Jhulio made this process so easy. He came to get my car from the office and estimated it would take 2 days to get all the work done and he had it done in less than 24 hours and the car looks and rides perfect. Highly recommend!

This place is very horrible, i have a 2015 tahoe LT, My body shop man said his frame machine wasn’t strong enough too pull the frame, so I took it too This place and my car was on the tow truck, long story short is the guy had a real nasty attitude, didn’t even smile and told me that before I take it down the tow truck he’s going too charge me $2,500 to do the pulling on the frame work (which my frame wasn’t even that bad)... found another place and they charge me 800.00 from 2500 too 800.00 these guys are horrible won’t recommend no one too go too these thief’s...

MIAMI Chassis is by far the best alignment and chassis shop in town. I had them align my two Jeeps and balance the oversize tires - to perfection. They are experts in all types of sports cars, exotics and Jeeps. Santos did both my cars and he is a perfectionist. Craftsmanship still exists at Miami Chassis.

Be on time for your appointment and these guys will be on time for you. I brought in my 93 LT1 Firebird for some pretty messy front joints and alignment replacement at 9 sharp and they had me outta there by 10. Small company that hits hard with Great Energy.

My front and had a terrible rattle. Didn’t know where it was coming but Les figured it out. I love it when I get a car returnEd to me without filthy disgusting greasy handprints on my paint job. The front and no longer rattles as I had front inner tie rod ends, boots, strut inserts, and finished it off with an alignment. Happy as a clam, now. Highly recommend and will returning for any future front and work. My only complaint was trying to find the business. The storefront, I would say, is kind of obscured Sorry I didn’t take a photo.

My 2003 Marauder was suppose to be fixed after a Mild incident where i spun out into a rock an small palm tree. Most of the damage was cosmetic but turns out my Radiator was bent as well. They failed to replace my radiator which A YEAR LATER Im finding out was damaged enough that it had to be cut into 3 pieces to be taken out. ALSO, my airbag light is still on reason being that the new airbag was not installed correctly so the sensor for the airbag is still burned out. I took my car here because Ive heard great things about them and if you go there you see LAMBOS and FERRARIS but needless to say they couldnt even fix a standard Marauder which can be easily described as a crown vic with a mustang engine... Doesnt get any similar then a ford.. They did however paint the car beautifully.

The best body shop I have ever had to deal with in Miami. Went over estimate and damage my insurance was going to cover. Then went over everything letting me know what was going to be done to fix it (repair, replace, paint, etc.) Worked with my schedule and completed earlier then promised. Miami Chassis are definitely top notch. Went to pick up my car today and it looks like nothing ever happened. They did an amazing job. Would definitely recommend to everyone.

Do not trust these people. Brought in my Rolls for a custom sound system and they completely screwed the electrical system on the car. The guy who runs the place, Lianko is a complete joke. Basically tells you what you want to hear just to get your business. Avoid at all cost.

Their painters are the best I have seen. All you have to do is look around and you will see the fleet of cars that they are working on. The next time I have a choice, I will make sure I never get any car worked on here. I trusted this repair shop to fix my 2016 Mazda3 after an accident, and they completely disappointed me. I dont understand why Ocean Mazda would send their collision vehicles here, so let me explain why I feel this way.My car was crashed in November. The damage was valued at around $13,000. Obviously, it was a lot of work. The insurance company deemed it was repairable because, obviously, they will give you a rebuilt car if it means theyll save a few cents. But thats another story for another time.By the ends of December 2016, my car was delivered to Miami Chassis for repair. Would you like to know when I got the car back?I got the car back in April. More than FOUR months after it was delivered. FOUR months of paying for a rental car out of my own pocket. Now, I would have waited the four months and not left a one star review at the end, because I know it was a significant amount of damage that had to be fixed. But the reason Im leaving an extremely negative review is from how atrocious the customer service is here and how unprofessional they left the car.I was calling nearly every week to find out the progress of my car. If not, I would visit to see how it was coming along. Every time I would speak to the manager about my car, he would tell me the same thing: One more week, one more week.After that week would pass, I would ask him again hows the car coming along. And he would inevitably say the same thing. There was a always a problem. A leak here, a missing part there, another broken part that they hadnt found.So this story went on for four months. Finally, it was time to pick up my car, and I was obviously excited. I mean, it had been a quarter of a year since I drove my car! After the amount of time that had passed and false hope they had given me, you would think that the accountants in the office would be nicer through the final transaction.The answer is, no. They were not nice, nor friendly, nor courteous. But in the end, I came to pick up the car, not be friendly with them. So I wont be discussing that.When I finally get the keys to the car and go to the lot to take it, you would think that after FOUR months, they would have left it perfect. Especially from a shop that fixes very expensive cars.But, unbelievably, they left my car with a multitude of problems. Uninstalled wheel locks, uncharged A/C, broken rear view mirror, detached steering column cover... and a broken fuel gasket that was leaking fuel from the engine. Seriously? Talk about a fire hazard. And my hat goes off to the quality assurance department.Long story short, this is an absolutely terrible shop. I expected them to be more professional with my car, and they fell completely flat. I will never do business with this company again. I was extremely disappointed with the result of my car. And I would suggest to ANYONE to look for other options before bringing your car here.

I found truly honest mechanics.In august of 2018 I brought my truck in to have the the rear differential replaced, they got it done in less than 48 hours and for a totally reasonable price.So far I put about 15,000 miles on it and haven’t had any issues.Also brought my girlfriends mercedes in for what turned out to just be a bad battery and instead of trying to talk us into having them replace it or say that it was a problem that it wasn’t, they advised her to go to the dealership and demand they honor the warranty. I’ve been through plenty of mechanics that would have been more than happy to bill $850 worth of work for what was just a bad battery.These guys are honest and professional.Edit: Brought them my 2018 GMC after taking a hit from another driver in 2019 and yet again this shop delivers, body work, mechanical forget about it. The best.

I am glad I decided Not to go with their estimate price for fixing my Jeeps door. - The guy spoke to me as if I had no other options and demanded that either I was going to fix both doors (regardless of the other door being in perfect condition) or nothing type of deal. It was his way of saying; “It’s either both doors or leave” - so I left. I believe it’s their scamming ways to make ends meet.

This by far the best place to get your car worked on especially if it is lowered or you want to do custom work to vehicle physical appearance . And the are one of the few who knows how to align a lowered car .

Worst experience possible. Jhulio the owner and Llanko the puppet manager will lie straight to your face, botch your repair job, and beat you for money. Have hundreds of pics and emails to prove this review truthfull in every way. After failed repair attempt after attempt. They put me in a rental and then failed to pay their bill with enterprise. 2 months later my cc was charged! Leaving me to pay it! They will give you every excuse or reason to not do the right thing! And the “owner” is a poor excuse for a businessman. I guess they have gotten “ahead” by beating their clients out of both time and money! I would STRONGLY urge you to do your homework before using these clowns!

Took my Z over there to have my $600 camber kit installed. Talked to Les, who is the owner/manager there. Seemed rushed, but quoted me $450, which isnt a terrible price. So I drop it off the next week. Came back, picked it up, no problem, aside from them not giving me the spec sheet. Heres where it starts. I notice that the alignment is a little off in the steering, and one of my front wheels has noticably more negative camber than the other, the more I look at it (even took a bubble level, cut to fit the diameter of the wheel, to make sure I wasnt just seeing things). Take it back over there (since Im supposed to have a 3 month warranty on the alignment), they adjust it, I ask for the spec sheet, they refuse to give me one, I leave, and the its worse than before. But I have class, so I bring it back the next week, and Les refuses to do anything else, not even check the numbers to let me see. So I leave, take it over to Apex Alignment, and the guy puts it up on the rack for free, checks the numbers, and shows me the numbers. COMPLETELY out of spec, AND not even close to even (front left camber is -0.1, front right is -1.3). So I decide to pay him the $80 to align it. As hes under the car in the front, he asks me to come down and look at something. Turns out Miami Chassis thought it was a good idea to drill into my sub-frame to move the lower control arms further in, and spot welded them in place. So now, Ill have to get a new sub-frame, along with new control arms, if I ever want to go back to fatory. Apex finishes aligning my car, everything looks even and within spec on the print out spec sheet he gave me, and steering/driving is on point. So I go back to Miami Chassis, ask about their hack job, and Les tells me thats their one time alignment deal, and that he threw that in for free (without even asking me!), and I should be thankful. SERIOUSLY?! NEVER go to Miami Chassis. The owner and managers are VERY rude, unhelpful, and they will screw you over and perform hack jobs on your vehicle. NEVER allow these people to touch your car. All theyre good at is putting big rims on expensive cars and screwing around with the factory parts.
