I bought a 2022 Santa Cruz a month ago at Hyundai Lehman, but 14 days ago I was driving down the highway and I felt when something came out of the roof of my vehicle and I looked at a black element in the mirror when I arrived at my destination I checked thinking it was something that was in the track and had hit me and it turns out that it is the molding that covers the rail that is on the drivers side. I speak with the counselor and they tell me that I must speak with service to make an appointment. What they gave me for October 23. I also wrote and sent photographs to the service. hyundai USA customer explaining what happened. Today I go to the agreed appointment and I was treated very kindly and they took the vehicle to the workshop, time passes and I ask about my vehicle and they tell me that I have to wait, after 4 hours of waiting I claim because it is something so simple to fix and It has taken a long time, and you need to have some means of transportation because I have an important meeting at 2 pm in Palm Beach, so they bring me the vehicle without any arrangement to tell me that the part does not have it and they must order it and then they will let me know when arrive for installation. I was very disappointed in the service provided, as well as having lost hours from my work and also losing the meeting I had scheduled because I could not arrive. I can only imagine when the vehicle has a problem in little major it will take days, months or perhaps years to be able to solve or tell the customer that they could not repair. My review is very high for the disaster that it is. Speechless.
Excellent experience. Leveraged online tools before going to dealer and saved a bit of time. Salesman was Austin Lorenz. Austin was efficient, knowledgeable and very personable. He answered every question and ensured every need was met. I’ve been buying cars for many years, and Austin was the most authentic I’ve ever had. Handling the finance was Jonathan Jones; also exceptional. Knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Both gentlemen are a credit to the dealer and organization. Enjoying the car and hoping that the rest of the relationship with Lehman continues to be as impressive.
Salesperson was very nice and helpful and warranty work done on my last Hyundai was great....But.....Massively over priced. How is there low inventory when nobody is buying new cars. I can understand on certain models they may only have a few but on other models they have like a couple of hundred and they still have the same overpriced premium 10k+.
I bought my car at this dealership a year ago and the sales experience was good, but the service experience I had is one of the worst Ive ever had for any dealer. When I brought in my car for the first service (3,000 miles), the staff used up my 7,500 mile complimentary service without telling me. So when I brought in my car for the 7,500 mile service, they began pushing me to do the 15,000 mile service (which is ludicrous) and tried to upsell me on deep engine cleaning for a one-year-old car. This seems very much like bait-and-switch and reflects poorly on the dealership. I will not be bringing my car back here (maybe Rick Case is better) and theyve lost my business for good. P.S. The person dealing with me was the only staff member who decided not to wear a mask for customers (everyone else was wearing one).
I passed by the dealership to look for a vehicle ( a Hyundai) for my nephew and possibly purchase a truck from GM. I walked around a little and was greeted by a great salesperson who helped me out tremendously for the Hyundai. We got all the information needed and were planning on returning the next day to purchase it but what stopped the whole deal was when I came down to the truck, the price was ridiculous 10-15k over priced?!? I get it there’s a shortage on trucks and vehicles but the GM was just being uncooperative and his demeanor and body language was poor. I would see how he was aggravated from a distance. He did not even come up to us to discuss driving out with two vehicles. All I can say is wow!! That’s your GM.. good luck Lehman I will go else where. You are not going to get over on me with a price jump on a vehicle when I’m trying to get two vehicles. This place isn’t the same like it used to be. It doesn’t feel like a family ran business.

I normally love this place. The service is usually excellent and competitively priced. But today, not every employee in the service center was wearing a mask or wearing it correctly.Instead of giving me a business card, my service rep jotted down a contact phone number. When I was trying to contact him, the phone didnt answer, went straight to voicemail, but the voicemail box was full.I had to call the main number to try and reach him.When he did call me to tell me that my car was ready, I was away from my phone and his call went to voice mail - but he didnt leave a message. He did this twice. I tried to call back on THAT number, but no one answered - so I DID leave a message. It wasnt returned.Around 4:00 PM, I called the front desk this time and got routed to his desk where he told me he tried to call me twice at noon, oh, but yeah, he didnt leave a message.In all the years I have taken my car here, this is the first time I have had such a communication problem.
The manager and service department team made sure they found and resolved the issue with my 2022 Hyundai Sonata Sel Plus. It was something that possibly happened during the transportation of the vehicle to the dealership I purchased it from in Ft. Myers or it happened when the part was being assembled.While my vehicle was in service, the service personnel made sure my transportation needs were met. Also, the actions by Max Feria, the service manager, personified what sincere care for customers is.
This has been the worst customer service experience in all of the dealerships I have been to over the past 15 years. Ileana was the salesperson that helped us earlier today. We sat at her desk and she asked for my driver’s license to make a copy. When she came back she did not give it back to me but at the time I did notice because she brought “the numbers” at the same time. We did not end up purchasing a car from her and we left and to be honest I completely forgot about my license. Once at home, hours later, I realized my license was missing. I called the dealership three times and they told me they did not have it. Each time, I was on hold for about 15 minutes. I asked to speak to Ileana and they said she was “busy” looking for it. I live an hour away from the dealership and once I arrived, Ileana stated she looked for it in the copy machine as well as in her office and she did not have it. She kept repeating and insisting that she handed me back my license. I kept insisting to please look in the copy machine or in that area because when we were there earlier, she never brought it back to her desk. She repeated multiple times that she checked her desk as well as the copy machine and it was not there. I then asked to speak to a manager which also stated they could not do anything about it (the copy machine is in the same room as where she took me to speak to the manager). She then looked down at the desk and said “Oh look here’s one” and handed it back to me. Never apologized even though she told me repeatedly that she was 100% sure that she gave it back to me. Which also means she did not even bother to look for it or ask around. The manager did not say a word either. It may seem like a very small thing, but it’s very frustrating to deal with people like this. They were rude and very condescending.
They were willing to deal for the car like no other Dealer. Great costumer service and so polite. When you are treated with kind and respect like Ana Estrella did, you are more than happy to comeback. I totally recommend Ana for next car purchase. They didnt have the car the I want it and instead of sending me away make the effort to look for it while doing a good deal. Called multiple times on various days and got the runaround from others about the dealer I was stuck having. I need a car asap and instead I was put on hold for 20-30 minutes at a time just to get a voicemail box of the manager that was supposed to assist me.Looked up various deals that were for cars and they said they didnt know about it, website not up to date half the cars I was looking at were sold 2-4 days prior and they neglected to update so I was stuck looking at less attractive color ways and not interested.Failed to work with my budget and just talked down I guess because I didnt have a 500 a month budget, and just gave me no options and treated me weird because it was my first time leasing. I feel like this was just a reason I never call or hate having to talk to places by feeling demeaned and them being rude when im trying to get a car as I been riding the bus for a few years and im tired and this made me feel so frustrated.

A month ago, I asked my wife to take my car for service. All I wanted was an oil change, the price $39.99+ tax. One of the service representative told my wife that a tire rotation is needed. To my knowledge any additional services are optional. Well the representative decided to add the tire rotation because “it needs to be done”, Bill $112 total. Today 9/11/2021, I made an appointment for an oil change, $39.99+ tax. I was asked if I wanted tire rotation, I said “no”. I didn’t get charged any additional services.Basically I think they took advantage and up sale a service. Lehman Hyundai service department take advantage of people and up sale services, when it’s not needed.I had a better experience at Rick Case Hyundai in Davie. This will be my last visit at this location. Definitely bad customer service.

Will never buy another vehicle there. It seems once you leave the premises and they have your money, they dont ever contact you to see how youre doing or if there are any issues with your vehicle. I leased a new 2021 Subaru Ascent limited and although the car is beautiful, it was not without problems within the first 2000 miles. When I try to call my salesperson, I dont even get through to her. Not to mention, they trick you into thinking they knocked down the price but with leasing, youre paying 2-3k above MSRP. So at the end of my lease, Ill be paying 47k for a vehicle that was only 43k to begin with. I knew I was going to keep the vehicle at end of the lease but this was highway robbery. If youre going to screw someone over, at least do it with finesse and use some lubricant. I wish I had gone with the other dealership farther North. Also I purchased the extra service warranties and just dropped it off for the service and the Subaru dealership says it doesnt show up in the system and this is 30 days out already. So buyer beware with this dealership, 😡

Management completes with incompetence within themselves. At the end of June I trade a vehicle in, payoff was paid way over 30 day me getting a late payment. Due again to management negligence they issued me 3 temporary tags, legally is only 2, again due to their incompetence I got my license suspended since the tag was not transferred on time. What a joke managements incompetence is. Do not buy or lease a vehicle there, management has a bad attitude as its owner. Dont get abused at that dealer.
I was hoping I could put a zero for services. NOBODY THERE UNDERSTOOD WHAT COMMUNICATION IS! Ive been waiting 2 months now for reimbursement for my rental that I paid for out of pocket that was supposed to be covered by hyundai because the car is under approve warranty and am unable to get any assistance. This problem all started because the service rep messed everything up. Then Mike the manager makes no sense, my experience was so horrible I left the car there and bought a new car because I did not want to have a headache everyday. I NEED MY REFUND!
The absolute worst dealership I’ve ever done business with. Leased a new genesis gv80 never gave copies of signed paperwork only gave one key for the car. Asked 10 times still haven’t delivered the key or documents, don’t buy your vehicle from this dealership

When I asked to take a picture of their offer the sales manager told me “absolutely not.” Because he knew they were over charging people and not being honest sales people. They bank on people not looking at the out the door price of the car and only look at the monthly payment so they can over charge you for vehicles.Absolutely crooked and liars. DONT GO HERE!!!!!

They only care about making more money. They don’t allow anyone else to help you unless it’s the individual who initially took your service order. They are inconsiderate as far as their customer’s time is concerned. Simply checking out takes longer than necessary because out of an office of at least ten people, only one person can help you ? They don’t acknowledge you at all, they just let you stand there until they feel like speaking to you. If you want anything to get done, you have to be rude and there’s no way around it.
Worst customer service you can get by the male employee who open the service department on 06/12/2021. Had no manners and no sense of what customer service is. I understand you are not taking any walk in customers because you are booked with appointments, however instead of proudly saying to another customer “he is going home with a rude tone”. How about, what are you coming in for, let me book you an appointment so this won’t happen again, if I get any cancellations I can call you in. If you are to work with people understand what people skills are and more importantly know how to treat your customers. I bought my wife’s car back in 2016 and been going there for service since, definitely my last time, will be taking my cars service and futures buys to another dealership who appreciate their customers.

Buying a car from this location was simple and painless. Coordinating service or anything else since purchasing the car has been a nightmare. Would give zero stars if I could. Horrible customer service. The sales people have no idea what they are talking about and just want to sell you and get you out the door. I was turning in my lease and exploring options to get a new lease with them. Was told to go to the dealership 3 separate times where they wasted my time. First I dealt with Angel, he was one of the most unprofessional people I have come across in a dealership. He basically told me that due to my credit he couldnt work with me. I was then contacted by Nicole, she was even worse than Angel. Nicole apologized profusely for how angel treated me and promised to fix the issue. She handled the situation really unprofessionally as well. She was very rushed and dealing with multiple people at the same time as me even though I had an appointment. I am extremely happy I parted ways with this company its a burden off my shoulders. I dont recommend anyone to deal with LEHMAN HYUNDAI. I ended up going to another dealership and got a brand new Honda HRV with my current credit. its a better car than the sonata I was looking at and the payments are lower than what they offered me at Lehman. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS

I was texted one deal (matching from another Subaru dealer) and after 2.5 hours in the dealership (telling me this will take just a few minutes LOL) I saw the final figures and they did not match what I was told earlier. In addition to through a bone my way the dealership was going to tint my two front side windows. now 2 weeks later I have heard nothing from them about it. Seems either the salesperson or the sales manager are shady. I will be taking my vehicle for service to a different dealer. I do love the car so far

Needed repair was for Performance Recall on A/C Condenser Replacement.I was advise that will take 2 to 4 hrs for the repair and I agree to wait at their lounge.Orlando call me to advise the vehicle was ready to come and pick up.Starting with Orlando the technician that repaired the vehicle Steven S. all the personnel that was involve with the vehicle I thank you all.The vehicle was Courtesy Exterior wash.The A/C was working as it was they day I purchase the vehicle Awesome.
They made me lose 2 hours, the manager tried to take advantage of us by quoting 7,000 over sticker price for a Tucson, I didnt even get to test the car because they were so disorganized that they didnt have the keys. Worst experience Ive ever had. I will never come back to Lehman for sure

I cant think of one good thing to say about this dealership. I traded in my previous car which still had a balance due on the loan on June 19th. I signed a lease for a new car on the same day. It is now July 13th and the payoff for my previous car has not been sent. I still have not received an account number for my lease in order to make a payment for the new car, and I still havent received the tag for my car. Ive tried to email the finance manager I signed the lease docs with on several occasions. No response. Ive called the dealership several times to talk to someone. Left a message with them and left a message for a finance manager at their direct number which was given to me by the receptionist and no one has gotten back to me. Steer clear of this dealership.
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE NO MATTER WHAT! Literally go ANYWHERE else. What will appear to be a great experience will quickly turn into a nightmare. Buyers beware!! After 45 days, I still have no payment information, no registration and was never mailed my copies of my contract. My first payment is due and I have no paperwork, invoice, payment coupon book, nothing! All I am told by their staff is dont worry, its fine and then they blame Covid. Save yourself a headache and buy your car anywhere else.
Receptionist was very poor. She scheduled a meeting with an advisor. Would not allow me to speak to an advisor over the phone without an appointment that I waited a week for. Advisor never called and was apparently busy with another customer 5 minutes after our scheduled appointment. Id bet the terrible receptionist never actually put my meeting on the calendar. Waste of time. Advisors here sure seem very busy, too busy for me.

I’ve been waiting to write this review based on the outcome of the transaction. Do not buy/lease a car from this unprofessional business. I am not sure how they can conduct business with business practices unveiled on me. I purchased a car 3 weeks ago from the dealer with my wife. I asked Jerry the sales person for an update on my plate as my plate expires on the 19th of this month. When he called me he told me I need to return the car? How can you have someone in the car for 3 weeks put 2000 miles on the car and ask them to return it. He told me the deal is done and today I get a surprise phone call stating otherwise. This dealership is a fraud beware of coming here. You will regret it, the most unprofessional dealership I have ever been in.

My opinion has drastically changed.After I complained here about my first visit to their location, Chantal Gutierrez contacted me by email and offered me three complimentary services (oil change and tire rotation).I went there for the first free service today and everything was exactly like promised.They truly care about client satisfaction!
I had an appointment at 1 oclock. for oil change. Its 5:32 now and Im still waiting. No one knows how long it will take. An oil change shouldnt take that long. There are no professionals here. I do not recommend it to anyone. and the manager of this place please dont reply me with contact details. fix this service instead and dont make people suffer.Update:I was able to get my car persistently at 6 pm. The car has not been washed, the protective bag on the seat and the paper on which the numbers are written are still in my car. Why was the delay, no one said anything. no one even APOLİGİZED. this was my 4th lehman service and I didnt had any problems with the first 3 services. I dont know what happened if the manager of this place has changed, but I will not come here again.

Came in to look at a 2013 Sonata and booked an appointment. They didnt advise me beforehand that they had already sold the car. Tried to up sell me on a worse car for a higher price and werent clear with pricing. Not to mention the saleswoman didnt speak English. Avoid at all costs.
Just purchased a new 2021 Sonata with Nicole and Javon and they were AMAZING. Everything was SMOOTHER than i expected (being a first time buyer). They both made sure to get me in something that was nice, new AND AFFORDABLE. Very professional and knowledgeable. When you go ASK FOR THEM they will NOT steer you wrong.
Lehman Hyundai has been totally useless in my experience. The sales portion was subpar at best, and I have received no help in trying to get my permanent tag for my car. Everytime I call, I am transferred to other people who say they cannot help me with my problem. The finance department doesnt even answer the call, and their inbox is full. Not recommending this experience to anyone.
I would give this place negative stars if I could after the way they treated me. I was yelled at, belittled and verbally assaulted by a sales rep named Major there. They send you a flyer with an offer and then try to sell you a car at double the offer price and when you nicely and politely ask for the total price and the reasoning behind it they get aggressive and defensive. I do not recommend ever coming here especially if you’re looking for quality customer service. Unacceptable.
As I developed a problem with my vehicle and been dissatisfied with the service of my previousHyundai Dealer, I took my vehicle to Leihman Hyundai in Miami Garden for an inspection to address the problem I was encountering.I was fortunate to reach Mr. Max Feria, who took the time to listen to my concerns and offer a very fair and fast solution to my vehicles problem. Mr. Feria and his team were very professional and courteous. I wouldnt hesitate to take my vehicle to Leihman Hyundai again.
This place doesnt Give you your License Plate. We are on our second Temp plate and still no Plate. There were 3 other people there for the same thing.They charge us for Tag but still NO TAG.Now they wont give us a Third Temp Plate. We recorded guy saying he will pay our Ticket if we get Pulled over for Expired Plate.Bad Service.

At first I was a little thrown off by the long lines at the service but a very nice and polite blonde lady came to my car and told me the lines were a bit backed up today and that someone would be with me shortly. From that point the staff was very professional and pointed me to the right line for my services. Cristobal approached me and politely catered to my needs and he made sure all my car issues were covered. The prices were fair and and issues were discussed before proceeding.I had a great experience and enjoyed their waiting area. After my experiences, the wait was very much worth it and I noticed that the staff actually enjoyed working there. Not once did I get the impression that they were trying to sell me services I did not need which was comforting. I should have come here the first time for my service and I look forward to coming here again. This is how a proper dealership and service area should be run.I highly recommend this place for anyvservice needs.

I took my car to do the oil and filter change service, and the mechanic left the filter or screw where the oil comes out loose and with that it was dripping oil a lot, I came back to complain and the attendant who has the name JUNIOR quickly took my car and took it to get it fixed, thanks for the help.

I witnessed the worst Customer Service today at Lehman Hyundai by an employee name Orlando. My hybrid vehicle was towed and to the dealership as it was being told I called the dealership. I than schedule an appointment stating that I need my vehicle checked today due to my vehicle telling me to pull over and all the sensor lights where on. She than informed that their is no appointment available until 3:30pm which I said that’s perfect.I than arrived to the dealership and Orlando was the Rep that was “helping” me and I was informed that I had to cover my own rental, my car wouldn’t be check until Friday and he doesn’t even know because he won’t be here someone else will be letting me know about the vehicle. I asked him about being that my vehicle is being checked would they provide me with a rental he said no. He was so concerned about giving me a quote on a extended warranty that he wasn’t even trying to help me. I informed him about my appointment at 3:30pm he said even though I have an appointment doesn’t mean that my vehicle will be checked today. He also informed that it’s been vehicles that’s been there for 4 to 5 days on appointments and still haven’t been checked.My question is what service is Lehman Hyundai is providing? Do they not have enough workers? Why schedule an appointment if my car won’t be checked on time?The duty of a Service Advisors includes greeting customers, listening to requests, scheduling appointments, estimating costs, verifying insurance, conducting inspections, and test driving cars.The greeting wasn’t formal, listening to my requests didn’t even matter to him. None of the qualities listed above was done. I was being help by another lady who answered some of the questions that I needed answers for.I need answers NOW and I NEED HELP.Thank You
No stars to be honest this is the second time i have visited here without being helped the service team and operation is horrible doesn’t matter if its a huge issue or something as simple as an oil change they will not even inspect or look at the vehicle...making Genesis look bad

Called to make an appointment for an oil change. Lady told me that no appointment is needed, to just come in. When I arrive, they told me that I needed an appointment but they’ll see me anyway. The wait was 2.5 hours. Finally get my car back and on my way home there’s an awful burning smell the whole way back. Open the hood once I get home and the motor oil lid top was not screwed on. The oil had spilled everywhere on my motor and my car hood. Thankfully they didn’t steal my oil lid top, they just forgot to put it on. 1/3 of the new motor oil spilled out into my car. Won’t be coming back.
I started a new lease on Feb 28. I hadn’t received my account number yet so I couldn’t pay directly to the finance company. The financial advisor Luis told me that I could pay to the dealership and they would give my payment to the finance company to avoid any late fees. The payment was made on April 21, and my due date to pay to the finance company was April 28. I received a collection call the day after my payment due date from the finance company saying that my payment was not made. I explained the situation to them and they told me that I would have to deal with the dealership in getting the payment sent over. Today is May 9 and my payment has still not been delivered to the finance company. I have called and spoken to Financial advisor Luis, Robert, I spoke to a manager Alexandra, I even spoke with a receptionist named Naomi (for some odd reason was transferred to her like she could do anything) and NOT ONE of them could resolve this issue! They all said they would call back and never did. I called numerous days prior to the 10 day grace period and nothing from any of them! I now have a late fee added to my leasing account and it will be a negative remark on my credit report!!! All for something that I paid for a week in advance!!! This is my third vehicle from Hyundai and my final one because this is completely unacceptable and very upsetting!

Horrible customer service, you call the main number speak to an “agent” they put you on hold for approx. 10 min and then end up hanging up; after several attempts you get no where.. would definitely not recommend this place to anyone… no motivation to sell a car, give you a run around.
Purchased 2021 Hyundai Tucson on March 5, 2021. Still waiting for Angel (sales rep) to provide mats!!! Informed over and over again mats are on order! Let’s be serious, it’s been well over a month now. Willescalate the matter further.

On Thursday, April 1, 2021, my daughter and me were immediately greeted by Mr. Jerry Joseph. He was fast, friendly, and efficient. If you are ever in the market looking for a new or used car, Jerry is the guy to see at Lehman Hyundai.
Awful experience at Lehman Hyundai. The staff at the service office were very impatient and unprofessional. While they approached me with helpful initiative, it was obvious that they were trying to get me to spend more money on additional services that DID NOT need to be done to my vehicle. The staff are pushy and are not trained to handle complicated situations. I was rather appalled by their actions and acts of frustration. Will never come back here.
These people are the worse they charged me so much money to get my window fixed and after two weeks the window starts doing the same thing I brought it in for the first time and I still cant get it corrected. When you go by they cant do walk ins and when you call they have no available dates. I think it is only right that they correct the issue that they charged me over $600 for. Lets not get on the customer service that you receive when you call like they dont want to be bothered and you trying to see what date and time work for you cause they are not trying to accommodate you, you are being a bother..
My experience was great!!! I’m so thankful for Javon and Nicole. I Love my 2018 Honda Accord. The service was quick and professional. I will recommend anyone to Lehman Hyundai
