I cannot and I mean CANNOT say enough good things about this bridal boutique. From the MOMENT I walked in, I felt special. The boutique is warm and inviting. Jenise and Viviana were so wonderful from start to finish. Their selection of gowns is incredible— they have everything from Nicole Miller to Berta. And their customer service is incredible. To be honest it’s refreshing. Best best part about my wedding experience thus far.

From the moment you walk in, the experience is lovely. Jenise and Viviana have all of their bridal gowns organized by price point which was so helpful in knowing where to look. They are all off the rack designer brands with GREAT DISCOUNTED PRICES, which is an AMAZING way to find a beautiful dress. They gave me pins to place on the dresses I loved as I looked through. This was amazing that I was able to browse through everything myself as where I’d gone before they just chose for me. They also gave me great recommendations. After pulling out about 10 dresses, I tried them on! I tried so many and they were so patient and loving with me. They gave me the full experience of walking down the aisle with different veils so I could visualize myself on my wedding day. I thought I knew what I wanted but I finally tried on something so different to what I came looking for and FELT LIKE A TRUE BRIDE in my DREAM DRESS! That’s the exact feeling I was looking for! I’m so grateful for this Bridal Shop! It’s so amazing to get designer brand dresses for less! The only con was that it’s a smaller place and you can only bring 2 people with you, my zipper broke when I was trying it on a second time and they gave me a new one!

Words cannot even begin to express my gratitude for these ladies and their patience. I didnt have a babysitter and had to bring my infant along who towards the end of my consultation had a full-blown gas meltdown. They helped me through it all from holding her while I looked at dresses in the beginning to even trying to console her while I got dressed to handle the gas situation at the end. Never once did they make me feel anything but comfortable and at ease. It was such a relief to be surrounded by such friendly and understanding women whose only concern was helping me find my dress and feel comfortable. I tried on all the dresses I wanted and wasnt rushed like some other places and just to add the icing on the cake, I found theTHE dress and it was so beautiful and really budget friendly.Dont waste your time and energy trying to find your dress anywhere else. I had a great experience shopping for my wedding dress. Viviana made this experience so easy and simple. I showed her a dress that I was interested in and it was the first dress she gave me to try on and it was the one! They have many beautiful options within my budget. I was so happy to have found my dress in 30 minutes, their prices are very reasonable as well. 100% would recommend to any bride to shop there first.

I am forever thankful for Cary, the seamstress, she made my dress fit perfectly, turned a size 10 dress into a size 2. She had to kind of make a whole new dress. Go with Cary whenever you need to get any alterations. Future brides, make sure you get the closest size to your real size because there is less alterations to be done. At the store I wasn’t told about that. Cary was sent from heaven to me to wear my dream dressing !

Fantastic place! I made my appointment a few weeks in advance, and the appointment was long enough to look through everything I wanted to see and not feel rushed. We had the whole place to ourselves which was so relaxing. I went with just my mother and best friend and we were greeted by Viviana with gloves (to not dirty the dresses), champagne and water. I didn’t know very well what I kind of dress I was looking for, but I had so much help from Viviana. I picked out a few dresses but I ending up buying an Essense of Australia dress that was perfect, by her recommendation. To be honest, I would have never picked up my dress from a rack, which is why I am so glad I had help. I had a great experience trying on dresses because each was so beautiful and such great quality. I was also able to purchase my hair accessory and veil.I have to thank Janise and Viviana for their beautiful store and for helping me find the perfect dress.I will upload pictures after the wedding :)

Shopping at La Vie En Blanc was a wonderful experience! I didnt think finding a wedding dress would be so simple and easy. Literally zero stress. They took such a genuine interest in helping me find my dress and were so accommodating throughout the whole process! Such a wonderful wonderful experience here! I wish I could have found my dress here but I had my heart set on a Hayley Paige gown that I had to order elsewhere. However, I did go back to get my veil custom made with them. Vivi is so wonderful and makes you feel like family! I can’t wait to rock my vie en blanc veil on my wedding day. Definitely recommend this as a first stop to brides looking for gowns and veils.

Today I said YES to the dress and it couldn’t have been a better experience. This is literally the first bridal shop I went to and I was blown away. They have an array of different types of bridal dresses. Picking out different options was easy and the owners are very good about picking out other dresses that you may have missed. The staff is patient and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend that future brides visit here first as you will not be disappointed. Oh and did I mention they have amazing prices!

Where could I start, it’s been 3 months since my wedding! I got married on October 10, 2020.Le vie en blanc was the FIRST and ONLY place where I got my wedding dress! At first, I was excited and nervous to walk-in the store. I was so overwhelmed with all the dresses I had in sight to select from. However, Jenise made my experience the BEST! I had selected 5 different dresses to try on. I fell in LOVE with my first choice, but as I tried on the rest of the dresses I wasn’t sure which one to select.I had made a decision on my dress but still seemed unsure, but Jenise had picked out a specific dress that she wanted me to try on and knew that the dress would fit perfectly good on me! So, I gave it a try and I fell in LOVE with how the dress looked and fitted me so good! Jenise has an eye for fashion and what would look good on a bride to be! If it wasn’t for her suggestion, I would’ve walked out with the wrong dress!But wait there’s more .. she was also able to select the veil that would perfectly go with my dress! So that same day I walked out with my veil and dress!

I purchased my dream dress and veil thanks to Vivi, who brought in a dress that I wouldnt have tried on. As soon as she zipped it up, I was in love with it. She also helped me pick a gorgeous veil to go along with it and it was magic. They made the shopping experience an intimate and fun one. My mom, friends and I had a great experience with them and I recommend them to any bride looking to get a gorgeous dress but not looking to break the bank. I also resold my dress and veil with them and I cant complain. Theyre wonderful.

I really loved my experience with the company! Viv provided champagne for my small party of 3. She really went out of her way to make the experience special. I also bought my veil from them! Two months after the big day, I went with the option to resell my dress through them and it Sold! I received some money back from my gorgeous dress! So worth it! I wouldn’t trade it for the world.

The most magical bridal experience Ive ever had. Im a simple girl, and ive never been much into dresses but this was my WEDDING. I needed something special, that made me feel the best ive ever felt, and I found that feeling at La Vie En Blanc. I had been to over 6 bridal shops here in south florida, and have been extremely discouraged when when nothing spoke to me and told me Im it or had a bad and rude experience. Then a friend recommended to be La Vie En Blanc. I have 4 months left till the most important day of my life so as you can imagine, Im a bit pressed for time. I came to the location without knowing it was by appointment only. The door was locked when I got there but luckily, someone was in and unlocked the door when they saw I tugged on it. Vivi took care of us without appointment (she mistook us for a later appointment that arrived early) she offered water or champagne, which her adorable daughter brought to us on a silver platter and gave us white silk gloves (so we wouldnt dirty the dresses) to look through her hundreds of slightly worn perfect condition dresses. Her racks are organized by budget starting at $8000 and ending under $1000 (great selection at this price). she let us select as many dresses as we wanted and would personally pull out the dresses and build a fitting room for us. I selected about 6 wedding dress (which she personally helped me get into) and I LOVED about 2 of them but still nothing spoke to me. She could tell I was settling with the decision I made. She told me to wait one minuet before I choose my dress and brought in an option I had seemed to over look. She urged me to try it on,....... GORGEOUS. My eyes instantly welled up with tears. this for sure was the dress I was going to marry the man of my dreams in. It was a gorgeous PRONOVIAS dress originally sold at over $6000 which i was able to take home for under $2000 (which was less than the $3000 dress I was originally gunna settle for from La Vie En Blanc). I cannot believe what a magical experience I had at La Vie En Blanc. I can only hope this day is only topped by my actual wedding. Im on a white bridal cloud.

When I first got here, I didnt see anything that stood out to me. I was disappointed that I wasnt finding what I hoped I would, and my appointment started later than scheduled. I expected a much less amazing experience than what I had.Once I was taken for my appointment, I realized that it was worth waiting for, as they provided very personalized service (and champagne while we waited). Viviana chose a gown that I wouldnt have even thought Id like that much, but I tried it on and bought it that day. After visiting so many shops, I was relieved at the end of my hunt for the perfect dress, and I was so happy to find a unique and beautiful gown at a much, much lower price than its worth! Perfect option for a champagne bride with a beer budget.

Besides the fact that it took a bit longer that I anticipated for LA Vie en Blanc to sell my wifes dress, (from 21st of November to March 20th) I strongly recommend their services! You can drop off your dress and they will take care of any repair and dry cleaning ( Weve paid $150). They will get you top dollar and give your share at no time ( from the time they sold the dress until Ive received the check it took only a few days). If you are looking to to sell your wedding dress, thats the place to be!

Unfortunately unprofessional. No champagne, no royal treatment. If all is well, they will love you after you bought an expensive dress. I was referred to this place by the event planner. If you have a problem with the dress, good luck. I went alone, and she was very good at selling me a dress. Its a gorgeous dress, however when I got home, I realised this dress would get damaged at the venue in the beach, not to mention its 4 sizes larger, and it would be hard re-selling it. They were unhelpful and rude when I brought this up with the sales girl. There was no paper receipt stating CLEARLY there are no returns or exchanges - just an email receipt? Quite deceiving, for a first time bride. Ladies, I will say this: bring at least two people with you. The more eyes you have ON YOUR SIDE, the better the outcome. Sadly for me, my bride experience has been sour. Quite unfortunate. Something that should be memorable, smooth and a comforting customer experience, was not.

The lobby is filled with mirrors and perfect lighting that even snapchat or an instagram filter couldn’t provide to see your extreme bridal beauty. Viviana helped me with my trying of the dresses in the dressing room before coming out to my bridal party and I have to note that I LOVED that there was a mirror inside the room (also with the great lighting) which helped me have a moment to see myself in the dress and form my own opinion before presenting the dress to the outside party. She asked how my fiance and I met, and even shared her own wedding experience. Her demeanor is familial and comforting. She loves what she does and it shows. Viviana is another warm personality who is easy to work with. Living out of state can be a bit nerve wrecking in regards to shipment and although a hiccup in its arrival occurred, both Viviana and Jenise showed immediate and exceptional professionalism and care in the matter.What sets this bridal shop apart is their approach to customer service. They are not focused on selling a dress but instead on fulfilling a bridal experience and they certainly make it happen. I would be happy to recommend this place to any bride looking for a one of a kind dress and being taken care of during and even after purchase.

This is NOT a bridal shop where you try on dresses, then order a dress your size. This is a warehouse of USED bridal dresses & heavily worn Sample gowns with 1 parking space across the shop or street parking, they advertise the sale of new & gently used designer wedding dresses but the reality is all their dresses are used. Whatever you buy is pre-owned, and pre-worn. These are the dresses you try on at shops and when the shop no longer wants/needs the sample its sent here to be sold. The salesperson (part owner) is professional and welcoming, she offers drinks, water, or a glass of Kirkland (Costco prosseco $7 bottle -- nice gesture, yet cheap bubbly considering how expensive these used dresses are), shes knowledgeable about her 3-4 racks of inventory ranging from $10,000 as she presents it initially to a rack of $2000 section. She hands you one white glove to touch the gowns, which is very difficult to use bc what am I supposed to do with my other hand to move around the heavy dresses on the rack? However, I understand she wants to keep her used dresses in the best condition possible for sale so I respect the process however, two gloves would be best. Since these are sample dresses most of the sizing is small so an average woman would have a hard time finding various options here. Some of the things here are good pieces. However, be sure to look at them with good light and thoroughly, although theyre cleaned they dont look bright and new and unused (and thats bc theyre not). You get what you pay for. Dont be fooled by the bubbly - this is a USED dress shop. The word NEW when it comes to apparel means never worn. Sample dresses are worn heavily by brides trying things on so if youre a bride who prefers something new this is not the place for you. Alterations are also not offered. They also buy and resell dresses from brides which they take from you and display it for about 9 months and if sold 50% is split with you. Had I known these things prior, I wouldve never wasted my time coming here. I hope this review helps a bride looking for a NEW dress.

Jenise and Viviana are absolutely exceptional! I loved their mindfulness, patience and candor. I was blown away by the selection and quality of their designer gowns. The prices are beyond compare. I found my dream veil, Reem Acra, while shopping for my second dress. The experience with my mother, sister and best- friends was magical, especially since I live in DC. The champagne was a nice touch and the icing on the cake to take the experience over the top! I highly recommend this Bridal Boutique! ❤️
