I came across this beauty shop downtown and was blown away by the variety of beauty items and cosmetics on display. All was clearly visible. Im going to return to this shop!

I gave this 5 stars solely for the woman working there. She was so beyond sweet as well as funny, friendly and knowledgable. I love Elegant Beauty but I hate the fact that this one is in a location that, in my opinion, felt unsafe. I hope they will open more locations up north.

They were very helpful found exactly what I was looking for and the color selection was great I was so impressed and I got the VIP membership card and well gladly go back there again.

Usually a little busy when I go on the weekends but I always find what I need and the staff is helpful if you need it.

Horrible. I asked the person on the register who worked there to assist me with a hair product behind the.counter, and he stated he did not know. Then he began discussing my inquiry with the customer behind me. She told him that he was out of line and disrespectful because if she did not know who worked there she would have done the same.
