It was so expensive to rent a dress for no reason. It went from 800 to 1200, for that you just buy a dress. There’s other cheaper quince dress places that have reasonable prices. Plus I think the hair and makeup from Bella quince is a little tacky. However, the dresses were so pretty but if your an extra small like me it will be harder to find a fitted size like a double zero or two.

I took my fifteens photos on the 21st of May. From choosing the outfits to taking the photos, it was a marvelous experience.

My daughter and I are so grateful to have had the opportunity to work with the entire Bella Quinces Staff and Vendors. They were all extremely professional and provided quality customer service. Bella Quinces Staff, specifically, Jarling, Alexis and the Photographer Susel all went above and beyond the call of duty. Its because of their assistance and planning that we are able to have my daughters event and photos at all! Due to the pandemic everything was delayed and as soon as the County began to lift restrictions, they were able to get everything back on track within weeks. We knew we were in good hands! We have already recommended Bella Quinces to our friends, and some have even booked their services for their children!Sincere thanks and gratitude, Vanessa & Amelee Ramos.

My quince party was canceled due to covid-19 by the venue owners. Everyone refunded my money EXCEPT Bella Quince for the rented dress. They offered store credit, but since there is no possibility of me having a quince party, we do not need anything from them anymore, only the money especially during this tough time. It is hard to believe that during a pandemic they do not take into consideration everything everyone is going through. We talked to the owner multiple times and she WILL NOT give us the refund. I will never recommend Bella Quince to anyone!!

Best service hands down. The employees were super sweet and understanding walked us thru the whole process, they were also super helpful when finding the dresses. When the day of my 15s photo shoot came Rance was such a great makeup artist i honestly couldnt have asked for anyone else he was so nice and helped me out a ton. Being a client of Bella quince was great id do it again if i couldnt great experience great people and amazing service.

Alex was our makeup artist and she was amazing! So sweet and my daughter loved her. The makeup and hair were done so tastefully and all day gave her undivided attention to my daughter and asked for her input on what she would like. Completely professional and friendly. My daughter had her Quince photos and party with Bella Quince and photography. The experience was amazing. From the dress, photo shoot, and party . Drove from wpb to see dresses went in no greetings this young girl came to me I was telling her what I wanted she had no clue to what I was saying than she took me to the another believe she was the owner she didnt help as well. My daughter did try a dress on but she didnt like it. From the moment I came in I was asking for a catalog never received one waited there like 13 mins and still nothing they were talking and laughing in the back. No other customers were there. We just walked out and they seen us when we left they didnt even say anything. But I do got to give it to them they look like they do great photos

My photographer was Herby and he did the most for me to feel comfortable and for my pictures to be the best ones taken. The quality of the pictures was amazing and i loved them so much honestly the best i recommend him 100 percent you wont be disappointed.

My experience at Bella Quinces was absolutely amazing. Staff and photographers were the best. Would highly recommend. Best of the best.

Great service! guillermo was my photograpaher and he had great ideas and many different poses for me. He made sure that i felt comfortable. The manager was very nice and even order me a specific dress. Recomond for everyone

I watched their show for the first time last night and I loved all the work they did they dont look horrible they seem like honest people and for someone to trash them is discussing. They are not a bad company and I wish I could use them.

Short and simple....Horrible customer service, non-professional staff, rude owner!!! Please do not go to this place. My experience overall was bad and I will never recommend this place to anyone.

My daughter luvs to see Bella Quinces, cause they luvs everything they do and we wish that they where in Boston, Massachusetts for there Quinces partys for 2020 and 2022.
