Goorins Bros. is one of my favorite hat stores. It is conveniently located on Lincoln Road in the shopping district. Staff is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this store if you want to find a hat that makes a statement.I was sad to hear there Canadian locations have closed due to the pandemic. The store in Vancouver was amazing. If we keep living in fear and responding with ignorance, we will lose more good businesses and create further unemployment. Time to move on and rebuild.

Great design, Average quality, bad costumer service!My new cap broke, took it to the store so they could fix it or exchange it. Sales guy said he couldn’t do anything about it giving me attitude like I was asking too much!Was a fan!

Found a beautiful Panama Hat. Paid a premium price but it was well worth it. Quality hats that are a step above other hat stores.

It might have been this whole covid situation but the line of hats they had was certainly meagre...not many options to try on and explore. Staff was very friendly and interested in helping but they need to up their game as far as inventory is concerned.

Nice hats but they should come at least with a storage box for the price, it was sad to see a hat seller using a regular shopping bag after purchasing.

Amazingly patient customer service. The guys really wanted to make sure we were completely satisfied, regardless of how much (or how little) we spent. Quality of hats is definitely superior.

Terrible customer service. My fiancé dented a cardboard box in the store by mistake and after apologizing to the lady in the store was charged $26 (for a barely noticeable damage to a piece of cardboard which is clearly covered by the stores insurance). I wouldve otherwise bought one of their hats but this petty behavior lost them my business.

Youre never going to beat the quality and style of a Goorin hat. A little on the pricey side compared to the hats you can easily buy in the tourist shops, but well worth the money.

The attendant who was today 11.08.19 at noon at the Lincoln Road store was classist, racist and unkind to tell us that he did not speak Spanish and that he did not have to. I treat my wife very badly and she repeatedly made fun of us. Simply unpresentable in these times, and less in a city and sector that lives on tourism.I would love to know if the owners feel represented and support this type of attitude to their salespeople, or think differently.
