I love this place, it’s so incredibly unique !! The service is great I even was styled by this lady I think her name is Yolimmar, she helped me out a lot picking out the perfect outfit for my special occasion. Even though she doesn’t speak a lot of English and my Spanish is kinda rocky I had the best experience, is my go-to Miami boutique!!! I loved it ✨✨
If you want a normal customer experience do NOT go into this store. Never have I been so disrespected after kindly asking for assistance. The old lady at the register was on her phone the entire time, and after asking if I could try on a dress (mind you this is a no refund, return, or exchange store) she not only refused but she started yelling and pointing at me. Very poorly mannered. Very disappointing, no wonder it’s empty
This is the first review that I’ve ever written. I wish I could put zero stars as the rating. My experience at the store was horrendous – I went in with my sisters, excited to look at the different dresses but the old lady quickly turned our experience sour. It boggles my mind that women like her work in customer-facing careers. To start, she was completely unhelpful and when we kindly asked her basic questions, she yelled at us in a different language and pointed disrespectfully. All we wanted was to try/buy the dress in the front window display but she said it was too difficult to take it down...? Then why do you have it up? I walked out of there confused and completely turned off to anything rose gold. Will never step foot in there again.
