This place sold me a 2014 Ford Focus and they told my wife and I that we have a warranty and Ford will fix it the issue for us. Well we bought the car MONTHS after the transmission warranty was valid and blatantly lied to us. The only warranty that we are covered by is to fix the computer in the car, which isn’t very helpful at all. So if you want to spend thousands of dollars and be let down and end up having to pay $2,000+ more dollars down the line because a salesman wasn’t very upfront and clear on the specifics then go ahead and do business here. (A piece of advice, don’t actually give them your business)

Overdue rating. Worst place ever, first they lied about the price of the car, according to the salesperson this was a mini cooper that belonged to the owner, price? $13k. We took it for a drive withe the salesperson who was worst as well, all the time on the phone texting, not paying attention and when I told him the car seat had a hole in the back he replied “it’s used, what do you want”. We spent almost an hour there waiting for the owner to come out. The price now? $17k. Waste of time, rude customer service and lying about the prices to get customers. Avoid this place.

Oh man!!! First time auto buyer I have to say. Awesome!!! The car (Jeep Patriot High Altitude) pristine condition, inside and out. Coming with no knowledge of car buying totally felt at home. Came in with my daughters they bought lunch for us and made me well informed of everything I didn’t know into car buying financing, credit, insurance, all details.
