I brought my car here on the recommendation of Kendall dodge. I needed to replace the hood on my Chrysler 300 and have it painted of course. The job was done and seemed to look good. However, 3 months after I began to notice the paint fading away. I reached out the shop and a gentleman who I won’t name said that they would take care of the paint. At this point, there’s hardly paint color on my hood. So I leave my car and this gentleman who I won’t name calls me and tells me that he has to charge me 100 dollars for material or something. How fair is it that a body shop paid to do repairs on your car, charges you for their own short comings on the job they were given to do? Ridiculous. I highly suggest that you don’t ever bring your car here for repairs. You’ll not only be ripped off but you’ll be treated poorly and rudely.

Just used International Collision for a pretty sizeable dent with paint damage on the frame of my black 2020 Ram 1500. The staff was very courteous and provided a great quote. Out of the two repair shops I visited they did provide the best quote and turn around time. I dropped of my car for the repair on late Friday afternoon and it was ready on mid-day Tuesday the following week. I was actually impressed how well they repaired the frame dent and the paint damage.

This Body shop did an EXCELLENT repair job on my QX80. There was plenty of body work that needed to be taken care of due to an accident.Since this small shop is a family run business, established for over 40 years, you get all the personal care you need to get your automobile repaired. I would highly recommend them!!! From the very first contact until the end of the job, their customer service is none other that superior. Celso Corrales, the owner, gets 5 stars in my book. Thank You!

Just finished getting my car fixed up here. Had a loose front bumper and they were able to fix it in place where it wont wiggle anymore or come off. They also repainted the hood and matched the paint perfect to the rest of the car. Have been coming here for many years with all my cars and they do top notch work.

Leaving one star but if I could I would leave no stars they dont even deserve that. these people are very dishonest take forever to get a job done. They will continue to promise a finish date and call you day of to only tell you it will take a few more days. On top of all that did not do a good paint job and return the vehicle with broken pieces. Do not recommend. Guys like this is why body shops have a bad reputation.

I had my Challenger repaired here about a year ago, I had my front bumper replaced. It looked great at first glance so I left a positive review and moved on. However, as time went on more and more defects were uncovered. Multiple paint drips. Missing screws. Today I found out that they hot-glued two headlight inserts recycled from old supposedly discarded bumper rather than order the replacements (at $40 each). Theyre hacks, and will absolutely ruin your vehicles if you allow them to work on it. Frank, the manager, is an untrustworthy, dishonest, con man. This is the kind of body shop nightmares are mad of.EDIT FOR OWNERS REPLY -My Challenger was brand new, just 4 months old when it went in for repairs at your shop. So no, it didnt have any prior accidents. Frank was a horrendous manager, but hes not the man that worked on my car, made major mistakes on it, and lied about replacing parts that were glued back together. The shops current ownership/management has chosen to attack me and imply that Im lying rather than apologizing for a terrible experience. This shop lacks moral integrity and would sooner call you a liar than make things right. If you care even a little about your car, stay far away from this joke of a business.

I just got my car back from International collision repair and I can honestly say, if there were ever a definition of customer service, they are it. Frank, the owner, personally ensured that I had my car back in time and collaborated beautifully with my insurance. I would recommend this shop for any repairs in a heartbeat.

Have been taking my car to these guys for the past 10 years and 5 cars later they continue to doing an outstanding job. I am very meticulous and when I review their job its perfect each and every time.And no I do not work for the shop.

That Guy Celso wants to over charge he only wants to deal with the insurance company directly to MILK the insurance company.Celso is rude to customers and prices are ridiculous. I will never recommend anybody to this shop.

Only place I trust with my cars. Been coming here for years for any problem I have with my car. Great customer service and attention. Frank is the best, came in last minute with a broken window and he saved the day.

If you want someone to give it to you straight, no bs, these are real guys and I highly recommend them. Very dishonest and deceiving! By taking advantage of clients pretends to make some money! I went for a break light and socket. After looking at it Mr. Corrales told me that all the lights there were not working. Corrales told be it was an electrical problem and adviced me to have it check for $60. And that the work will be between 100 and $120. I left and went to another place. They changed the bulb and charged me $10. Shame on you! I do not recommend this kind of bussinesses! Very dissapointed!3/16/2020 Mr. Corrales, please do not try to excuse a behavior that goes along with other reviews in this same platform about your bussiness! Instead try to correct it!My car is working just fine after that day! I understand we all need to make a living, but fairness is key!

Complete customer satisfaction is synonymous with ICRC:After a recent automobile accident, my vehicle was towed to International Collision Repair Center, Inc. where I experienced the finest level of care and professionalism than I could have ever hoped for. From the very first moment that I met the owner, Frank Martinez, I received extraordinary customer service like no other. It’s understandable that after such an impact one would feel pain and have difficulty making the simplest of movements. In my case, simply lifting items from the vehicle was excrutiating. This made me appreciate their thoughtfulness all the more as my belongings were transferred from my car into the rental quickly and effortlessly. It seemed that everything was being resolved easily and efficiently before I could even find time to worry or express concern. Even after the insurance company declared my SUV a total loss, I was guided through the entire process quickly and painlessly. Although repairs were not required on this occasion, I strongly recommend this body shop for its overall excellence, and I would certainly use their services if ever needed. Frank and his fine team at ICRC have a genuine way of making customers feel at ease and going above and beyond their every expectation. In such an unpleasant situation as a car accident, it feels great to be treated like family.

Recently, I fixed my car at International Collision . I was attended by Celso. He provided me with the Insurance claim service, my car looked terrible from the crash . Celso kept me up to date, during the repair process. When I went to pick up my car I could not believe the high quality detailed repairs I could not where my damages were .I would recommend International Collision to anybody . Horrible I am the owner of Auto Detailing and some of my workers were there doing a polishing job the owner is a disorganized put him to work in a dirty and unprofessional place and I wanted him to use the same polishing cloths for the entire vehicle without decontaminate and above badly polite. See for you, 0 recommendation.
