They need to update the hours of when they are opened and when they aren’t because I went for 2 days in a row and it said they were opened and they weren’t, also don’t waste your time and try to get your brim customized because they don’t want to touch used brims 😐

You really need to update your hours, they’re wrong for both open and close most days of the week

The Staff only sat around talking bad about working there & closing early every night because they hate it. They didn’t acknowledge anyone that came in the store. Many just walked out.

Good store! Lot of choice of baseball, basketball, football cap and shirt... BUT the new manufacturer of some cap as a not that good cap design ! I prefer new era.

Lids is the best place for caps they have everything.

I wish they had a none under the service section. No customer acknowledgement in the least and complete lack of urgency. I was so put off by the uncaring and unconcerned staff, that I simply placed my items I was going to purchase, back and walked out. I dont write reviews but I feel compelled to inform others that youre better off going to foot locker or the new era flagship store... they seem to appreciate the customer much more at those stores!

Just a heads up. Store hours are not correct. They have not been updated. Hours are Monday through Saturday 11am-7pm and Sunday 12pm-6pm

Pity has a lot of caps, but you have to check the ticket well when you go to pay because they charge more than what it says on the label. Better check it out before leaving the store. I was not convinced by the attitude of the people who work there. Too bad the store is very pretty.
