04/2021, bought brand new BMW SUV X Series. In June, another driver ran stop sign. Took my car to BMW Collision center. A complete Disaster. When I got my car back, an entire big piece was missing under the engine compartment. They painted side of the car with slight different matching tone of white. Unaligned trunk and Plus. Extremely disappointed. Had to take car again to fix what it was wrongly done. A Bad experience.
I will never bring my car to the center again not only did the adjuster never call me her name was Monica but, when vehicle was done south motors had damaged my vehicle more and At first did not want to assume responsibility but after doing research they had no choice even though the car was fixed the hassle was worth never coming here again. The manager Lewis is very unprofessional and ghetto.

Horrible I called and they said I didnt need an appointment just bring in the car when you want broken 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and when I get there today they told me that I need an appointment that I got to come next week unacceptable

My front bumper was damaged at a local car wash and was recommend by South Motors BMW to visit South Motors Collision Center to get a quote. While the quote was slightly higher than the first one I received that body shop only offered a 2 year warranty vs. South Motors Collision Center offered lifetime warranty for all work that they do. For me this is very important as South Motors Collision Center clearly stands behind the labor and quality of their work. Monika Perez was my service advisor who kept me updated through out the repair and was extremely helpful. I dropped my car off Friday morning and it was ready on Monday. If you are looking for great service and quality work with lifetime warranty I would highly recommend South Motors Collision Center.
I recently had my car serviced here and this is the second time I have done business with South Motors collision center and I am truly satisfied. My car needed alot of work and was in the repair shop close to two weeks and Carmen made sure to keep me posted every step of the way. My car got hit by someone who tried to park next to me and broke my BMW headlight and damaged bumper. Insurance tried to install aftermarket parts on my brand new car. I called BMW dealership and they recommended me “South Motors Collision Center” where I met Eli.She reviewed my case and in less than 1 week my car was fixed with ORIGINAL PARTS! It was really important for me and this shop did everything to fulfill my needs!My BMW is like a new and Eli was super nice with me, great customer service, professional employees.Thank you Eli and rest of the crew. In the beginning of April unfortunately our truck got on fire. We called Geico and they towed our truck to South Motor Collision Center. Amazing Best Collision Center !!!!!!! This was my second time doing business with South Motors Collision ... The staff is so professional, friendly and the service is outstanding !!!! Today my service advisor was Jack, an all around great person . Very understanding, not greedy behind the money and offered a discount. I dropped my car off around 9am with a broken fog lamp, fender and grill. The bumper also had to be painted to cover chipping . I expressed to Jack that I needed my car for work and same day repairs if possible . He ensured all parts were in stock and ordered the parts while I was still there, wasting no time. The estimate and walk through took no time . Throughout the day, He kept me updated on the status of my car. Before closing, he called and advised me my car was ready and sent a ride to my home to pick me up . My car looks as beautiful as it did before !!!!! I’ve come here twice for two minor motor vehicle collisions. I always feel like I’m in great hands. Staff is extremely friendly and efficient! For a minor fender bender I had my car back within a day. For a collision that cracked my head lamp, took off my bumper, and bent the wheel well - it took 4 days to get my car back, and it looks brand new. People never believe me when I say I’ve had my car for 10 years now.
Took my new 2019 Pilot because some friends I lent the car to crashed the door into a light pole needless to say I was very upset but didn’t show it, I si some research and this shop had high marks ñ, those reviews helped me make what turned out to be the right choice. Takes a while to get your vehicle fixed here. The repairs had to be fixed a couple times after the first attempt. The quality was good in the end.

Stay away......far...far away....Fix collision on right back passenger side (sloppily) and now that back window (heavily scratch) dangles and wiggles excessively.First excuse: It was like that but not from the collision. That they have pictures to prove it (which they dont want to show us).Finally, told us its not there fault some things are brittle. I am so disappointed.Theres no way I can put my baby and toddler in the back. Nor do I feel safe driving it.They recommended to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. This is the next best thing.I wish I would have seen the first review. :(

I was referred to South Motors by Infiniti for my G37 that was involved in a collision. Although the ladies at the front desk are extremely pleasant and helpful, my overall experience left very little to be desired. And, since they requested that I leave a review, Im obliging. My vehicle *looks* great, however, not only did it take over 3 weeks to complete, when I went to pick it up, my A/C was not working. Was it working when I dropped it off? Yes. Has anyone other than South Motor technicians/staff had access to my vehicle since July 23rd? Presumably not. I left the car there (on the day of pickup, which was August 13th) to have an insurance agent investigate the issue and they determined that the compressor was bad due to age. Am I disputing the age of the compressor? No. Should I be responsible for an issue that was NOT an issue when I left my vehicle in their car? Absolutely not. Everything is not the shops fault directly, but I expect them to represent me and m car regarding issues that they are responsible for by virtue of having possession of my vehicle. I am wholly dissatisfied and am likely going to pursue legal action because the bottom line is that my A/C was working BEFORE South Motor took possession of my car for repairs. Additionally, the front tag bracket was not replaced prior to pick up and I didnt even take the opportunity to fully inspect the repairs, so theres no telling what else wasnt completed to standard. I am extremely disappointed and would not refer anyone to South Motor, nor would I return, obviously.
I had to take my car in twice. Once because I was an idiot and hit a mailbox and another time because an idiot hit me. Both times my car was fixed within two days and both times the damage was significant. Enterprise car rental is on site so you get your rental right there. It could not be any more convenient and everybody is very friendly!
TOTAL LACK OF INTEGRITY!!DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE CHECK EVERYTHING AND TAKE PICTURES BEFORE AND AFTER YOU ARRIVE!! Had an accident with exterior damages. The exterior was fixed but it was a sloppy fix up. Not going to complain. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle my seat belt in the rear seat was damaged. (It was cut or torn apart) I have a child’s car seat... When I turned in my vehicle the childs car seat was restrained by the seat belt in the rear. When I picked up my vehicle the seat belt was torn and the car seat couldnt be restrained. Apparently after speaking with a manager the damage happened before I arrived. Quote I can guarantee this damage didnt happen here. The managers words were shocking and made me feel uncomfortable. The next thing out of his mouth was we could fix it for 170 dollars. I have never felt so disrespected before in my life the manager basically told me theres no way you can prove we damaged your car so you have to pay us to fix it. As a customer I was highly unsatisfied.DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE CHECK EVERYTHING AND TAKE PICTURES BEFORE AND AFTER YOU ARRIVE!!!

I dropped my car off for a new bumper after a rear end collision. They immediately pulled the car apart without getting permission from the insurance company first. I told them I had a family vacation planned and I was going to be out of the state for two weeks. They assured me that this was not a problem. Well they finished my car while I was on vacation and emailed me that if I didnt pick the car up right away, they were going to charge me a storage fee everyday. I had told them I was going to be away! When I get my car, they fixed the bumper but broke the door on the ashtray in the center console. There are better options out there! Not professional at all!

If it was possible to give it zero stars I would. Their attention to detail is horrible. You would think that if they would deal with high-end cars they would give my car back in pristine condition. My car was involved in an accident caused by another driver not too long ago. Originally I wanted the work to be done by the dealership but because insurance companies look for whos cheaper, obviously the dealership even though they have certified technicians didnt convene them. So I had to take it to this collision center. My car was almost two months in that place, I was on top of them, even gave them an invoice before the work was done; I was smart and went to my dealer first. I spoon fed them the issues, even then these imbeciles couldnt get the work done properly. They didnt place the parts in my car right, I found boxes of trash in my trunk (wrecked auto parts from my car) and one particular box really pissed me off. I found a Honda genuine parts in my trunk. Now, think about it, I have a high-end German car. So I took it back to the dealership where I originally bought it to do another invoice to inspect their work. 3 words from my techs: Sloppy, horrible job. I saw the damages my self. Now, the collision center doesnt want to correct the damages. Well well see about that. Long story short people, stay away!!!!
Dropped my car here using USAA and was impressed by the customer service that Manny and Eli provided both over the phone and in person. My rental car was ready when I dropped off the car to be repaired and my finished car looked brand new when i picked it up. I highly recommend

Dont go there no matter what. If you are dealing with insurance claims, this place wont help at all and your car will be damaged and unfixed because its not accident related and they as your representative will agree with the insurance that its not accident related. Also, the few things that they fixed will be done with the cheapest lowest quality products which wont fit, and wont look good. You have been warned. Stay away from there if you value your car. Also, dont believe them about the time to fix it. My car was estimated to be fixed in 1 week and almost two months went by and they didnt fix anything other that putting a bad bumber, light, fender, and a plastic that didnt fit and their excuse whats that those are not original parts so they dont look good nor do they fit. They didnt fix all the other problems which include read damage, rims damage, steering wheel unaligned which the car pulls to the side, and more, not even the seat belt. They will work with the insurance, but not to your advantage.

By far one of the best experiences I’ve had at any body shop . I had the Geico ARX program and I am quite impressed with them . My vehicle was fixed within 3 days. They did a detailed job on the work and also includes a lifetime warranty . Kaitlyn was beyond incredible with her consistent follow up and customer service . They are not only a superior body shop, but a one stop Geico repair.Our car was rear-ended damaging the rear plastic bumper.They replaced it and matched the paint so well you would never know there was any damage.Repairs were done quickly and I was given updates all the time.You dont have to be a Geico customer to use them, but if you are, the adjusters, repair and rental cars are all in one place.I highly recommend them for any collision repairs.

Worst experience ever! They were so nice and accommodating when I dropped off my car. I dropped off my car on a Tuesday and was told that if parts are available Ill be able to pick up on Thursday. I was informed that Sandy will give me a call the following day to update me on the progress of the repair. Next day, no calls. Started to get worried. The day after, still no call. Called the office, and left several voicemails and no return calls. Called back several times, always routed to a voicemail until I finally complained and asked for the manager. I was able to speak with Sandy and she placed me on hold and routed me back to voicemail. When I did speak with her again, she gave me a lame excuse that the call was dropped accidentally and to inform me that she still would not know when I will be able to pick up my car and that she will call me back. And did she, NO! I called back Friday and went through the same thing over again. I even asked for the manager but he did not answer calls either. I guess thats how this office work. I had to call the insurance adjuster and he was able to facilitate it. I would NEVER go back to this place again and would tell my friends to STAY AWAY from this place too. If there was a choice to give a negative or even a 0 rate, I would rate them that.

Geico agents advised me to take my car to this shop and let me tell you; Im very satisfied with South Motors Collision and they way they handled my case from start to finish. Elora the assistant and Jack the manager, among all others who made my car came up like new again, are doing a tangible effort for quality work and customer satisfaction. Yes I did have issues with my rental on day one and the repairs took longer than anticipated. But they handled everything for me swiftly. They kept me posted by phone and/or email every step of the way about the progress and I couldnt be happier with the results. I believe this new management team is doing very well and I would definitively recommend South Motors Collision, even to those who had a bad experience there in the past. My car was supposed to be ready 4 days ago and I havent been able to get in touch with someone. The receptionist doesnt know anything. And the reps are always on lunch.

On Saturday while out shopping someone hit my drivers side and left me to find my truck all banged and scratched. Called Geico, they informed to take my truck to South Collision, took truck at designated time met Kaitlin Smith very personable Chris Diaz very personable Manuel Enterprise car rental. They handled my transfer to their facility rented a car.Late Monday received estimate from Chris saying approx 4 days, next day received called from Kaitlin saying car will be ready Wednesday. Car was ready at appointed time I met Yolanda the cashier very warm and friendly Ted was awesome he kept me informed on my repairs and was there when we picked up the truck for inspection. My experience with South Collision was awesome all were courteous professional showed they valued my business. I drop off my truck Monday at 7:40 and picked it up Wednesday at 5:00. Definitely love this place and their customer service goes far and above any I have seen in this day and age. Would recommend them and Geico because they are on point. The estimate was so high I proceeded to contact South motors BMW an honest advisor Manuel (Manny) who gave me a price of 50% less that was realistic. I then reached out to my service advisor Chris at Braman, who introduced me to the body shop advisor, that the price was very high and as opposed to him offering to help negotiate, his response was “take it to South Motors”. So now I will take it to South Motors BMW and I will do my service, buy my tires and no longer go to Braman. Very disappointed in the unprofessional response from Chris. Totally arrogant person who comes off as a nice guy initially. It’s funny getting ready to spend 1500 to 2000 on my car in tires and other maintenance issues service etc. I’d love to show the service manager or Mr. Braman a copy of the text message so he can see the true character of this advisor and the attempted ripoff in the body shop. I wonder if the guy Joey would’ve tried to rip me off if I wasn’t paying cash and I was going to make an insurance claim. Unbelievable what a scam operation that they allow these people to try and rip you off.Update 12/2918: I tried again to get in touch with Joey at The Body shop. He told me that I should pay more because they have certain equipment that South does not have hahahah. I’m getting a rocker panel repaired which anybody can fix and does not require any special equipment but he tried to rationalize being double the price because they own equipment for my car that Was not needed but I should pay more. So I ended up taking my car, as told by my former advisor Chris, to South Motors. I fixed my car for $568 with an awesome body shop advisor named Manny (honest awesome body shop advisor) and it far less than a $1225 that Joey in the Braman body shop tried to rip me off for. It’s really disappointing that Braman dealership tries to overcharge you when you know it and they try to rationalize it vs being honest and adjusting the estimate. I’ll never go to Braman again. I went to South motors for service met Armando got four new tires put on, service on my car and was treated the way I’m used to be treated from Mercedes Benz. I almost got rid of my i8 over this but I’m glad that I met the people that help me at South Motors. A much better experience from the service department at South motors I was treated very well and my car was taking very good care of and I saved a good amount of amount of money. Geico recommended it. They took 2 extra weeks.... Made me wait over 3 hours to get my car even after I had called to let them know an hour before. Customer service is horrible. Please avoid this place.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! AVOID AT ALL COST!!They cant even do simple bumper work...they kept my BMW there for 2 months.When I went...it was completely stripped; worst of all they made me pay for that.The manager is the rudest person Ive ever met. Had to tow my car to another repair shop.AVOID!!!
This company took almost $3,000 from me pretty much robbed me. Never foxed my car properly and didnt even get the main part that got damaged even replaced. Never go to this collision shop . they will just steam your insurance money and make up stuff that isnt even damaged just to grt .ore mondy from your insurance company and they end up not even fixing yiur car . make u sign papers that only lets them get the check. This place is the worst, dont you ever think about taking your car there after an accident, because SIX-WEEKS later they still didnt even finish the car, and when I wanted to complain about it, William said that hes in charge and basically theres no manager that I can talk to.They gave me 4 different timings which the car was supposed to be fixed, yet here I am till today May 13th I did not get my car.
