Ive been going to the Publix for years. This was the first Publix that introduced me to a pub sub. Made significant improvement to their sushi section and selection. This Publix also has a pretty lager bakery and stellar pharmacy. 5 out of 5.

Clean place every thing organized, fast and good costumer service for order a sandwich.

In general all publix are very good but this have a very uncomfortable, parking entrance too complicated at least for me.

Nice and clean 4 stars because of the amount of people. If you want a convenient shopping close to home for you perfect but definitely not a travel for Publix

Publix in general is always well stocked with a vast variety of choice. However, theyre more expensive than most if not all their competitors.loyalist rave of quality vs worth. Im not sure I buy that.

I was impressed the first time I went to this location. I am new to this area as I work on 12th St. The only thing I expected was that I would have to brush up on my Spanish. 15-20 years ago thats all I ever heard in this area. I am impressed how evolved this community has come. Not only do they speak fluent English but they are so polite and friendly. Muy Bueno. The deli sandwiches are always fresh.

I give a star because its the lowest i can give.would i come shop here again odds are unlikely.I went to the customer service counter the Cashier Marlene C. was on her phone manager told her you have a customer.i told her i wanted Marlboro Light Menthol Cigarettes she gave me regular i told her it was the wrong Cigarettes she then brought the correct ones and slammed it on the counter as if she was not happy to have to go back and correct her error i think Marlene needs to be retrained in Customer Service she forgets if customers dont come back she has no paycheck and Publix has there saying were shopping is a pleasure my shopping experience was not very Friendly would i recommend your store no i wouldnt i hope managements addresses the issue to there employee on how important is to have customers come back

This review is mostly based on the Deli section of this Publix. I am very picky with how my ham is cut, I do not like thick ham whatsoever. Most times this causes annoyed faces and eye rolls from employees as they have to go the extra mile to make sure the ham is as thin as I like it (nearly shredded from how thin it gets). Today I was attended by Rosa Margarita and she was EXCELLENT! She didnt give any faces or complaints & didnt pretend she was about to do it how I wanted only for me to get home and find out it wasnt thin at all (which happens all the time). She really took her time and made sure it was sliced to perfection! Her friendly personality was definitely something that the other employees should take note of because she is truly an example! I know it sounds like something so simple but even a simple thing like this can make a costumers day. Thank you to Rosa Margarita again! Looking forward to hopefully seeing her around there again!

Excellent place to buy groceries & home products. Very convenient for buying fresh produce, baked goods & lots of food stuffs.

Your search - Its about the pineapple chunks sold by you. For the second time, I have found chunks that are very hard to chew, and I believe that your staff is cutting the chunks from the center (heart) of the pineapple, which I dont think they should. I would appreciate your comments. Thank you

Horrible customer service experience where shopping is a pleasure. Nothing was pleasant about my recent experience with Publix Customer Service Department. I went to send money via Western Union as I do every month and a lady named Maribel took my cell phone number to look up my account. Since I always use my Western Union mobile app, I just go to Publix to pay and send money. However, this lady took my phone number and said I couldnt pay there. When I asked what happened, she just said she couldnt help me and I needed to try another Publix location or call Western Union because she wasnt Western Union and couldnt give me more information. I called Western Union on my way home and they asked me about the error code the Publix lady received. Since I had already left the store, I called Publix to obtain the error number/code. I spoke with one lady from the stores Customer Service Department and explained the situation. She asked me to hold on and I was placed on hold for approximately 10 minutes when another lady picked up the phone and asked me how she could help me. I had to explain again my situation because this rep said somebody else placed you on hold and I dont know whats going on. She was able to pull up my Western Union account, but said she couldnt give me a code because first I have to make a payment. I explained I had gone to the store to pay, but the lady from its Customer Service Department wouldnt even let me pay. This rep explained to me that first I need to pay and then if the transaction doesnt go through, the system would generate a code. I asked to speak with the manager and the acting manager Edwin spoke with me and reiterated what the previous rep had just told me. At the end of the day I ended up wasting a couple of hours and couldnt send money today because I had to go to work. In the meantime my family member is going to have to go by another day without money in the middle of the Pandemic. Thank you Publix!

This place was so disorganized and gross. Things are missed placed ane very hard to find. While looking, I found that there were chicken bones from previously eaten chicken wings mixed with the grocieries on the shelves in different lanes and they had veen there for a while. I would not be surprised to see that this place has rats... this Publix needs an update and quickly!

This shopping plaza is the go to plaza if you live close to Flagler ST. They have everything you need as grocery shopping, gym needs and they have nice restaurants like outback, FOGATA and olive gardens.

This Publix is a nightmare. There are about 3 really good employees but the rest I dont think they care about their job. Another issue with this Publix, most staff dont speak English! Please please hire more English speaking staff it is only fair to those who cant speak Spanish! Ive also had the experience of finding expired items on shelves soshoppers beware.b

I went to this Publix and the cashier was really racial profiling Assuming I did not pay for my groceries, I had to go back to my car because I left my credit card and told her to hold my stuff but when I get back she told me the other lady would Attend me and I pay for my stuff as I’m leaving she goes in Spanish did he pay for all of that Assuming I could not speak Spanish because I’m black.

Deli manager LUZMARIA rude NO customer service at all. She had the nerves to tell me that my order was not placed and that I didn’t pay for it after showing her my order on my email, then she just walked away from me. What a horrific experience, she shouldn’t be working with the public !!!

We visited this place recently has our tour decided to stop by this shopping plaza for lunch. As I am frugal and had good prior experience with Publix Supermarket, I opted to have lunch here instead of the usual fast food places. The sandwich we had here was actually quite good and met my expectations. However, the condition of the store could be improved.

Be careful with expired items in this place. I recently went and got a milk cream, when I arrived home I noticed it was already expired a month ago.

I stopped at this publix while on my way home. I have 2 little children and im always looking for the double green cart because its the best and comfortable while i shop with two little ones. But this Publix had none no where. I asked someone at diary and he was kind to look for one but he also had no luck. Its a very big store and it was uncomfortable to shop so i just grabbed a few things and left ASAP!

Not worth your time... especially at the deli where it take half and hour due to how leisurely they do everything.

Why I give a 3 star because I was trying to get something quick and fast so I use the line of 10 items or less so I get there and the cashier (by the way her name at the receive was CONCHI) was a really bad attendant to customers, with an arrogant attitude very rude. I was there with my 2 years old son. It was a really bad experience... Publix is the best market and they suppose to have more people gently and friendly not this type of person.... But still my favorite market everPlease check very well the people you were hiring.... Thanks!!!

I am a customer of this Publix years near Flagler. It had always been a pleasure to buy here. But today, Tuesday, November 21, the cashier Luisa of line 8, was very rude, disrespectful and burlesque. Standards that do not correspond to Publix. I attend shopping every week here. But today I left this Publix saddened and with an unpleasant experience. I hope you solve this case. Thank you.

The line at the deli is always 15-20+ minutes no matter the time of day. What makes it worse, is that there be other people there however they wont stop what they are doing to assist or offer service.

Your typical Publix with great produces and food but the staff here seems a bit slow. Their express lanes usually take forever because the cashiers are busy talking to someone they know or have very little sense of urgency.

I use to make deliveries to this Publix supermarket and I live nearby .Since two or three years back nothing is like it was before. Quality of products poor,service very deficiently provided.Some employees dont treat customers the way they should,products are not in the shelves when the store opens,or employees not ready to take care of customers inthe deli or the bakery. Some products on shelves expired already. Sometimes you can see a swarm of bosses“ checking nothing and wasting time and long lines in the cashiers with no help with bagging.Believeme I have been in this hood“ for more than 30 years,it was not like this. There is not rspect or consideration for customers any more.Too bad...
