After some punk kid side swiped me and his insurance gave me options of where to go for them to cover the repairs I decided on Miami paint and body shop due to the previous reviews I saw on google. I have to say they did not disappoint me at all. Luis the owner was very professional and even took care of a few things that weren’t in the accident just to make sure his work came out super clean and I can honestly say my car looks better than when I took it out of the dealership. Also the guy named Chris was very nice and advices me about one of the studs on my front wheel going bad and advised me to get it taken care of soon. The quality and the customer service was amazing. Being in the car scene it would be embarrassing to show up to a car meet with a messed up ride and these guys did amazing

Great body shop! Im a habitual dinger and scraper, and Luis is always quick to get my car back in tip top shape. The recent location change has really helped them become more efficient, as well. Highly recommend

Great shop, I’ve been doing business with them since 1985. Luis the owner is awesome to work with and will go the extra mile to make sure you are happy. There are a lot of shops in Miami, but none that have been family owned and operated for over 50 years.

This place is great! Will got us in for a quote right away and was able to fix our car the very next morning. He gave us two quotes - one to replace the part, and one to fix it up as best he could. We decided to save some money and have him fix the scratches, and damn, did he do a good job! If you didnt know it had been scratched up before, you definitely cant tell now. All for under an hour and under a hundred bucks.

They were really kind and helpful. I heard about them from my mom and when my car was involved in a hit and run I brought my car here. They kept me updated with the progress and I didnt feel left out. They did a amazing job and it was quick. My car was perfect and looked like it was never hit or damaged. They were awesome. My experience at Miami Paint & Body Shop was excellent! My Toyota Sequoia needed some relatively minor corrections. The job was completed in a few days (I was in no hurry), and the vehicle, despite being 6 years old, appears brand new. Ill recommend Miami Paint & Body Shop to anyone needing body work.

Left my car there for 8 months and the paint is cracked in a lot of different spots, car was filthy, didn’t start and the work was just horrible, i do not recommend this shop if you want quality work

Very bad customer service young girl at the front desk is very rude and demanding. My car was in a car accident and I was told to go there. To have my car fixed. I was at work when she told me my car was Finish and they wanted me to rush to come get my car. I was told that they would bring my car to me and take my rental car back to the rental car company. Then she call State Farm and told them I wasnt cooperate because I was at work. Like really you want me to leave my job and come NOW. I would never use their company ever in my life again and will not refer them to anyone. My question is what was the rush if Im at work ????

They did an excellent job repairing the side swipe damage on my car, looks like new.Worked quickly with my insurance and job and parts were all completed In 2 weeks or less .

Today I dropped off my vehicle (Rajah) at Miami Paint & Body Shop after a little collision I got into last week because this is where the person at fault sent me.Now Im normally very skeptical about who I let around my car, especially since its the first car Ive purchased on my own. Not Knowing Louis (shop owner) or Arsenio (the gentleman at fault in the accident) It took alot for me to trust that theyll ensure my well being & take care of my car. Upon actually meeting Louis now, I was blown away with not only his honesty but his knowledge of his craft.This man even offered to fix a previous damage on the car at such a reasonable price that I was in shock because most places would overlook the little things. Hes a Business man I can actually say I respect and owe the deepest of gratitude towards, I applaud Him & His Employees. He Goes above and beyond in his work & Ive heard it myself from the mouth of a Loyal Customer whom they consider Family. Im just Glad there are still wholesome people out the world who understand the Everyday Grind.
