I’m a hairstylist and stop by this store weekly. I’m incredibly tried of being followed around the store each time. I’ll drive 20 minutes away to Elegant Beauty from now on to shop in peace

OMG, such an extensive & equitable store; vast in hair choices- human, synthetic & wigs. Definitely worth the visit, very helpful staff & I had the pleasure of dealing w/the owners. It was a very good experience & will return w/ my students. Very trendy hair supply store

Similar experience as others have said. The 1st two times I visited this place, no one followed me around. But the third time, someone came to the floor and followed me while keeping their distance. By someone it’s the Latina woman who works there, she said in Spanish, “let me get closer, so I can see.” I was also the only patron in the store. Very annoying and disrespectful especially since I was only looking at synthetic braiding hair... which is super cheap hair that comes in two foot long packages; very hard to shoplift. I usually buy in the color 1 but wanted to lighten things up for the summer. They don’t have a lot of synthetic braiding hair in blonde and brown. But they have a lot of stuff at good prices. I don’t think I will be coming back here without visiting every other store in Miami metro area.Following me assumes I am a thief and if you think I’m a thief you don’t deserve my money…

It was a ok beauty supply store, they were helpful and friendly

Went today for the first time to purchase wholesale. Mr. Cho was very helpful & nice. I will be back.

They have a good selection but as soon as I walked in I was followed around with the associate not even knowing the product I was looking for. I will not be returning.

Terrible! Cant look around in peace! The associate made me very uncomfortable, she followed me every step. Its was like she came to the store with me!!! Never again! Will never spent my money there!!

Soon as I walked in the lady said hello, I asked her a question about a weaving cap she said they didnt have it. Lady then followed me around and didnt think I understood Spanish. She said Going to make sure I watch her, which is exactly what she did. I put everything back out from my basket and left.
