Cookies are huge. Great option if you prefer chewy cookies over more crisp ones. I tried the s’mores, M&m Oreo and sprinkle ones. They were good but a bit too sweet for my preference. Packaging is super cute and staff was helpful. Hits the spot if you’re looking for a sweet treat.

Ordered with Uber eats and the order was preparing for almost 35 min. All 4 cookies came completely raw and undercooked (I would say hardly cooked). We couldn’t eat any of it

Horrible experience!!I put in a large order via postmates but only received half the order... I called them like a crazy ex girlfriend and they never picked up the phone. Would not recommend!

I came in unsure of what cookie I wanted and Melissa helped me figure out which is the best. She took the time to suggest which were the best based on what I liked. It was my first time here and she made it a pleasurable experience. Will definitely be back! Btw the double chocolate chip is the best!

Best cookies ever! I tried every flavor cookie and they were all good and moist. The ice cream was also delicious. I had the Nutella flavor and added orders and brownies. Highly recommend! 10/10

Went there last night as a treat for my daughter (but ended up being a treat for everyone).Never really a fan of this location because the ambiance is usually a downer with service to match—not that the one girl who’s usually there is rude but certainly not friendly, customer oriented, or appearing at all happy to be there which is what that role requires.Anyway we almost went somewhere else but sure glad we didn’t because we were in for a pleasant surprise.Looks like Management noticed they needed to work harder on the customer experience, to match their awesome cookies, and they did something about it.Staff was very friendly, attentive, and genuinely glad to be there helping their customers.Samples were offered and the customer experience was nothing short of amazing.They helped us with our decisions. When everything is so delicious it’s hard to pick the right cookie... so we got 5 !!Btw, they also adjusted pricing a bit so getting a box of 5 is PERFECT if you want to take some back home or for sharing (recommended).5-star worthy for sure.Parking is still a challenge but it’s South Beach. Can’t knock them for that.Would you expect parking if they were in another predominantly pedestrian town like say, NYC? Of course not.Cookies are hands down the best if you’re into big rich gooey cookies. These are def not the crispy over-baked ones coming out of your oven.The sprinkle sugar cookie samples were crazy good. These are my new favorite cookie however I went there for the pumpkin spice and I was on a mission.It was a good cookie. Daughter really liked it though I found myself wishing it had more pumpkin spice.Chocolate chip cookie was very, very good. Oreo / M&M cookie also delicious. I already told you about the sprinkle sugar cookie...They now have a red velvet that’s next on our list to try as well as the peanut [butter?] cookie.If you like coffee, they now have that as well.Place is tiny so don’t expect to stay there for hours (like Starbucks) however there is some room to sit outside should they decide to put small tables / chairs.Again, really appreciating the changes they’ve made. The 2 guys and the 1 woman who was there last night (Friday 9/27) were great.Can’t compliment them enough. I hope they’re there the next time we visit.They said they were changing things up and we can’t wait to go back again to see what other changes they’ve made and for more of Miami’s BEST cookies.If you’re in Miami, and love rich gooey cookies, you definitely need to check Phenomenom Cookies in South Beach out.-Ivan

The cookies are to die for. We love the oreo one with the M&Ms. My favorite ice cream flavor is Nutella. Can you guys make the water free again though? The ice cream is already pricey and you guys took away the water cooler. Not cool.

Went to phenomenom cookies on sad gloomy day, but once I entered the shop, a worker by the name of Jenni brightened up my day with her great attitude and excellent customer service. Defiantly an amazing place for amazing cookies!!!

When I went to Phenomenom Cookies I met this very young cute girl very short and brown hair she was sweet and worked with haste, u can’t find many places where the workers enjoy what they do and they work in a fast manner to accommodate every ones needs going to back soon and hope she’s working

Amazing cookies, terrible customer service. Walked in about 20 min ago, the store was not busy at all. The one girl working (with light brown hair and pink glitter nail extensions) was rude. I ordered my cookie, and had to WAIT for her to finish texting to pay for it and for her to go get it. Moreover she forgot all of the flavours my friends and I ordered. She was rude and unattentive, I’ve never encountered such poor service before.

Walked into the building, girl who’s named on our receipt Melissa C already had an attitude before we even said a word because we interrupted her FaceTime. My bf and I discussing what we should get....mentioned M&M cookie amongst ourselves and she literally rung us up and told us our total..... I looked at her with disbelief and a little ticked off. I didn’t even want to deal with her so we just paid for it. As we are leaving, I said sorry we interrupted your FT and she replied “yeah I know”. Lost a costumer today.

Just went in to buy some cookies at 11:45 and apparently they already closed the store. The girl said they close at 12 not sure why they already closed if I still had 15 mins to buy a cookie.

Showed up at 1:30 and it was closed!!!! She just looked at me from the inside and just laughed. Drove miles for this non sense, if you set a closing time you should promise that closing time if not then CHANGE IT
