I am a little late in writing this review, but this place does excellent work! If you need collision repair for your car and you are in the Miami area, then this is the place to go to. My back drivers side got wrecked and now you cannot even tell there was any damage. They matched the paint color perfectly and everything.

Wow wow wow. Obviously they’re all professionals at body repair but they genuinely could not have done a better job with this repair.

Great service and work. Jack is a stand up guy who stands by his product. I had key marks on the side of the car as well as rock chips in the front bumper. Although the job took a little bit longer than the estimated time you cant rush perfection! They found more issues than had been estimated initially so it explains why. The rock chips in the carbon were deeper than expected. He also explained that I have a 1 year warranty which I was happy about. Very soon after I got the car back I got a another rock chip in the front bumper! I took it back to him and he fixed it for free! I was very pleased. Hes a stand up guy who delivers a great service. Have not had an issue since.

They installed defuser fins and blacked out side markers and lights on my Z06 and did a fast and fantastic job. Called Monday took it in Tuesday morning and finished Tuesday afternoon. Will be back for more work on personalizing the z06.

The team at Chinos did an amazing job on my Audi A6. I brought it in to get some door dings repaired and they were fair price, very professional and great quality work. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs body work done on their car. 100% 5 Stars!!!!

I had originally gone to two other car shops and once I went to Chinos, well lets just say, I couldnt believe I had wasted my time with those other ripped off businesss. South Motors Collision Center was offering me an estimated total of 2,515.63 for a Collison that happened on the right side of the front for my Honda Accord 2017, AND the lady (barely looked at the car) said they would charge me more once the car was in to shop! Couldnt believe what I was hearing with my ears. Long story short, when I finally went to Chinos, the owner did a very detailed examination, asked no where near as much as South Motors, and, in my opinion, a way better job than they would have ever done. Extremely happy with the outcome of my car and will not be going anywhere else to fix my car in the future. Thank you again Chino, family, and crew for the excellent experience and hospitality. Highly recommended.

Great service, honest people, good price. On time.I went to Chinos Ink to replace one of my headlights and both fog lights that were cloudy and getting water inside because of cracks and years of sun and rain. With new cars you have to remove the front bumper and is quite a mess to do it yourself, so I was looking for a workshop to do the job. Chino gave me a quote over the phone for replacing one headlight and the two fog lights, but I ended up bringing the two headlights for replacement since they looked so different now from each other. Chino stuck to the original quote he gave me and changed everything, including the extra headlight with no extra cost for me! That impressed me a lot! The job quality was amazing. The car looks like new now. I was out in an hour. Very satisfied. I highly recommend it! Thanks Chino!

I brought all three of my cars to chinos, they did work on two of them. The work was excellent, chino and his wife, Maria were very helpful and friendly. The estimate they gave me was much cheaper than the one I got from a competitor, and that was the price I paid. I highly recommend them. Chino also got me a used rim I needed and recommended someone for the third car, who I used and was also excellent!

They provided me with an excellent paint service for my car in addition to a reasonable budget. I have to highly recommend this place, which has helpful and honest professionals such as John, the person in charge of repairing my car. John is a tremendous professional in his field, he knows what to do, he is kind, honest, committed to the assigned work and fast. I give it 5 stars!

Took my mustang to Chino because my car guy was unavailable. Dont usually trust anybody with my car but I needed to get it fixed quickly. I worked with a guy named John who was extremely professional and helpful. Chinos shop represents high quality customer service- a value that many shops in Miami have lost. I would definitely recommend Chinos and now I am conflicted about taking my car to my usual guy or Chinos shop.

First of all, this place is probably fine at the actual process of repairing/body work. They are, however, MUCH more expensive and they dont offer anything special to back up their rates. I went to them first because they have excellent reviews everywhere but after my experience... Im skeptical about who is leaving those reviews. Their space is a junk heap and their dirty office is just as junky as the outside. They had my car for about 2 weeks and it took that long to get a final estimate out of them after several preliminary estimates - each one increased by a thousand dollars or more. When I said no, I cant justify paying that much when other places are coming in at literally thousands of dollars less - they charged me a couple hundred dollars for having taken the front of my car apart. They didnt even put the pieces back on, they just pointed at the pile beside my car and I had to load it all in my trunk and assist the tow truck driver in carrying large parts to this truck. I thought maybe that was normal. But looking back, it seems super rude. After the next place began work on it, we discovered that Jack at Chinos had given me the wrong pieces! They were a completely different brand than my car. I tried to get the rest of my car back from them and got the runaround. Shame on you guys for those things. Do better.

I’m leaving this review because I have been blown away by the incredible, above and beyond service I received from the team here. I would recommend it to anyone. Special thanks to John Frank for his professionalisms and for the quality of the job. Quick turn around, after the got the parts it was just a matter of 3 days. The just left it brand new.

GREAT BODY WORK AND CHEAPER THAN ANYONE ELSE

These guys are super honest & very fair with pricing. They do just about everything from bumper to bumper and electronics. Special thanks to John for his patience with me and all my questions. I have quite a bit of work I’m getting done with these guys over time. I’ve seen their work and it’s beautiful. Not easy to find trustworthy body shops in Miami, but they’re great! I will definitely recommend to others.

Chinos did an amazing job repairing a dent on the back of my truck. They left it looking as if there was never a dent there, the paint job was great and they left the vehicle sparkling clean, inside and out! I will definitely recommend them and go back for any body work I need done in the future!
