Unfortunately I recently had pretty extensive damage to my car door, and I was referred to Elite for repairs. This is a awesome body shop . From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed and comfortable. It does not feel like a classic body shop where I’m skeptical about what’s really going on.

I used Elite Collision through my Geico insurance and I seriously cannot say enough good things about this place. I had some body work done on my BMW (they replaced my bumper & grill) and the work they did was perfect - the car looks exactly as it did when it left the lot. Staff is incredible (Karen/Chris - thank you) and everyone I spoke with was informative and no BS. I dropped my car off on Monday & had it back within 30 hours (no joke, one day). The only annoying thing about this process was the Enterprise rental I ended up getting. The car was disgusting and definitely not COVID safe. In addition to the car being disgusting, the Manager (Carlos) said he was going to honor a certain price and failed to do so. I wouldnt use their service if you dont need to but Elite Collision is incredible and I will refer everyone I know there for body work. Thank you very much to their/the Geico team.

I had a car accident about a week ago and picked this shop to repair my car without knowing anyone who had taken their car there. I liked the fact I could rent a car at the same location making things easier for me. Accidents are extremely unpleasant to say the least and this shop had immediate appointments open to take my car in and they open early which is a huge plus when you work. I took the car in, I didnt have to wait, everyone there is extremely professional and really nice. I was pleasantly surprised at how quick everything was from the moment I dropped my car off, picked up the rental and got the call that my car was ready. They fixed my car in record time. I also had them replace the bumper and I love the fact the price they quoted for the bumper was EXACTLY what it was. No bump up in price for labor. I made a great choice picking Elite. While I hope I never see them again, IF I have another car accident Ill definitely be taking it to Elite. They are awesome! Thanks guys!

I HAVE A BRAND NEW 2020 FORD RAPTOR AND WAS IN A MINOR FENDER BENDER (NOT MY FAULT). THE OTHER INSURANCE COMPANY WAS TAKING CARE OF ALL OF THE DAMAGE FOR ME. BEING A NEW VEHICLE, I ONLY WANTED TO TAKE IT TO THE FACTORY AND HAVE NOTHING BUT OEM PARTS PUT BACK ON THE TRUCK. GEICO RECOMMENDED THAT I TAKE IT TO ELITE COLLISION SPECIALISTS AND I WAS LEARY BUT I SAW THAT THEY HAD (5) STARS SO I DECIDED TO GIVE THEM A TRY. BY FAR THE BEST DECISION I MADE. My Honda Accord was recently burglarized. Let’s just say, I found my car on top of bricks and ragged edged rocks. Multiple repairs were needed. From brand new rims, to a few paint job, to repairing moldings and disks. Definitely time consuming and not cheap repairs. Not the way I wanted to start my weekend. Thank goodness for insurance. Elite Collision went above and beyond! While traveling to Miami I was in a minor fender bender... Took the Jeep to them knowing I only had 7 days for the whole process. I was early to my appointment everyone was so kind and helpful took me way before my appointment time .. Both Chris with Geico & Chris With Elite were awesome.. the 2 young gentleman who went over the car said they should be about to have to car completed in 7 days but with anything something could come up so just leave the Jeep with them and they would keep me updated throughout the process which they did I received multiple updates one the very next day letting me know it should be done in 5 days rather than 7! The enterprise rep only had a sedan available after explaining we needed an SUV he immediately went to another location and switched it out for us! They called Friday (Day 5) to let me know the Jeep was completed and after just having surgery i explained I was unable to drive the rental car and my boyfriend who was not on the insurance was unauthorized to drive it .. elite said no problem and they had Fileppe and a nice young women drive my Jeep over to the air bnb (15 mins away) and they took the rental back for me! I couldn’t have asked for a better customer service experience!!! Thank you all again!!!!
