Went to this business to have a safe and quick check before I go on a roadtrip to North Carolina alone. They said I needed an oil change that the last place I took it did not do the synthetic oil change and I was over my miles. I paid $90 for that, next day 6 hours into my trip, I see smoke coming out of the engine, I stopped at a gas station in Jacksonville I open my hood to find that the oil was spilled all over the engine, the 2 oil caps where open, one was missing and the other one was sitting on the edge of the hood because they did not place it back on (see pictures of how I found it) it was Sunday and there where no Auto repair stores open at 4 pm, I was alone with my child, desperate to find where I could buy synthetic oil to refill since it was almost completely gone ( if you guys understand about cars, if I would have driven 30 more minutes I would have killed my engine completely because It cannot run without oil). I finally found an Auto zone in the middle of nowhere and was able to purchase a replacement Cap and synthetic oil.I contacted the shop, sent them all the pictures of the proof of what they did, they mentioned they had cameras to be able to see who did the oil change in my car. I asked for a. Full refund of my money and b. reimbursement of the money I had to spend fixing the HUGE mistake they made.No consideration, no accountability, not even apology, no refund was made, they where rude and unprofessional.I called several times and no response from either owner, manager, or anyone working there. I would never recommend anyone to ever come to this shop. I went in there to make sure I was safe to embark on a roadtrip, they almost ruined my trip and my car would have been a total loss if I hadnt pulled over soon enough.Worst experience, no accountability, Poor customer service,

I only use Fast Auto because they dont lie. They dont fake. They do quality work at a very fair price. For 10 years I have always been very satisfied. Derrick and the owner have been the only people I trust with my cars.

It wouldnt allow me to give no stars. They dont even deserve this one. Took our vehicle here for coolant fan running continuously after you stop driving car and park it and oil light staying on. We were told diagnostic charge and would let us know if vehicle would be worth repairing or not. Given a quote of $1600 to repair everything. After giving a $600 dep called check on status of repair told car was towed next day after giving dep. Had to pay $400 to get car out of tow. Called to see if vehicle ready ( OWNER NEVER CONTACT ME ONCE DURING TIME VEHICLE IN HIS SHOP ) told car ready. Get there oil light & fan not repaired. TOOK OUR $600 and claimed they had to replace fuel pump. No list of part prices or labor time. DO NOT TRUST these people ESPECIALLY if your NOT HISPANIC!

The worst!!! Save your money and time!! Went for oil change and to clean throttle body which never got done! Spent $99 for an oil change basically. Never again!

The manager WILL OVERCHARGE you no matter what. I just needed my sensors replaced and they charged me $300. Keep in mind that the pieces that it needed only cost me $60 buck. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Don’t waste your time. Owner never kept his word. We had to tow my fathers car two. And we for the tow! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!

I went to patch my tire. I asked the employee and EVEN the owner Henry of the place if they can do it without damaging the rim & they said yes no problem!. BIG MISTAKE, they messed up my new $380 rim. Best part they did not want to take up responsibility AFTER Guaranteeing all will be good.While complaining to them 2 other customer came back with issues regarding things they fixed the day before!!Do not take your car here!

Don’t take car here!!! My wife brought her car here and they had her waiting for two hours (was suppose to be 15min) and told her a bunch of nonsense. All they needed to do is replace the fuel filter and reset fuel pump and instead they said the fuel filter we gave them was actually a oil filter. I had to take time off work to go down there and show them on the box it says ‘fuel filter’. how these people are in business is beyond me. Deserve zero stars

Worst service ever, went there for the first time to instal some new wheels and the first thing I tell the guys is to be careful, and the first thing he does is scratch three of the wheels and instead of taking ownership of what he had done he literally continue installing them like nothing had happen. Wouldn’t even have balance the wheels unless I asked him to, always with an attitude, acting like if he’s doing things for free. Worst mechanic service I’ve ever had. Now I have to pay additional money to have my wheels fix.

Zero stars!! I took my car here to change the oil and get one of my headlights replaced. I brought everything they would need with me. I stayed to watch them change the oil and immediately reset the trip so the mileage would be at 0.0. They told me it make take an hour to change the light so I decide to leave I return an hour later my car is not there.They take us into the office and we pay, the owner is on the phone in Spanish telling someone to hurry up. I walk back outside and my car appears. I get in the car and leave. I check the mileage and it’s at 3.7 miles.I call the place for an explanation because the increase in mileage was bothering. I assume I’m talking to the owner he rudely tells me that my car was taken to his other shop so it could be lifted to see if there was an oil leak. I call bs immediately. He gets super arrogant asking me if I wanted to call the cops or sue him. I just explained to him that I would’ve liked for him to tell me that when I came back to pick up my car. He says “lady give me a break what do you think you’re driving? A Ferrari!” and proceeds to hang up on me.I have a device installed in my car that has a gps tracking feature THEY DID NOT TAKE MY CAR TO ANOTHER SHOP TO SEE IF THERE WAS A LEAK, THEY WENT TO AUTOZONE. Very unscrupulous!!!

BEWARE!! WORST AUTO MECHANIC experience ever. The process, employees and owner is very unprofessional. I took my car here for valve cover gasket which costed me over $1000. I get my car back to find out the mechanic that worked on my car broke a cord connected to the coolant. The mechanic tried to cover it up by taping the mistake with electrical tape, unbelievable! Im forced to take my car back cause they are the reason for the mistake and to add insult to injury not only do I not get an apology but they just brush it off as though this is common practice. The only thing said to me is we have to order the part and fix it tomorrow. He then proceeds to make a big deal out of me getting there by 5pm the next day cause they would like to leave on time, WOW like WHAT?! The next day they fix the cord they broke, However now my car is leaking coolant and the service engine light is on which it had never been on since Ive had my car. I wish I could give minus stars. I would NEVER RECOMMEND this place. A TOTAL WRONG CHOICE AND I WISH I WOULD HAVE NEVER WENT.

If I could give no stars I would. Overall unprofessional. I paid $1300 for a variety of repairs and they left hoses loose, essentially leaving the vehicle worse then when I brought it. The mechanics talk to you as if theyre providing a free service and youre an annoyance. If Im not being helped by the one specific mechanic who has customer service mastered, its a sh*tty experience. I would NEVER go back, and advise whoever reads this not either. There are other mechanics out there.

I was considering leaving more stars. However, after speaking with the owner today this is all the stars I can provide. Let me start by saying I have used this company before and have returned because the owner and one other mechanic had been very helpful in the past. After speaking with the owner today, all respect for this company is completely gone. I had came to inform the owner that the macanic he had sent me to on my last visit never completed the oil change to my vehicle correctly. After bringing the Mechanic the oil and filter I use, because they never have the brand I use. I was still charged $40 even with a sign out front saying a synthetic oil change is a little over $35 (with their brand of oil). His reason was he had to unscrew a cover covering my pan. He even asked me to walk over to the auto store on the corner for a new screw. Which i did ( still don’t understand why he needed a new one ). This was Thursday a day before I was leaving to Orlando. The following day as I’m arriving to Orlando I see my oil light is on again. I drive to the auto zone and have them look at it. There is no oil at all in my car. Not sure at this point what was happening. I buy a 5 gallon oil to hold me over as I drive back to miami. Once I’m back I see my oil light is on again. When I checked my oil it was empty again. I bring it to another shop just to find out the mechanic at this location did not screw in the filter correctly, causing all of the oil to fall out. When coming to inform the owner of the problem and how his mechanic almost caused my car to completely explode the engine. His answer was, he no longer works here. As I’m speaking to him he just walks away. Not offering a Credit, not even I’m sorry for this mistake or I’m so glad your car was ok. Even after saying he remembered me getting my oil changed just last week. This is the lowest form of service I’ve ever dealt with. I would think three - five times before bringing your car to this location. If the owner will not even take into consideration the work done by employees he has chosen to employ, is your car even really safe in there hands ?

The owner and head mechanic are not truth worthy and unprofessional, if you are Latino and young beware they will not treat you respectfully and will try to rip you off. They will overcharge you if you have a new/luxury car and if you require a major fix service even bringing your parts and being the first customer for the day they will literally service the fast passing customers before you until there is no more!!! The only good thing that they have is free WiFi. Totally not a recommended place.

HORRIBLE experience!!!!! DO NOT take your car here! The owner is unprofessional and cannot be trusted. He took my husband and Is car and drove it for several days without letting us know. My husband went to pick it up and his employee told him that the car wasnt there and that the owner had taken it. My husband called the police. All of a sudden the guy rushes over with the car. Unfortunately, because it would be a civil suit no report was made. However, he may have hurt someone while in our car or caused us many tickets. Completely unprofessional. On the way out my husband payed him for his service and the owner cursed at him and told him Dont come back, I dont need your service. Mind you, my husband has been taking both of our cars to this guy. BEWARE!!!!!!!! Terrible service as the brakes he said he would fix, were not. This auto place in my opinion is not ethical and cannot be trusted! Spare yourself the grief.

I tell you about my experience with these mechanics that I dare to define improvised I took my car to be repaired with them because my car broke down just a few meters away fast auto service ...They told me that the radiator was broken, they did the job and after 30 days the car stopped at 95 I called a mechanic and he told me that the radiator had a hole and had to be changed.I thought I had a guarantee so I called fast auto service and explained what had happened to me and the owner with an arrogant and arrogant tone of voice told me that if I had a gap that he did not respond, it was evident that they had already caused the gap that this was in the internal part, it is possible that during the installation of the radiator they damaged it.My advice is not to take your car with these people because I think they are either not honest or simply not ready to work as a mechanic.

Speed, honesty and price are three good reasons to visit them, Cheer up and your car will thank you .... I always leave very satisfied. Of course, the place is something small.

As the name says fast auto service is so fast that they do not even know what they are doing. They are not responsible for the mistakes they make, and if you ask for warranty they ignore you and make you feel that you are responsible for their mistake. Seriously, do not risk losing your money or having an accident because of these people!
