This is hands-down not only the fastest Starbucks I have ever been to but it is the fastest drive through window I have ever been through. I Love coming here what a great experience. Keep up the great work employees. Hat to edit my review to 3 stars from 5 because this place is terrible before 9 am. Man I’ve never taken so long at a fast food window plus the fact they filled up my coffee cup with just whip cream. Terrible.

Terrible service, Mobile service needs better customer service. Not helpful team, they dont care that you are there waiting for your order and getting cold. Took at least 7 minutes until someone came to provide my cold hot coffee

I live in Naples where we have a fraction of the population that east coast has. They were super busy, here but managed to provide great service nonetheless, and the quality was wonderful. I have to give credit to the staff as well as the managers. Of course the cleanliness is always important, they scored high in this category also. I have yet to visit a Starbucks that is not very well run!

Service is relatively slow. Not the first time I encounter this here. Great products, slow service.

One of the best Starbucks locations! I used to work in the area and I always loved passing by. The inside is always incredibly clean and organized. The staff is amazing; always super friendly, kind, and helpful. I wish I lived closer to this location I would probably always be hanging out there. Whether its ordering ahead and ordering via the drive-thru, its a pleasure!

Real Quick Service.The Cashier, She was Super Nice, Super Sweet. Order the Java Chip Frap, and She had it ready as soon as I got to the Window to Pay.Excellent Customer Service.I plan on coming back to this Starbucks Location in the Near Future.

Went by around 8 pm tonight and the front doors were locked. Sign on the door apologized for the inside bring closed but that the drive thru was open. Got back in my car and went in back to find that the drive thru lane was blocked by green cones. Not sure what was going on but theyre supposed to be open until 9pm according to their website.

Ordered through uber and they forgot a drink!

While the long lines detract from the great experience of coming here, it really isn’t Starbucks fault. They take your order with professionalism and don’t take too long to serve you. Definitely recommend this location. Just don’t expect and in and out experience.

Love this place service is good kinda expensive but worth the money. I recommend the green tea frappe with the ham and cheese croissant.Me and my grandma go there every week and really like the place. Excited to go again today 😋😌

I’ve been going to this Starbucks for some time, actually one of my favorite Starbucks location. Today 1/27/21 the cashier in drive thru, I wished I asked for her name... she was extremely nice and thoughtful. If you get to read this, thank you for making sure my Strawberry açaí had light ice. To others this may not be as important but I ask for light ice and no one ever gets it correct! She went the extra mile to even ask me if she should switch out the drink if the ice was too much, not many people do that!

This Starbucks service was amazing. They were prompt, didnt fuss when I asked to see how much balance was on my 3 cards and most importantly was polite. 10/10 will go again.

I started coming here when the Starbucks closer to my home just kept screwing up. The service here is great, I always get a smile, I’ve never been overcharged for my coffee and my coffee always has steamed cream.

I use to love coming to this Starbucks, since it’s located in a very nice plaza, and always I have been treated super attentive and the Baristas have made the best drinks every time I’ve gone threw the drive threw or inside, more threw the drive threw, we’ll ever since the pandemic this place looks like it has found excuses to arrive late to work open the store LATE, ignore customers in the drive threw, Clearly when I know there inside and not setting up because it’s 7 am and they should be taking orders ? I went to the Starbucks located in 67 avenue near the Navarro plaza, and they were attending customers and I was able to get my order without a problem. I will not be returning here and I am not happy with there customer service.

I see this place has wonderful reviews so perhaps I’m just unlucky but at this location my drink is not properly made 50% of the time. This morning the first coffee they made was nothing like what I asked. So they made it again and guess what, that was worst than the first one. Mind you...I’ve been having the same exact coffee for 6 years. Same amount of pumps, same temperature, same size, same additions so when something is off, I can tell without a doubt. I literally pulled out of the drive-thru and dumped both cups of coffee in the trash bin next to their establishment. Funniest thing is the dude at the window tells me oh it taste different? They properly made it wrong last time. Wow!

I gave a poor rating not on the service, which was excellent, but the lack of concern for this establishment to allow patrons in the seating area without masks or social distancing. What is the point of posting a sign requiring masks to be worn, if you’re not going to enforce it. The town council has placed this as requirement not on option. To allow this endangerment from a careless, reckless and obviously ignorant patron not only to other patrons but employees is shameful. As a health care provider having spent a significant time in COVID units and on the front lines, a witness to death and suffering from patients and families, it is exponentially a “slap in the face.” This patron should be asked to don a mask or leave. This patron was not eating or drinking but engaged in social conversation along with a second patron also mask-free.

Slow drive thru and order is only correct about 50% of the time. I have come on various days and various times.

A nice Starbucks with super friendly staff, but twice in a row now they gave me the completely wrong order. Last time I ordered in-store, and was charged for and given two cake pops I didn’t order. (By the time I noticed, I was back at work.) Today, I placed a mobile order for a London Fog, and whatever drink I received...was not a London Fog. I used to be a supervisor at Starbucks and I don’t even know what it is. I can tell it has espresso in it, but it tastes too weird to be a regular latte. Will be triple checking my orders before leaving if I ever visit again.

You never have enough people working and to that end you turn off the mobile ordering too much . . .

I give it 3 stars because I do love Starbucks. Today was the first time Ive used mobile order and just as I suspected, as for me its better to order in store, I ordered a drink and in the order I chose no foam with whipped cream and extra hot. I got there within 6 minutes. When I removed the lid I can see that there was foam and no whipped cream and it really wasnt extra hot. My sandwich was warm. Other than that, its okay.

I had a good experience at this Starbucks. I walked in, placed my order, and it was ready pretty fast. The staff was friendly and efficient, and they were able to get our order ready quickly. My order was delicious, and I liked my experience here.

Overall great food and drinks but BEWARE WHEN THEY ASKS YOU FOR THE DEBIT/CREDIT CARDS, FEW EMPLOYEES CHARGED YOU DOUBLE than they normally do. Just ask for swipe machine. Which I will do next time. At least one sweetheart girl gave me a refunds (still havent received any refunds yet) but she at least helped me get my money back for charging double that day. Anyways always ASK FOR SWIPE MACHINE anywhere you go.

I love Starbucks and this one in Miami Lakes didnt disappoint. Very roomy and clean, the associates gave me a full refund of my drink when an add on I had paid for online wasnt available. Will be back for sure. This is what customer service is all about.

If you need to do a mobile order do not come to this Starbucks. They make all orders go through the drivethru so you have to wait for them to make all the orders in front of you! Defeats the purpose. They should cancel mobile order at this location. Go to a different Starbucks.

Although this Starbucks just opened I have already received fantastic service. There is a barista by the name of Michael who made my experience a memorable one. I definitely recommend that if youre in the neighborhood to stop by and enjoy the ambiance and great food.

Nice place/area, but despite having almost no one in line, it still took 10min to leave with a drink and an inconsideration for properly spelling an easy name like Dan! Also, at the price they charge for drinks, you’d expect them to not mess it up, which they did twice.

Ok, but their frap game is weak!

Theres an ample amount of seating available outside and inside with numerous power outlets for charging your devices! Theres also a drive thru available at this location and they seem to be pretty quick, seriously I never see a drive thru line at this location! Definitely not your average Starbucks! The only downside really to this location is the inside tends to have the air conditioning up all the way to freezing temperatures. Besides that, this is a great new Starbucks location.

Well at first it was great all around but now every time i go they have run out of the stuff i want,like i went last week in the morning around 11am and ordered a Jade Citrus Mint tea and they said they did not have any they only had the Mint one...So i said alright ill take that and a breakfast sandwich they said sorry we do have any sandwiches either..So at that point i gave up and said for get it then and had to go to the other Starbucks in Miami Lakes that always has everything but its just farther away for me...Well then the other night my husband gos to this Starbucks again and orders a Jade Citrus Mint Tea and guess what they said? Sorry we dont have any and no Banana bread either,REALLY! Ok thats it... We give up on this location..We now drive a little further but always get what we want.

HORRIBLE customer service. The barista forgot to give me my change. I called several times and they would either hang up or answer and put me on mute. I finally had to call the headquarter to resolve the issue and thankfully they put the money in my card. I will never go to this Starbucks. They lost my business.
