in for an XT6 and was immediately greeted by Juan. Any negotiations or concerns were all addressed directly with the managers and they treated me like family. This is a great dealership. I willl definitely recommend my friends. I also want to mean Giuseppe and Mike Kelley were absolutely amazing. Mike even helped me with the refund GAP on my trade in! Worst dealer ive ever been to, went for the first time about two weeks ago from Naples FL, with the intention of purchasing a 2000 chevy corvette they had posted for 18k, car is clean everything looked fine but had not been serviced yet the oil was black, went to try and get a better interest rate with my bank and came back last monday to run my credit and start the process bc i couldnt get a better deal with the bank due to the vehicle been 21 years old, turns out the system was “down” and they couldnt submit my info, checked on the car to see if it had been serviced and the oil was still the same, i left and said no worries whenever the system comes back and you guys have the numbers please call me so that i know if to proceed with the business or not, tuesday morning i call hey is the system still down?, i never got a follow up call or anything to let me know if the numbers came so i had to send my info all over again electronically for them to send to the banks now that their system was back up and running should be a 30 to 45 minutes process at most an hour never got a call back either, wednesday i contact the dealer again bc the vehicle now is listed for 20k, so i immediately call to see what is going on that i had a different price to do the business, turns out their system doesnt have a bookout value for that car that way they cant send it to the banks so i can get a loan, its been two weeks and i still dont have an answer, for anyone reading this comment/review please dont even waste your time at this place its ridiculous.
Ive got an email from them, conformed that they have this car 2018 chrysler pacifica clean carfax, low millage and amazing price! I also called twice to them, the last time 5 minutes before coming to their office. When I came this car dissapeared and I was asked if I want to see something else. Wasted my time, dont reccomend

I was there on Friday March 5 and not only was there construction and dust everywhere, but the original salesman I spoke with was rude and didn’t even bother taking lead on his own sale.I recommend no one goes there. Unless you’re willing to be treated unprofessionally.The salesman’s that took lead on the sale didn’t even bother crunching numbers to help me out. He straight up told me this is what the payment looks like and kept it moving. I wouldn’t refer or recommend anyone to this dealership.

I have waited over a month to leave this poor review. Emailed the management multiple times to fix the issues but no reply at all. Unfortunately very poor experience. Firs they increased the price which was agreed before I arrived on the phone. Then they have charged me 5 times more than the state charges for the license plate which is not acceptable. And I have the car over a month and I still dont have a registration with all these crazy charges! Very bad experience all around. Sales manager Guiseppe was extremely unprofessional!! I usually never leave these type of harsh reviews but this time I dont feel bad because its deserved. The only person try to help was the salesperson.

I found a 2021 Cadillac Escalade on autotrader for 103k so I figured I’ll call the dealership to confirm it was still available so when I spoke to the salesman it was confirm it was available. Then he said the vehicle was higher then the asking price once he said the price was 30k more I was in shock to hear that I told him it was on autotrader for 103k even in there website is 103k so I don’t know why there doing false advertisement and he was quick to hang up with me if you guys are selling cars on autotrader I really recommend man up to the price your selling the vehicle for !
Bought a $110k vehicle, but service felt on junky dealership. Finance department is the worst. Been trying for a month to get money back that I paid for maintenance and extended warranty plans and still cannot get them do it. Dealt with Michael, Andy and Daine.

I decided to cancel the gap protection and sent them a mail with my request. It’s been a month since they received it, and they just ignored it. I suppose it’s not acceptable.Update. I contacted the office. They asked me to provide them with a notarized odometer disclosure statement. I did it on the 11th of January. Nothing has changed. It’s February. It’s been over 2 months since I sent my first request to cancel the gap. Really disappointed.They are just IGNORING customers who want to cancel something. They are NOT INTERESTED IN THAT!
We have the worst buying experience with Ocean Cadillac. We went to buy a certified pre owned 2017 Cadillac Escalade and the next day we had to bring it back because it had problems. After we got the truck back we figured everything was fixed and we wouldnt have to come back WRONG ! over the past month we have had to bring the car back a problems with the transmission.
Car shopping has been a stressful event for us, pushy salesmen with lack of knowledge was anticipated. Much to our surprise Ocean Cadillac was a very pleasant experience and exactly the opposite of what we expected. Jose was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. We were there late on Labor Day and the team stayed to accommodate us. Management worked Jose to meet our budget requirements and ultimately lead to us closing the deal unexpectedly. Mike assisted with the dreaded paperwork and was so kind it was actually a breeze. My wife and I love our XT6 and look forward to working with Ocean Cadillac in the years to come.
I called at 10 a.m. and made the appointment for 12 p.m. I explained to Mr. Miguel González that I want that car that I could put a deposit for when I arrived at 12 p.m. I wanted to buy that car, he said it is not necessary, when I arrive at 12 pm the car was no longer there, they had supposedly bought it😒😒... I went alone and with an excellent credit score I wanted to get an interest of 18% when I saw so many injustices I left .disappointed
Made appt to go look at a vehicle they said was in stock-got there and the vehicle is “in transit” and will be there in almost 3 weeks. Don’t waste people’s time. If the vehicle is mot there for sale say so..

It’s really sad to say that I’ve been getting the runaround for the past four days every single day I called back waiting for a response from the manager from the supervisor from the Internet guys this is very unprofessional and sounds really shady how the business is going to be here.I recommend everyone to think twice before calling this place I’m being frustrated
The best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Baho was super professional and knowledgeable of the car I purchased even though it was not a Cadillac. He sent me a detailed video displaying the car and it’s features and then brought the car at my job for the test drive and delivered it at my home when the deal was all completed. Never had to step foot in the dealership and having to wait hours and hours to seal the deal. Shout out to Carlos (sales manager) and Dane (finance manager) for their contributions on making this process seamless. Would definitely recommend them for your next car buying experience.

Worst dealership experience ever, ordered a Cadillac Escalade 2021, set up a price, paid the requested amount for process the order. Wait 4 months, when the vehicle arrives, they tried to increase the amount of the vehicle even when we set that from the begining. I told them im going to pay the increase amount and wanted them to write me a letter explaining the reason for the increse. never get response. they sold my vehicle to another person, and still have my money. Jose Ramirez was my sales personI have all the receipt and photos of my vehicle and the whole conversation with them. Any lawyer reading this can take this case

BEWARE!!! I would give this dealership 0 stars if I could.... This dealership and customer service is by far the worst I have ever had an experience with and has been nothing but a game with lots of run around on top of my wasted time while trying to purchase a used vehicle from them which I have a check in hand and I will gladly be spending my money elsewhere. I was told by the first person Louis that I came in contact with that the vehicle was in service so they couldn’t provide me with pictures at that time, then I was transferred to Miguel who told me it was getting shipped to them and not on the lot yet so they are selling a vehicle they didn’t even have or own yet. I stated I would like to put a deposit on it so they had someone from finance which I believe his name was Mauricio who reached out to me that same day which he stated they didn’t have the car yet and he thought someone already had a deposit on it but he would check and get back to me by the end of the day which I never heard back from anyone. Mind you the vehicle was listed for $25,000 when I originally called on Monday and saw the listing on Sunday evening but today (Wednesday 3/10/21) when I was looking at cars I saw it again and it was listed for $30,000. I called today and spoke with Alejandro who advised me that they didn’t have the car on the lot and that it was sent to auction this was after my husband was just scheduled today to come in for a test drive tomorrow afternoon at 2:15pm to test drive this vehicle which is 2 hours and 45 minutes from my house that no one seems to have a clue what’s going on with it or if they even have it to begin with. He was then going to transfer me to a general manager but I was “disconnected” multiple times both from him and the main dealership line multiple times before getting Alejandra who I reexplained the situation to and she did apologize but also made excuses which I don’t care to hear because there is no excuse honestly if you don’t know just say that and all of this could have been avoided. She told me she would find out about the vehicle and that she would callback in 10 minutes which she did do and explained that someone has had a deposit on it since last week and that it was getting delivered to the new owner today. I have yet to speak to a general manager as I requested and the lack of communication between staff is awful and very disappointing especially from such a well known dealership such as Cadillac in addition to the customer having to deal with all of this nonsense.
Carlos was our contact person at Oceans Cadillac and he catered to our every whim. They close at 7:30 P.M. Regrettably we were inevitably held up in traffic and were in constant communication with Carlos he asked us not to stress about it, and further asked stated that he and his team would wait for us and so they did we also got a little lost and he gave us directions that were more accurate than our GPS and got us there. He was standing outside waiting for us to greet us!He had Enrique help us with the test drive a very nice, cordial gentleman whom makes you feel as though you’ve known him all your life. The kind of person who should be in sales! It is quite evident he is passionate about what he does and takes great pride in doing so.Luis did our financing and was very thorough, explained everything in great detail, went over the various options w purchased what we felt met our needs. He knows what he is doing and is very nice.Carlos is undoubtedly a great leader, one whom leads by example and has his team running exceptionally well as fine timepiece. All the pieces work together in synergy. We couldn’t be happier with our experience as it was seamless and this has been our favorite car yet XT5.

Have no idea how this place is rated so high. This place is a mess. This is the by far the worst Cadillac dealership I have seen. To start, it is in a terrible location. In an industrial area, very difficult to locate and access. There are no other dealerships anywhere nearby. Why anyone thought this would be a good location for a luxury car dealership is beyond me. It is on a gravel road. To top it off, the facility is under construction so there isnt enough parking for customers. There is no showroom and the sales office is a crowded trailor. All of this might be acceptable if the service were top notch but it isnt. Quite the opposite. I called in to inquire about a specific vehicle I saw online. Alejandro answered and claimed they had it on the lot and set an appointment for 630. When I arrived, I walked into the poorly marked sales trailor and asked for Alejandro. I was told they werent at this location. I had just spoken and was told to meet them there? Then I asked about the car I had driven 30 miles in the dark and rain to come see. A young man asked me to have a seat. A few minutes later a manager named Giuseppe came out and told me the car was not available because It was being test driven. This was 7 at night and they close at 7:30. He actually said They are testing the car over the weekend. To get a good feel for it This was clearly a lie and he had a hard time saying it with straight face. I was a bit insulted that he would think I was that dumb. Instead of making a scene I just got up and left. It was obvious they didnt have the car. I confirmed over the phone several times that they did and thats why I drove out there. I feel this was bait and switch. They deliberately lied to me and wasted over an hour of my time. Even if they had the car, I dont think I would have bought it here after seeing the condition of this dealership. They are running a luxury car dealership like a cheap used car lot. Part of the luxury car buying experience is a good facility. How Cadillac allows these guys to operate this franchise from a trailor I do not understand. They are badly tarnishing the Cadillac brand and image. If I am going to pay 50k or more for a car I deserve a high quality professional atmosphere and professional treatment. You will get neither at Ocean Cadillac. They will waste your time and lie just to get you in the door of their low rent facility.

My wife and I can not say enough great things about this dealership. Being from Louisiana and trying to hunt down the perfect Yukon for our growing family has been hard. BAHO has made this process fast and easy. He was honest and accommodating. Really glad we made the choice to go with Oceans Cadillac!
Ocean Cadillac has been wonderful, since the first moment we walked in, and still 6 months into our new car lease.- Everyone is friendly and helpful, there was no sales pressure when we came in to look.- They gave us a better deal than the other Cadillac dealer we had visited, and were much friendlier!- Our salesman Luis was wonderful from the beginning, and took a lot of time to explain and show us everything. Anytime we have any questions, Luis is always happy to help!- They offer free carwashes anytime and as often as we want.- Every time we stop by for a car wash, we are welcomed so warmly. It is a real family atmosphere.We are so happy with Ocean Cadillac, we hope to continue all of our leases/purchases with them in the future, and will recommend to everyone we know!

Well, by reading all the reviews, I can see I am not alone, I was very spoiled by the customer service and by the very experienced and ethical sales people that Ocean Cadillac had working for them while they were located in Bal Harbor. Ever since, whoever took it over and they moved, it has gone down hill big time, and I swore I would not deal with them anymore. Well, I was sadly wrong if I though I was disappointed before. Yesterday I receive a call from a Sales Person named Jose Rivera, who by the way do not buy anything from him, he is deceiving, unethical, dishonest, etc. He told me my lease was almost over and he could save me some money, ha! I said, well what can he tell me that would make me think any worse of this place? so I gave him the benefit of the doubt and listened to his sales pitch, I told him what I wanted and right away he said, definitely we can work a deal, I told him to go ahead and send me pictures of the vehicles, and that if I liked any of them I would let him know, and we could even close the deal the same day, he started sending me pictures of vehicles that I really did not think they were all that, and I told him, then I noticed one of the vehicles was a loaner, and I asked him, is that a loaner, and his reply was yes, I go that was very dishonest of you, you never disclosed to me that the deal you were trying to make was a loaner, I dont want a loaner, and now I dont even know if I could trust you, he said I didnt think that the mileage made any difference, well, think again, when I told him I dont trust you, you are dishonest and unethical, his response was, it was worth the try What???? How cynical and unprofessional can someone get? Well, let me tell you, I called Ocean Cadillac, I had a Sales Manager Mariano called me who had all the information backwards (didnt do anything) then told me that the General Manager Alex Andreu was going to call me, he did call me, I dont think he is the General Manager, didnt do anything either. I looked up their team to find out for sure who the general manager is, guess what? there is no General Manager listed anywhere, the Mariano I spoke with does not appear in the staff either. So basically, I dont know what types of games these people are playing, but they are not trustworthy. STAY AWAY FROM OCEAN CADILLAC. THEY ARE ALL CROOKS.
Drove three hours to see used car inventory. Found three, drove two, bought one. Decent money for trade-in vehicle. Very easy transaction with fair pricing. All employees encountered (receptionist, sales guys, finance guys, service guys) were extremely nice and friendly, and very easy to deal with. I wish I lived closer so that I could continue to take advantage of their services.
