I bought 2 cars here my first one was ok and since I didnt have it for long I never knew what it had. Second car was the one I just bought. I bought it new and they said it was new! 4k miles. When I took it to Nissan, they said it was hit before i bought it and doesnt even have original Nissan parts. When I called carlos he had the decency to tell me I owed them money! How do I owe you guys money when the bank knows I paid off? Save your money and buy somewhere else i thought these people were cool with me specially carlos and thats the main crook. I am writing this year approximately one year later after purchase. The car they sold me, which I have been paying extra towards principal to get rid of this junk, is breaking down on me. It is breaking down despite the maintenance and repairs I have done on this car. Ive gone through my fair share of good and bad dealerships and this one wins worst dealership ever. They tried to help me and put on their smiles to help save the day only to harass me about down payments after I bought the car. Had they been honest about the down payment from the beginning I would not have been scrambling for money back when I was going through a financial hardship. They gave me three or four different amounts to put down towards a down payment. They upcharge on these cars that are breaking down and being fixed by some random guy to make them minimally driveable. Shame on me for falling for their customer service and trying to find something dependable for my child and family and instead I have a car that is falling apart and has left me in the heat with a two year old. I understand that cars need care but this thing drives like its put together with crazy glue. Very deceitful

After calling and confirming availability and price of the car I was interested, I got there and had to be taken to another location. In order to discuss even price sales guy told me he would have to register me and requested my DL and SS (which I did not give out), to only than find out that all advertised prices are a lie! Actual prices on the 2 MB C300’s I was considering were at least $5k over the advertised price on their website and other apps!!! What a waste of time and lack of respect and professionalism. This dealer is a complete fraud. They put a whole bunch of lies on the contract for the bank can approve anyone. “We approve everybody” they fraud everybody. Then they give you a call saying you owe me or they’re taking the car. Complete lack of professionalism. These are the type of dealers that are ruining the industry. The miles on the car aren’t even accurate most of the times. Their whole system is very sketchy and I wouldn’t recommend anybody this dealer. I’m talking from experience. I bought my first car with them(worst mistake of my life). They gave me a high interest rate and charged me 5kIn dealer fees which I later found out. This isn’t the type of people you should deal with. I hope they get punished for their actions. All that comes to mind is how hard they messed me upAnd how they continue to do it to people discreetly. This dealer isn’t considered good. Don’t be fooled they’ll lie to you, try to persuade you and just take your money with no warranty. I hope I can reach out to others for they won’t go through my pain. Worst place ever! This place has been giving my daughter the run around for weeks after she purchased her car there ! They lie on the bank application first and then the car had no wiper water tank and for two weeks they have been purchasing it and nothing . They are a bunch of SCAMMERS who cant even face you ! You should be ashamed of taking advantage of people ! I will resolve this issue even if I have to get an attorney involved . And maybe they can further investigate your establishment!

The worst car dealer I have seen if you ask me. my son brought a car about two months ago from these people, the whole staff keep giving him the run around when it come to getting his tag.. previous tag has expired over a month ago and now they cannot issue him the hard tag . I feel something is fishy with the whole deal from the beginning. Service is horrible and customer service is definitely not satisfactory. I would not recommend this place to no one because of the way they do business. People please beware of these bad dealer store especially the used car dealership. Because they don’t care. Do not buy a car from these people they are scammers!! They sell garbage. They took complete advantage of my 75 year old father by selling him a car with engine and tire lights on the dash board. They claim it was nothing and would not fix it however due to my fathers age he was nervous about being stranded and he got his own estimate for 800 dollars. They did not want to fix it so they gave him a 2004 Cadillac with engine problems. They took it multiple times to their mechanic and never got it fixed. They told him it was nothing and never fixed the car. My father returned the car because they never fixed and they never provided another car or returned the 1,900 dollar deposit. They only stated that they had no other cars in his price range. I spoke to them over the phone and they provided no help. They fully took advantage of an old man. The sales man was Luis Perrera. They didnt even give my father the paper work for the vehicle. Who sells a car and provided no documentation stating that they only provide documents if the client asked!! Complete scammers stay away from them. We will be pursuing legal action.

This Company Is A JOKE! Fraud & Liars! They Took Advantage Of Me & Refuse To Refund Me!!! Purchased a vehicle from Miami Auto Store in Miami. My Salesman was Diego Ramirez. I Purchased Cars from him before so I thought I was getting a good Deal The First Car I got from Miami Auto Store was a 2012 Nissan Altima. Within 24 hours I returned the vehicle I wasnt happy with it. So, Diego put me in a 2014 Dodge Charger. On the contract it states the Car had 27,057 when I signed my contract. I agreed to pay an additional 1000$ pickup payment. However, within a week of Me having the Car, my engine light came on. I took it directly to the Dodge Dealership here in Pembroke Pines Florida, my service guy told me immediately the Car didnt have ANY oil in it! I told the serivce associate that this Car has a warranty because thats what I told by Diego. & It has 27000 miles on the Car, the service guy came back & told me not only does this Car doesnt have a Warranty but it has over 49,000 as of April,12,2016! I immediately contacted Diego & I told him I would rather my money back! I no longer want to do business with this company! They took advantage of me! Defraud me & refuse to give me back ANYTHING! Icing on the cake, they came to Repo the Car after I told them I Need my money back! I already filed a complaint with the DMV & BBB! I will be taking LEGAL ACTION! See you guys In Court!
