Im changing my review from 5 stars to 2, Why is there a line back to the door 4 ppl making bagels and only 1 cashier? I normally love this location but lately it seems like the in store guests dont matter.

Good food and service but needs to be cleaned better. I saw thd lady cleaning the tables with the same rag she used to clean the garbage area . Totally disgusting 😑

Einstein Bros. Has many locations throughout Miami, this one has plenty of parking and seating area including outside.Their staff was friendly and helpful, the location clean and service was relatively quick.We order bagels for a company meeting today and some for us to eat there despite the fact that our order had a couple of dozen bagels and a dozen of brownies (extremely delicious) by the way they didn’t offer plates, forks or napkins until we asked for them.Try the Asiago or Jalapeño & Cheddar Cheese bagels with Low Fat or Regular Cream and Cheese you will like them.@Isaacpaiz

My family and me go there very often because we love the different types of bagels they give. They are awesome!! If you havent gone there i recommend to go!!

Wow! I hadnt been to Einstein in years and it wont be that long until Ive eat here again. Actually Ill eat here next weekend. We ordered a dream with 2 bacon bagel sandwiches, 2 hashbrowns and 2 muffins. Firstly, all the food was amazing. Second, all that food was $16. Wow! Cheaper than McDonalds breakfast and cheaper than Latin American Grill breakfast. Also you get full from this meal but happy full. I cant wait to eat here again!

It needs to improve the way things are prepared, example: Bagels ordered toasted they were not, coffee was not hot enough, take out order. Disappointed it use to be very good, hope improvement is made.

I ordered the egg and cheese on everything. My son had the Farmhouse and he loved it. The bagels were fresh and the service was excellent. There was a line but it moved fast. 5 star todays visit

I go here very often and had never had an issue and I was insulted in Spanish today by the woman making the coffees at the end of the line, she was upset that I made a change in the order but I hadn’t even paid for anything yet and I wasn’t even done with what I wanted and she proceeded to speak unprofessionally about me in Spanish as if I myself am not a Spanish speaker. I am not sure what her name was cause she was extremely rude and slid the order at me. She had black straight hair and was clearly Hispanic. Very horrible experience.

Called over 49 times in the span of 3 hours to cancel a curbside order and receive a refund and none of my 49 calls were answered. Absolutely disgusting customer service.

I just moved in to the area even though Ive been in this area for all my life. This is my neighborhood Einsteins. With that being said Ive been in here maybe 10 times in the last 5 months and now I come more regular and will becoming more regular. They Know My Name They treat me well they say hello its a pleasure for me to tip them extremely well too and I say well $10 no $8 meal on cant give him five bucks okay why. They make me happy they make me comfortable they do not do it with a an attitude they do it with a smile and it is a pleasure for me to reciprocate back to them. Maria store that says its phenomenal Mike set me up on the rewards program. I did not do it he did it for me. They all know my name. Sometimes I come in like a bat out of hell and Im really really really stressed for time. But I still wait patiently I know what Im looking for they appreciate me and that is very important to me. So I can spend my money anywhere I want. But to be appreciated okay and sometimes its just a simple thank you thats it here you go. When they call me sir I get upset. Just call me how they know it and but that courtesy is greatly appreciated. So the store is very very very very well run.

Went on Monday to get there great bagels, got there at 1:40pm and there doors were locked. Told us they had no more bagels. No coffee, no sandwiches, no cream cheese? Not the way to run a business thats open until 2pm.

Wow! Dont recall Einstein Bros being this good! Lots to select from and its super yummy. Dont come here if youre on a diet. Unless youre taking a break from it. Coffee is outstanding too. Wow, cant wait to return!

Love Einstein Bagels! Great bagel sandwiches. I had the Turkey sausage, egg and cheese. It was cooked perfect and hit the spot. Not too much nor too little! And their coffee is a MUST! Absolutely love their hazelnut flavor coffee!

So we went to Einstein bagel and they had a bunch of tables inside upside down not for use and three tables outside with a whole patio area empty so we had to sit on the side of the sidewalk and eat our breakfast, we asked the staff if we can take some tables outside and they told us they’re not allowed very poor customer service

Bagels and coffee are great. Lines are long. Service can be an issue but I’ve bypassed that by getting the app.

I liked my experience at Einsteins. I ordered the French toast and apple cinnamon bagels, and they were fantastic. I opted not to add a spread and the sweetness of the bagels gave me what I needed for breakfast. The customer service was good as well. I would like to go back.

This is by far the best breakfast place you can have.

Weve been living on the west side of Miami Lakes for quite awhile and were at this Einstein at least 3 times a week. the service is usually pretty good. the food is almost always perfect. I enjoy this location. there is always room for improvement but if you ask me they are pretty standard across the board.

I must say, this is the worst Einstein Bagels I even been. The one in Pembroke Pines where I used to go is amazing compared to this one. Since I moved to Miami Lakes, this is near my house and they F*** up my food 4/5 times and not only that, the manager is oblivious to client complaints, which in more infuriating. Also, they never clean the tables and the place is DIRTY and nasty. I do not recommend this place, its VERY BAD managed. Now, if I want Einstein Bagels I rather drive to Pembroke Pines, its just sad the level of bad customer service and attention to detail in Miami Lakes. One of the times, I had 5 people get their food before me after I ordered. When I spoke to the manager she said oh we forgot to put yours in, and didnt offer anything to me to make me feel better. Its just ridiculous the place is being ran like this. Please HIRE a good manager to enhance the precarious operations and make this a CLEAN place!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Bagels are great.

The service was very slow. The bagel sandwich was cold and they forgot my coffee. Once I toasted the bagel at home, the sandwich was good.

Love the ship. Staff always has smiles and always nice. Only complaint I have is the bottled drinks are a bit pricey. Other than that awesome!

Your typical Einstein Brothers Bagels outlet. The bagels are great and this place has the jalapeno cheddar bagel and their spicy jalapeno salsa cream cheese. You cant go wrong here - it hits the spot every time.

We have been going to this location for years. Lately the quality of service has declined. Cold egg sandwiches, lack of attention to quality and many mistakes.

You guys forgot to place jelly on my bagels which i paid 1.20 extra for each and on top of that yall gave me the same blue berry muffins when i clearly said one blue berry and one chocolate coffee cake.. so yeah.. and yall took forever to get my order

Super disappointed. I drove out of the way to come to this location hoping it would be as good as previous ratings. The bagel itself was ok but the inside was gross. The slice of cheese wasnt even melted and i asked for peppered bacon and i received the half a sliver of regular bacon. Boo! Ill stick to the regular one i go to.

Great bagels, nice people; super messy, however. Several large garbage cans populated the buildings exterior. Inside, most of the tables were littered with crumbs and napkins were scattered on the floor. To be fair, the place was packed and they seemed to be serving everyone quickly. Possibly a staffing issue?

Great food and coffee. Bad morning. Called to place an order for pick up twice. Second time im left on hold for 20 minutes so i gave up. I arrived at the location still on hold and placed an order there was no line. Cant imagine this happens often thats the reason for not putting 1 star. But as a general manager (maria this morning) i wouldnt let that happen.

Being used to amazing New York bagels, the food here is underwhelming to say the least. But its pretty much the best bagel you can expect to get in Florida. Also, as others have said, its a little messy.
