This is a MUST stop in! I am so grateful for the owner & staff her at this shop! I flew in from CA and forgot my most valuable necessity- my ponytail! And when I called the owner made me feel right at home! Whether you are from out of town or you live near by - this IS the spot for you! Grateful to have found such a gem!

The prices are a bit steep, like theyre not competitive prices. But they have it all and their selections are ON POINT!!!! The esthetics could use some modernizing, i.e., better flooring and shelving to alleviate those tight spaces in certain areas... Above all The staff is dope!

Did not like the customer service here and the owner seemed to be a little aggravated when I asked for other wigs in the same color he insisted on me getting a $85 wig then ask me whats wrong the price I said no your attitude and walked out of the establishment. Will not be spending my money with anyone with that customer service.

A VERY strange and rude experience. Entered the store at 4:00 pm on a Saturday. I was carrying a small backpack... the manager says in an EXTREMELY loud and brusque tone, YOU HAVE TO LEAVE YOUR BACKPACK BESIDE THE FRONT DOOR - YOU CANNOT ENTER THE STORE WITH IT!!The store is located in a dicey neighborhood and no employee was within 25-feet of the front door so anyone could simply open the door, grab my bag and race off.I share this observation with the manage and I agree to leave my backpack by the door but I tell him I will remove my wallet, phone and Bose headphones just in case.He screams, YOU KNOW WHAT?!? I DONT LIKE YOU! SO WHY DONT YOU GET THE F%@K OUT OF MY STORE.I know people have bad days and take it out on others sometimes but this was over the top.Whatever.

I loooooove this beauty supply store. I’m from Maryland and moved to downtown Miami in 2016. It’s a culture shock to say the least. A lot of Cuban and Dominicans which makes finding hair products for African Americans difficult in this city. This beauty supply has it all. The owner is amazing. He makes great recommendations and knows all of his products really well.I recently wanted a new look and the Brazilian hair he suggested was everything! I bought a wig for $500 the owner guaranteed me that the wig was worth it and a good investment NEVER had I bought a full lace wig for that much less than a week later the wig was shredding and falling apart I went back to his store he made no attempts to return my money or credit me I will never buy a lace wig from there again I am disappointed in this the owner seems to be a good guy but he should of kept his word I work hard for my money
