Very helpful they accidentally gave me the wrong battery but then they corrected everything on their end and everything went smoothly after all. Would definitely recommend.

Went in for an oil change to my M3 and came out with leaking oil on my garage floor the next day. Service manager will not take responsibility for the damage they made and want me to pay $1400 plus for oil pan gasket. They broke it they should fix it. Taking my car to Brickell BMW!

A total lack of respect after making an appointment for an oil change, you have to wait more than 2 hours, the bad service is incredible.
