The level of Professionalism and service I received was great. I literally dropped off in the morning and not only did they finish the same day but job was immaculate.

Ok...let me start by saving you your money by telling you not to go to this shop and see the fat guy that works on the side of the Baptiste shop named joe. I will post pics of the job he did so you can know this review rating is 100% accurate. This man will take your money, look you in the eye and lie to you for months before even starting to paint you car. It took him 3 months for him to finish my car. I don’t trust this shop in general if you allow a thief and a liar to work at your establishment. Please find somewhere else to get your car painted. Save your money!!!!!!’ Notice the scratches around the door handle and this is the second time i went back

Don’t go there worst body shop ever... if you don’t care about their poor service u can go otherwise stay away. I paid the guy to change my bumper he didn’t change it he just headed up my old one and fixed it thinking that i am stupid...

My moms childhood friend named Joe works there. Hes the one that gave us our 2010 Chrysler Town And Country. And dont talk about him like that if you dont have anything positive to say because he tries as hard as he can. Although he gets sidetracked.

If you are looking for a great body shop with great pricing, look no further than Baptiste Auto Body Shop. I have a happy customer for the past 20 years. Mr. Baptiste is very fair and a man of his word. My family and I only goes to Baptiste for all of our car needs. Very Satisfied

The guys son took care of me. Flexible with me when It came to cost. Had a front bumper headlight and hood damaged and they made it look like before. For 200 dollars when other shops ask for 600 should tell you something. Made me feel like I can trust them going forward.

Do not I repeat do not get your car repaired at this bodyshop. Worst experience from Hell!!! Baptiste and his son cut my wire harness than toke it down the block and tried to repair it without my knowledge. They refused to repair my car correctly now I have electric problems with my car because they cut my wire Harrness and lied and said my car came that way. I have pictures to prove it and videos! I will take them to court!!!!! Save your money and go somewhere else please I beg you!!!!!!!!
