Due to an accident, my car was taken to Sun City for repairs. From day 1, they were courteous, efficient, professional and overall a lifesaver. Despite a very long and tedious process with the insurance company, Sun City made my overall experience a positive one. I felt they were truly on my side and my car never looked better. I came to know this company by accident. A tow truck driver accidentally pulled off the whole front end of my car. But the owner at Sun City Auto Tony and his crew are freaking awesome!!! They have my car looking brand new the paint is perfectly matched it looks like nothing was ever wrong with my green Magnum. Everyone that came through the door was very polite and spoke and very professional. If I could give them 20 stars for a job perfectly and well done I would give it to them!!!!!! I would definitely recommend anyone to try Sun City Auto. The owner was very polite and professional thru my whole experience. Dropped off my car here because the shop looks nice and clean. This is where you learn looks could be deceiving. Let’s start with my car took two months to be done there. And I had to go to the shop on three different days. A cologne was stolen out of my car at the shop. And the time before going before picking up the car it was sitting on the passenger seat saw it myself. Was told to pick up the car at 4 got there at 4:30 and had to stand there and watch them wash my car for an hour. The detail guys clearly don’t care As I watched the guy washing my car and clearly not caring about getting water in the trunk. (Where battery and computer are at)Worst detail job ever still got the car with compound and wax in all the corners. They only buff the side that they worked on but my car has overspray everywhere else that wasn’t there before. The car wasn’t put back together right back door harness was unplugged. And the car was missing a plug also. I took them a 64k dollar car and will have to take it to be finished and detailed somewhere else. Overall not to happy with the job. Wouldn’t recommend the shop to anybody.Owner of the shop called me the day he got back from vacation to make things right. Dropped the car off and what can I say he was a man of he’s word. Take a look for yourself way happier with the way the car came back this time.

Sun City provides an outstanding service. I was involved in accident, and Sun City repair my car to make look like just came out of the factory. Sun City staff when about and beyond to help me. They are very reasonable and allowed my car to stay for several month storage without a charge. This was because I was not being able to come back to the States due to the pandemia. Had an accident 01/19 and my car was brought to Sun City Auto Motors. The Towtruck driver brought me in as well. I have to say that I’ve never received such a fast, polite and accurate service in my life. They welcomed me and the other person involved and helped us to settle all our paperwork, they even called the insurance, rental place to make sure I had a rental and on top of that, they took us to the car rental place so we didn’t have to wait or Uber. I came back today after the adjuster review my car and also walked in and out. The owner’s daughter is on the game for sure! Handling so many things at once and so efficiently. SCAM SCAM SCAM...... Was recently involved in an accident where my car was not drive able & that is when I met an older individual with Magic Towing that happened to be in the area and he explained that he had a body shop ( Sun City) and can take care of my insurance expenses, the driver from Magic Towing claimed that he would waive my $1,000 deductible and towing fee, he said he would charge me $375 to the collision center and the insurance would reimburse me which was false, he did not waive my deductible and they did not reimburse my money, it took 2 months to get my car fixed, horrible customer service and horrible tow truck drivers with scammer attitudes, DONT LET MAGIC TOWING TAKE YOUR CAR, they are all connected with sun city body shop and are scammers, next time I will definitely listen to my insurance and take it to where they tell me instead.

Great customer service. I got into my first car accident a week ago and Dannie was very helpful during this whole situation and answered every call and every email I sent her to follow up on my case. My car got totaled so I have no experience with actual body shop repair. But i am sure they do a great job from what I could see walking around the shop.

No stars for this business. Over charge insurance company. The next time the agent tells me to have the car taken to another shop I understand why. They charged per day storage when the car was not even in parked inside the lot. WORST experience ever!!!!

My first experience was good regarding the repair work to a 2016 Honda Accord. However, I had to return the car because someone forgot to reinstall the backup camera connection. My second experience was terrible. They worked on my 2018 Honda Accord Sport and the body panels were off, they didnt line up, or were flush. The weather strip on the door was loose. They forgot to repair under the hood. The hood needed adjustment. The top of the hood had to be repainted due to too much sanding. I had to leave the car with them an extra 8 days. I dont know what happened but my car should never have been returned to me with those issues. Im sorry but I will be searching for another auto body shop in the future.

Terrible service, I would not recommend this body shop to any injured person or problems with their car. I returned the car twice for the bad service of my bumper. I lost the bumper in a week waiting 2 months to get my car back! TERRIBLE SERVICE DONT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!

Do not fence if you do not want to be stolen, my Honda Accord 2017 was without its front rugs and they changed the original battery and I had to take it out with a very high stool in between, going is a risk
