I had an absolutely wonderful car buying experience from start to finish thanks to Jermaine Chambers. He was transparent and understanding during the entire process. This was hands down the best car buying experience that I have ever had. The dealership is three hours away from where I live, but Mr. Chambers offered to personally deliver my vehicle to me without hesitation and it was his day off! I would absolutely buy from Mr. Chambers/Williamson Cadillac when I am ready to upgrade.

Bought a ATS-V 2 years ago and have to replace a tire for a 4th time. And it’s the same tire. I told them something had to be wrong yet I still have the same issue. Inner tire wearing out & it’s been Aligned 2 times with Williamson. Now they want to check the shocks and everything even though I mentioned in previous tire changes. BTW each tire cost me $500 each time.They are also telling me that 99% Sure that the tire won’t be warrantied. even though I have brought it up to there attention. Service Manager did nothing just passed the buck. So I now have a service request directly with GMC. Let’s see if they can resolve my issue once and for all.

The experience with the Service Dept. and Service advisor Carmen Alicea was awful!!!I took in my car for its first service and to check out a problem that I was having with one of my tires. They were more interested in selling service warranties than then listening to my concerns about the vehicle.I was dooped into purchasing a service that was not accurately explained, was charged $35.00 for a tire patch and to top it off the vehicle was returned to me with a scratched up rim.When I called to let them know what happened they said it was our fault for not checking the car before leaving the dealer and they would not take responsibility (Real funny on how they take pictures of the car once you drop it off at service and they cannot properly view the pictures). Now I am stuck with a scratched up rim on high performance vehicle and disgusted with the treatment on what is supposed to be a prestige dealership.

Extremely disappointed in the customer service this dealership has to offer. You would think during a pandemic they would want to have as much sales as possible but no one was interested in offering help, we had to ask for it. Very disappointing, I had to wait a week for appointment, then to be told no oil filters the morning of the appointment. That makes no sense, how do you run out of oil filters?

I’ve been searching for a specific model, price and mileage for my next purchase. I found the vehicle on their user friendly website last night. A representative called me within minutes (“Storm” Adams). From hello this gentleman was so helpful. Unfortunately the car I wanted was on hold for another couple and Storm was giving them the quoted time frame to make their decision. I’m thankful for Storm as he was still communicating with us about the updates. This morning he called and informed us the vehicle was available. We placed it on hold and drive 2 hours from Naples, Fl to Miami. Immediately pulling into the dealership the car was backed in and shining from detailing. Once we met Storm we clicked immediately. We never even test drove the car just inspected it and it was flawless. 5 minutes later we were in doing paperwork in Storms’ office, moved to financing with Ricardo who was very informative and helpful. A few minutes later Storm was taking us to put the plate on the vehicle and had the pleasure to meet Jimmy the manager who was an amazing person. He came out to check on us and the process at his dealership. Storm went over all the features on the vehicle which took longer then the paperwork. This was the best car buying experience out of the last 7 cars we bought. This staff works as a team and I will definitely do business with them again!!!!

Richard is very good. Highly recommend him if you need to service your car here. He wasnt available recently and I wasnt able to wait. I wont name names, but the other service advisor was really hard to work with. She told me to leave my car for the weekend, but they wouldnt start working on it until Monday anyways. I told her Ill just bring it Monday morning then. I called Monday, there was no appointment (she said one wasnt needed). Ok fine. I asked her to confirm the part came in over the weekend, she hesitated but then put me on hold to check. Surprise - the part wasnt there and would arrive tomorrow. So if I hadnt asked her I would have brought it in again for nothing. At that point I said fine, well lose a day but Ill bring it tomorrow. She calls me later that day and tells me my car is ready for pick up. What ?? We just agreed Ill drop it off the next day. Just a mess.Probably not representative of Williamson in general, but I just have a total loss of confidence. I asked for a manager - none were available due to the holidays. The scheduler just reassigned me to someone else and the appointment went fine. Would have appreciated clarification from management or to have this experience been caught and corrected.

I leased a CT6-V earlier in the year, and I finally decided to get my car serviced with oil change, tire rotation, etc., and I made an appointment with Erik, my service advisor. I had some first service coupon which was free. My service advisor, Erik, was right there on time, and he made the processvery smooth, plus he was very informative about some things that I made a list to ask him . I got a loaner car (which was very nice) as I had no time to wait. I brought the loaner back the next day in and out. In addition, I was very surprised that my car was washed and was showroom sparkling! It appears that this dealership has its service operation as what I would call as a class act.

I went in to change the headlights of my Cadillac CTS and the service manager told me it would cost $1500. When I was totally aghast with this response, he came back and told me the price could be dropped down to $1100. I took my car to a local small family owned service place and he fixed it for $500. So please check the price of the parts it’s all available online so you’re not sucked into this thievery.

I ordered a Cadillac CT6 from GM and as every car that comes as a new model, It started developing problems a few months after delivery.GM created a engineering master piece with the CT6 and stood behind their product.But Williamson Cadillac made the difference between a lemon law lawsuit and a very well managed outcome.Their attention to detail and their professionalism reflected the vast experience they have as a very well stablished dealership.They attended to my every need and still do to this day.I have the fortune to have Mr Skip Moo-Sang as my service advisor and I consider him one of your best assets. They have always been courteous and your wait is always very comfortable; however my last experience was the best I have ever had and I must say I was blown away and remarkable would be an understatement! I was fortunate to be taken care by Service representative Alfonso Robleto. I still cannot believe there are individuals that go out of there way to make you feel conformable, safe and well taken care of and even go out of their way with the most willing attitude....which is surprising to find in Miami. He does not treat you like a number, he makes an effort to build rapport and to get to know you as a customer.
