I ordered a monogrammed newborn set and a crib pillow. Waited for the order for 2 months and had to call repeatedly to make sure I had the order in time for my son’s birth. The owner of the store “promised” each time that I would receive it before the due date. Finally, 2 days before I went to the hospital, the order arrived (I lived out of state) but it was missing the crib pillow. I called multiple times and again the owner said “it was done and was going to be shipped out. One whole year later, I am still waiting for my crib pillow. I will never again buy from this shop and I have told all my mommy friends to stay away. Unethical business.
