The location was inconsistent with it’s service and time of operations, they list  no hours of operations that was visible. I waited over an hour for someone to arrive. When they finally arrived the staff person asked me. “Are you waited for a ride? It was obvious I was waiting for your store to open....smh... He was oblivious about his products, market and void of any service culture.

Barely any wigs. Its more of a convenience store with food. I would not consider it a beauty supply store...

I had an absolutely terrible experience with their customer service. While asking about products the man on the phone was obviously an interested with his exasperated size and lack of initiative when it came to searching for the product. They must have so much business that they don’t care about their customers or so much money already that they can afford to talk people like this but I will be taking my money elsewhere. #BlackDollar
