I was looking for a vehicle and I happen to find one on their lot that seemed like a really good deal. I call on Monday to see if the vehicle was indeed on the lot after reading all the reviews from Google. The gentleman on the phone did confirm the vehicle was there and I ask a question or 2 in regards to the vehicle. On Tuesday he reached out to me via text and asked when I was coming to look at the vehicle, I told him tomorrow (wednesday) after I take time off work and drive the 4+hours to look at it. I arrived before they opened at 10 and confirmed the vehicle was their. When they opened I went to go inspect the vehicle and thats where the trouble started, my first walk around everything seemed to be alright. Then as I started to inspect it closer I found fluid on the inside of the front driver fender well which wasnt a red flag but what I found next was. I decided to look at the underbody structure and found a tear in the body reinforcement and damage on the body from either a lift/support and I knew it had been in wreck. Their website said that the title was clean title (most titles) and when I ask him when when the vehicle was in a wreck he denied it at first then admitted it had a rebuilt title and showed me pictures of the vehicle damaged. The repair work was average and done well but was noticeable, the rest of my time spent there was a waste as he was not will to budge on the price to where it should of been. My advice is make sure ask for a title condition before looking at any of the vehicles from here..

If I could give this place less than a star, believe me, I would. Eddie knew nothing about the car I was looking at. I did end up purchasing the car and in doing so was told if you deny the warranty then the car is sold as is so I got the warranty. Now here I am, 4 days later, and the rear shocks have gone out on the car and the General Manager claims there is nothing he can do about it and is now refusing to answer my calls. I would never recommend such an establishment to anyone else. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!! Theyre a scam. They have absolutely no type of customer service provided here. I can almost guarantee theres something wrong with every car on the lot based on how I am being treated.

I came all the way from north Carolina to purchase a dodge ram 3500 dually truck. Aileen or Eddie did not give me no information that the truck had a huge dent in the rear of the truck, the truck was very dirty on the inside and smelled like it had been sitting in water. I paid them 200 dollars to hold the truck until the weekend. The day before I was suppose to come they told me the truck wasnt there yet but they would hold it until next weekend. When the next weekend approached I went down to Miami with doubts. When I arrived I met Eddie and Aileen. They seemed nice but when Eddie handed me the keys to test drive he didnt walk out to the truck with me and he said they didnt put a license plate on the truck I would have to test drive on backroads that immediately made me think something was wrong when I got in the truck it was no gas in it as if someone felt like they didnt really want me to give it a good test run. I wouldnt recommend this place to no one ver! Scammers for sure. Now Im out of my 200 bucks and other money I spent on airline tickets to and from Miami

Hello everyone! i bought a car here a couple of months ago. Let me share my experience with you all.I checked the reviews of this place before making it in here to check out a car. I saw a bunch on bad reviews, so i kinda went there with some low expectations. I saw a car I wanted to check out and reached out to them. Andres who works there contacted me and after exchanging some messages, i made arrangements to go there check out the car. Once there, he introduced me to Eddie- a sales associate who kindly and patiently answered all my questions and let me test the car. I ultimately ended up purchasing the car i was interested in and although i had some initial issues with the car, i was able to have it fixed. However, my review here is about the kind of friendly service i received at Motors Trust; I really appreciated Eddies help and prompt responses, so i definitely give them a 5 star! I cant speak for everyones experience here but mine was great! Maybe, people need to ask more questions (the right questions) and have everything clear so that there is no misunderstanding. I am very careful and i always read reviews but my suggestion is to please dont get so hung up on these reviews; go, ask questions, and see for yourself and please always be nice and polite. People are more receptive and willing to go the extra mile this way :)Please ask for Eddie! He is great!Jane

Ive read the reviews and I can tell you from personal experience, Motors Trust is a great place to buy your car. Eric was extremely professional and helpful. I went there looking to get in anything reliable, easy on gas and decent mileage. I fell in love with a 2015 Impala. Thankfully I wasnt able to get that car. Eric worked hard and helped get me into a better car. I ended up walking out that day, after only a couple hours, with basically a brand new car with almost no miles on it and didnt have to break my bank account to do so. On top of that, I had both my nephews with me, aged 3 and 1. Eric went out of his way to get papers and markers so my 3 year old nephew could color and be entertained while we went over the paper work. Thank you, Eric. You made the whole process enjoyable and easy and got me into a car I couldnt have imagined getting into.

WATCH OUT!! SHADY BUSINESS!I found a truck here that I liked a lot. So I called to check availability. I was told by Chris, that it was. I Then I received a text from Jose, stating he could help me. So I told him I had some questions before I made the 3 hour drive to Orlando. He didn’t respond back to me until I asked for a manager. He just gave me his phone number. Didn’t even ask what questions I had. Then he texts me that the truck just sold. Seemed very shady to me. I would not recommend this place to anyone.. After seeing all of the bad reviews they have, it doesn’t surprise me, and I am glad I did not make a purchase here. Makes me wonder if the car actually even existed.

BEWARE! READ BEFORE HEADING TO THIS PLACE AND SPENDING HARD EARNED MONEY! I wish I could give them no stars! They are crooks who should never have a place like this selling vehicles to people. I placed a deposit with them a week prior head down to Florida. I get there and look at all the vehicles they have, it was getting late so I told them about hlthe vehicle I was interested in and we came to an agreement that they would have their mechanic look and fix the issues we seen first thing the next morning. I go there the next morning, call the salesperson Jose numerous times trying to get an update on the vehicle and he never answered. When I go to the site Jose informs me that the owner of motor trust had already sold the vehicle to an auction site. I was blown away at how quickly things changed within a few hours. He attempted to make a few calls to stop the sale and then the manager comes and says we have to take the vehicle as is without any repairs that were agreed on the night before. We tried negotiating the situation to no prevail. Jose takes the vehicle and says they will fix the bare minimum which was giving the vehicle new brakes. Almost 2 hours later he brings the vehicle over. I inspect the tires only to notice that they have me a spare tire which was not for the van I purchased. The tire was for a small car. When I asked where did the spare tire for the vehicle went they claimed they didnt know. So Jose went and takes a spare from another van similar to the one I purchased. Finally I begin driving back to NC when the ESC light turns on. I stopped to check the tires they tires lock up and are no longer able to move. I called motor trust and they refused to help with anything. They even sold me a warranty that doesnt cover anything this van needs. These people have no concious. All they care is about their money. They dont care if you die in the vehicle as long as they get their cash. This place needs to be shut down they are frauds. The whole time we were there the manager seemed to be high on something. His eyes were always blood shot red and he stumbles when he speaks. The worst place ever! Go somewhere else to spend your hard earned money.

I bought a car and everything went fine until it was time to get my tag. They changed me 80 dollars for the transfer of my tag and I was waiting for it to come in but it never did, and now they are telling me that I have to go to the DMV to pay for the tag. This is not my first time buying a car and I know they are suppose to give me another temp tag or have the metal plate. I will not be buying another car from them there is a lack of communication and professionalism in the business and I would rather spend my money with companies that can do the job that they are paid for.

YOU NEED TO CHECK YELP. Those are real reviews. You’ve been warned. Check YELP before purchasing here.This company bait and switched us on a vehicle. Said it was one trim level and we found out after the purchase we had been scammed and the vehicle was worth much less. We found out they fraudulently advertised a vehicle they knew it was not what they had.We attempted to contact the dealership several times to give them the benefit of the doubt without even as much as a response. We will be meeting with our attorney tomorrow to file a lawsuit. Since they fraudulently gave facts about the vehicle to our bank the bank will be pursuing restitution as well.I highly recommend letting the Florida department of Motor Vehicles know if you have been scammed by this dealership.I will be filing a complaint against their bond as well. They clearly violated the law and we will not stop until we have been given restitution

I would not give them 1 star. For Google I had to give them something. They received a check from my parents financial institution and NEVER sent the car that was purchased online in Richmond, VA. They also NEVER sent the money back. Weve had to hire a lawyer to start the process of getting our money back. Everytime weve called theyve stonewalled usKeep in mind my parents are 80 years old. The better business bureau has been notified. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS!!! IT IS FRAUDULENT!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!

I purchased a infiniti M35S in December. After purchasing the car a few issues came up while driving the car home. The car was paid fully in cash, it was purchased as is. We reached out to the manager Chris. He was extremely helpful and understanding. I took the car back to the dealer after the holidays and they helped FIX EVERY SINGLE ISSUE. The process took a month to fully diagnose and repair the car. I couldnt be any happier now with my purchase. I drove Chris crazy calling him daily for month to see if the car was ready but he made sure EVERYTHING WAS FULLY FIXED prior to me picking the car back up. I highly recommend this dealer, I would use them again if ever needed in the future. They have very nice cars in the lot available. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE!!!!!!! I waited for my car, but it was worth the wait. My infiniti is perfect inside and out. Most dealers after paying cash would say you purchased the vehicle as is and wipe there hands. Very poor experience. The vehicle was delivered extremely dirty, it needed an oil change, 4 tires, brakes, wipers, and the airbag and tpms lights were on. I called them several time to see if they would even cover a portion of the cost of the parts but they just keep giving me the run around, they even stopped taking my calls.

Bought a 2019 Ford Transit with 25,000 miles from No Trust Motors that I found online. The sales person told me everything was “A okay”. Sent additional pics I had asked for before making the purchase. I had the car shipped to my house as I live out of state. Showed up with a cracked windshield along with a big dent and missing paint all of which you could not see in the pictures. I got a quote from safelite to replace the windshield and it’s $515 and they only offered me $160 for a “wholesale windshield” and they won’t even acknowledge the body damage. I asked the dealership at least 5 times to make sure the car is shipped with a vehicle condition report and they sent it without one. The transport guy took pics of the windshield and body damage before he loaded the van up. I paid $19,000 for the van, overnighted the check and this is the level of customer service provided. I also asked were I can get a “wholesale windshield” installed for $160 with now reply. I was misled and taken advantage of since I did not buy the van in person. My husband and I purchased a car from here August 19th. The passenger side window would not roll up before we purchased the car. We brought it to their attention and the added a document that said “We Owe You” to our purchase agreement. Per this document they would mail us the window part and pay labor to have it installed. We have not received this part. I sent an email to follow up and was assured they would send the part. I emailed a copy of the “We Owe You” in case they disputed that they owed us this part. I followed up via email and left a voice message. Still no response. They’re courteous when you walk in the door and will tell you anything to make a sale. Very disappointed in their lack of integrity.

They just happened to have the only car in Florida that was exactly what I wanted. At first everything went great they agreed to fix what was wrong in order to make the sale. They put everything I wanted in the 30 day warranty. They said they would schedule appointments to fit my schedule since I would drive over 3 Hours to get to them.The sticker price listed online was extremely less than the price they attempted to sell me the car and when I called them on it I was given a grand excuse why it was different.I ignored the signs because it was exactly what I wanted. I financed the car and left as happy as could be and that is when the trouble started. I made one appointment and drove there on a Saturday and wasted my whole day just for them to tell me that they couldnt fix what was wrong because they didnt have the parts necessary to do so. They told me that they would call when the part was ready. Then I was ignored. I called everyday about the part to see if it was in. Finally they answered and let me come in again just to tell me they still couldnt fix it. Of course by that time the 30 day warranty ended and I still call once a week because I was guarantee that even after the 30 day warranty that they would fix it and I have this in writing.They let me drive a car that I could have died in easily. Especially with all the problems that was wrong with it. I talked to Eric, Chris, Christian, and the Manager Nelson who now all ignore my calls and messages. Unbelievable level of disrespect, and there is not a single professional at this dealership.Do yourself a favor and run away from this place. If you could give them no stars I would.

They are scammers, and lie about car mileage and more . Do not believe every good review you see they will straight up take your money, scam you . Had the worst experience with this dealership with my first car absolutely untrust worthy and full of lies . Took them more than 3 months and never gave me my license plate I had to keep calling and calling for them to solve nothing . Overall they will take your money and lie to you about the car you are going to purchase .

This may be a very long review but I believe you all will find it well worth it. I purchased a vehicle in February. At first I have my mind set on a particular SUV but my salesman convinced me otherwise and I fell head over for my current vehicle it had all the features and it was helpful for me to move my children around. So fast forward I am riding around and getting it in my Rover and all of a sudden literally last week we ran across an issue that was going to cost me. I worked so hard being a single mom and maintaining a household it can be a lot however the staff was willing to help especially the finance provider, Elvis. He went out his way to discover the problem and produce a solution. I wont lie I was stressed and upset because I didnt want anyone to lose, these are salespersons and with our purchases is how they provide for their household and I didnt want to be the one that cost the loss. But they went above and beyond and I do mean beyond to make sure that everything was in order, they were there until after closing thats how bad the situation was, especially Mr. Elvis. Other salespersons were willing to step up and help me out. And I was able to leave with things in order. I am grateful for them and to anyone reading this, if you are ever experiencing any issues just communicate with them it is essential so they can help you too. I dont know if it is the pay or passion to help but they did a wonderful job and I recommend a vehicle anytime. Thank you to the staff again.....especially to you Mr. Elvis.
