From the moment I arrived the service was great. They were very attentive. Fair, competitive pricing and they will be honest with what you need vs. don’t need. Paul did a great job and it was ready on time. I will trust them from here on out with all body work and painting.

By far the best body shop in Miami!!! I have been using them for years and I have had multiple cars fixed with them this is the only place I trust. I cant say enough great things about Allstate Custom Paint and Body! I unfortunately had a scratch on the back bumper of my Mazda CX-5 that seemed to have been the result of a weed whacker or some gardening tool. I brought my car into Allstate in July 2020 and had a super positive experience from the moment I walked in. I was met with friendly service and given a quote promptly. The price was fair and much better compared to other quotes I received. I brought my car back the next morning and they had it returned me by the next afternoon. My car was even washed when I picked it up. Honestly, wow! They were friendly, honest, and did a bang up job. I would HIGHLY recommend them for any auto paint work. This was my first time needing to find a body shop and I was terrified of even starting to look for a place. The first place I landed was Allstate and after talking to Paul, I felt at ease about the process and repair. They were always upfront and communicative about the repair and any work that needed to be added or removed from the initial estimate.When I saw the repair job they did, I was ecstatic. It looked better than new. They even washed and fixed up little scratches that were not part of the accident damage. I would recommend them to anyone that needs a body shop.

I was in a crash earlier this year and Allstate custom paint/body did an excellent job communicating time to complete repairs, what all needs to be done, and explained accessibly the price of the job. I found the employees very friendly, honest, patient, and easy to work with. I plan on using Allstate for ALL of my cars needs from now on.

Their work is immaculate. No lie, it’s even better than my factory. I have a ruby red car and they got the color spot on unlike the other 2 shops who messed up 4 times. And they communicate with you all the time for concerns or update. Honestly I’m very pleased with the service and quality.

I don’t have enough good things to say about this place. I had a perforation through the side and a massive dent in the side of my white Mercedes. The dealership’s quote was around $5k. At Allstate it was fixed beautifully at a quarter of the dealership price with a guaranty for as long as I own the car. It’s hard to find trustworthy garages in Miami and after my experience I don’t think I will have to look for another garage ever again!

I got into an accident, and I needed to have a lot of repairs done on my car. At Allstate Custom Paint and Body, every employee was extremely friendly and kind during this stressful time. I had just moved to Miami, and I didn’t know anyone in the area. Paul and Yzra were so helpful, and I was able to check in on my car and get status updates. Paul sent me pictures, emails, anything I needed for my insurance claim, and he explained everything in simple and direct terms so there was no confusion during this process. Honestly, he was more helpful than my own insurance company. If anyone ever needs body work done on their vehicle, even if you’re an hour away, I would extremely recommend going to them. Knowing that your car is in good hands makes it completely worth it.

They went above and beyond to help me with my car. I was traveling the following day and I was able to have the car pickup by them the same day. They had to stay with the car a long time due to GM situation of back order parts. They make sure to get your car fix the right way and thinking on the client safety. I have a very rare color on my vehicle and was quit nervous about the paint matching. Came to request a quote for a scratch on my car. Was quoted ~$1,200 for repair which seemed outrageous given the size of the scratch. I went to another body shop and was quoted $475 and another one quoted me $380.These people are thieves! I’m glad I did my homework and shopped around instead of coming here. Absurd that they quoted almost 4 times what other shops quoted.Edit: you’re right, there’s no estimate with my name because no one even had the decency of asking for my name. And I was not looking for the cheapest price in town, but for something fair. I find it surprising that two other shops gave me estimates that were considerably less than yours (by almost $900) without mentioning the cost quoted by your shop.

Great Experience from start to finish! Paul gave me a fair estimate and really provided the attention to detail to assess the repairs needed. And the job was completed in the time frame they said it would be. The Owner is very knowledgeable and she and her husband really know what they are doing running the business. Awesome customer service, it started on Facebook, Allstate responded immediately to my request to get my custom spoiler painted and installed. I was directed to call Paul...He had me drop my spoiler off and two day’s later my spoiler was finished and the. Was installed on my car. I just picked up my car today from Allstate, and Im beyond impressed! I have a 2007 Si Civic in blue pearl, and my original factory paint job was defective. My car looked like it had been through a sandblaster! I waited a long time to get the paint fixed. I didnt know where to take it or who to trust in the area. I was referred to Allstate by a fellow acquaintance and couldnt be happier! My car looks like I bought it brand new yesterday! The paint is beautiful - the color is shiny, glossy, and reflects as though youre looking into a mirror. Im so very happy with the results. I scratched my car in a parking lot and I was really upset because it looked really bad. I brought it in to get a quote and Paul the front desk attendant got a rag with paint thinner and cleaned the area for me, i was so relieved to see it wasnt as bad as I thought. Please note, I had gone to 4 body shops prior to this one and no one bothered to do this for me, hence why I was probably quoted double the amount Allstate Body shop charged me. I took my car in on a Monday morning and by 4:30PM that same day I picked up my car and it was perfect again.QUICK, PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY SERVICE! What more can you ask for? (Which Im saving, because in this city the next accident seems to be always around the corner.)***original review***It was a decision to give Allstate (no relation to the insurer, as far as I know) 5 stars because I actually had to take my car back after noticing the paint matching wasnt exact. Im fairly particular and didnt notice the difference when I collected my car initially, and friends took a second to see the difference once I directed their attention to it. Paint matching is difficult, and the difference was slight and only noticeable in certain lightings.I returned to Allstate expecting a body shop annoyed at a customer nitpicking about a six year old base model Honda Civic, and an argument of some sort about having already accepted the car, etc. But there was none of it. Allstate acknowledged the small mismatch and fixed not only that but a few other cosmetic things that were not the result of the accident and which they were under no obligation to repair. To me, thats the mark of a first class business. The car returned looking better than before the accident. I was not at fault and under no real incentive to keep costs down, but Allstate did the work for less than the adjuster had expected. Its hard to think of any motivation for that except honesty and professionalism.Ariel is professional in his treatment of customers. Hes thorough, available, and make sure I understand the details of what was being done to my vehicle and why. It seems like they do a good bit of work on cars orders of magnitude nicer than what I rolled in, and it was nice to feel as though I got the same treatment they did.Allstate is in a tough business. People want two weeks of work done in 24 hours and routinely blame body shops for preexisting damage. In my opinion, hallmark of professionalism is willingness to make things right with a smile. Thats exactly what I got at Allstate and thats why I convinced myself that five stars were warranted. Id recommend it to any friend without hesitation.

I cant say enough how pleased I am with my cars service. The quickness, time promised and work to my vehicle was just ideal. I have my Paint and Body shop now to recommend and thats why Im writing this review.

Well they are nice people I would say. Only thing is that you should get a second quote. They are more expensive then others in town, and I was a little upset to hear them say that a part was mandatory to be fixed in order to have a bumper mounted, when it wasnt. Went to another shop to get a second opinion and they didnt need the extra part after all (which cost 180$).... The car looks immaculate now. They quoted for me ~970$ and got the same job done for 650$ at a 4.2 star shop (not some cheap shop). Same service less price. I am only writing this not because of the price, but because either lack of knowledge, or lying to the customer (not sure which was the case, lets hope it was the first).

Second time using Allstates services, and once again more than satisfied with the results. You just cant get this kind or prompt yet efficient service at any other body shop. Though I hope not to have to take my car to them again, at least I know that if I had to, Allstate would gladly give me the same great treatment and repair services as before, id not better!

I am very impressed with the work of Allstate custom paint and body -- especially after a frustrating experience at a competitors shop. They provided a prompt estimate of the repairs, a planned timetable for the work, and have kept me informed of progress on a daily basis.

This is the only place in the world I would trust my car too. The staff is beyond amazing, taking care of each of your concerns, and ensuring that you are more than pleased with your cars repairs. The minute you call their number or pull up to their shop, you instantly become a member of their family, and therefore will get treated like one. I know I will be seeing them many more times down the road (cause Im not that good of a driver) and look forward to doing business with them again.
