Excellent customer service and very kind staff member! I wore my glasses in the ocean today and lost them. He generously gifted me some contact lenses (and contact lense solution) to wear for the duration of my trip! Very grateful for his kindness and would absolutely recommend this business.

To write a review of such a fantastic store is very difficult because I do not really know where to start. We have been customers for almost 20 years, but to be honest Aaron and Yadel really stand out, absolute treasures! Aaron has always been beyond helpful. He inspires confidence and reassurance. He is kind, knowledgeable, competent and reassuring. Excellent customer service and care! My parents have had various eye issues over the years. My mother has a certain taste and flair; Aaron and artistic ways, have far exceeded her expectations. She is delighted! Speaking of far exceeding expectations, this brings me to Yadel (I hope I spelled his name correctly!!!) Yadel is a gift! On a visit, my mother came home with such devastating information. Her eye surgeon did not give her proper care. Eyeglass Emporium took the time to explain to her what the surgeon missed and did not share with her. Needless to say our hearts were terribly heavy. Yadel reached out to her and reassured her that all was not lost and that he was going to think on this. Today after a follow up visit, my mother returned floating on air. Yadel told my mother hed been thinking of her problem, and told her he had an idea... THE SHEER GENIUS OF THIS IDEA... IS WELL GENIUS!!! Just knowing he thought of her and her problem and seriously put so much time and thought into figuring out a solution after her visit was beyond touching. We are forever grateful to him. I had bought glasses from lens crafter and were extremely expensive. My lens came out and the ear end part of the Ray Ban frame. I did not want to go back to them Instead I went to Eye glass Emporium. They fixed my glasses and minimally charged me for the fixing the frame. Very helpful and very honest.

Exceptionally nice staff. Great selection of eye-ware- from designer expensive, to reasonably priced. I get the works: progressive, transition, crystal coated which adds up, but it those are my choices. Theyre knowledgeable about what type of glasses will fit your face and the bridge of your nose. Other eyeglass stores have talked me into styles that ultimately were inappropriate for my face/nose and thus never quite fit correctly.Theyve also done perfect adjustedments -gratis- on my glasses-whether purchased there or not.Shop local- its worth it-especially now.(They have covid protections in place which include appointments to visit the store).

Beyond Excellent: April 2019 Wow: Ive used many eyeglass places over the years but these people were fantastic. Arron the owner was incredibly nice. His customer service attitude was beyond excellent. He called me regularly to update me about the several pairs of glasses I ordered. Amazing service. I was able to see him the same day. They made an exception for me and in and out within 40 min. We also appreciate that it new sunglasses frames with low nose bridge was reasonably priced. I ordered my contacts and had them the next day with no issues. Last week, I had a slight eye emergency and I contacted Eyeglass Emporium. Dr. Warren Gross immediately came to my rescue on his day off for an eye exam. He was able to diagnose and prescribe medication. By the end of the day, my eye was completely healed. :-)Thank you again Dr. Gross and all your wonderful staff!

Excellent high quality service! I bought glasses for the first time, and im grateful for my decision for going to Eyeglass Emporium. They helped me chose frames that fit me perfectly, and they offer an anti glare coat for night driving. After picking up the glasses and using them for 1 day, I noticed a purple reflection that I didn’t like. I called them, and they ended up changing the lenses to the non antiglare for free!Pleasantly surprised with the customer service, they could have easily charged me, but didn’t. High quality glass, and frames!

I have been wearing eyeglasses for a very long time. When I first walked in the store it felt inviting and the people there were very informative. Every question I had they were able to answer. The turn around on the glasses was fast. In other places it would take about 1 week to get the glasses, but they were able to have it the next day for me. I highly recommend this optical to everyone who is serious about there glasses. 5 star placeyou wont be disappointed.

I was staying at Miami Beach for vacation with my husband and my sunglasses fell apart while I was walking. One of the screws came out. I asked our hotel front desk if they had a tiny screw driver for glasses and they didnt have it. So I went to Eyeglasses Emporium which was 20 minutes from our hotel. A very kind man who works there(I forgot to ask his name) fixed my sunglasses for free. He not only tightened the screw that came out but also tighten other parts and cleaned the lenses as well. My old sunglasses came out like a new pair. I tried to pay for him but he politely refused and wished us to have a nice day in Miami Beach. How nice of him! His hospitality left us a very good impression about people in Miami Beach too. My sunglasses fit better than ever and I highly recommend this place. Thank you!

EYEGLASSES EMPORIUM IS A LIFESAVER, I damaged the lenses on my glasses and desperately needed a replacement. I called vision works where i recently had my exam and they advised that not only the cost would be $250 to replace my lenses but that it would take 10-15 business days. I called a lot of places in Miami and finally came across Eyeglasses Emporium who were able to have my glasses done the very next for only $181 and they gave me a year warranty, they told me i can scratch them even if its my fault they will fix it.Im very happy with the experience I had and will definitely make them my go to for all eyeglasses and optometry needs.

Was staying in Miami and lost my glasses on the beach the day before I was to get on a cruise. Which for someone who cant see anything would have ruined the entire trip. I was able to get a copy of my prescription from back home via email. I walked into the store and had quality glasses made for me within an hour for around $300.00 which is less then I pay when I order them at home. The staff was super friendly and helpful and they saved my vacation! 5 stars all day.

Very professional staff and very courteous. Highly recommended. On a recent trip to Miami I forgot to bring my daily contact lens and they promptly helped me find the ones I needed. Furthermore, when they learnt that I was in Miami only for a few days, instead of trying to sell me the full box, they graciously gave me 5 pairs for free!!

Really excellent and friendly service. My glasses frames snapped on the flight out to Miami (Im from the UK). Aaron helped me find a new pair of frames that would fit my existing lenses and popped them in; no trouble at all. Ive purchased contact lenses and eyeglasses from Eyeglass Emporium and I was very pleased with the selection and attention to customer service. It shows why they have been in business since 1969. Very impressed and I highly recommend them.

I recently traveled to Miami from Bermuda and had a very painful right eye upon arrival. I went to the Eyeglass Emporium and was well taken care of! The staff were friendly, accomodating and very professional! I was relieved when I found out that my pain was the result of a misfitted contact lens which Dr. Gross quickly identified as the issue, and properly treated the situation before it became something more serious such as the development of an eye ulcer. I now have properly fitted contacts thanks to Dr. Gross, and a new pair of glasses (which I received great help from Mr. Lien) and I am happy that I discovered this business! I highly recommend this business for eye exams and prescription glasses/contact lenses :)

I lost my contact lenses on my way to Miami where i arrived on Sunday. I called the Eyeglass Emprium and asked if they can sell them to me right away. They said yes, but when I arrived they gave a semple ones to me for FREE. I also wanted to buy a casing for them, so I got one. For Free - along with solution to keep them in. They knew I wont be returning any time soon coz I told them Im from Europe and they still chose to help me for free anyway. I guess its one of those rare shops that cares for reputation and quality more than it does for a fast buck. You should definitely try them out - you should trust people that care for your eyes. While on a visit to Miami a contact lens split in my eye leaving a small fragment trapped high up in my eyelid. Being Sunday, practically all other optometrists were closed so I was resigning myself to a costly ER visit to remove the fragment. Then I saw that the Eyeglass Emporium was open for half the day and went over. I was told that the doctor doesnt work Sundays, but the attendant called him on his home number and he stopped in (on his day off!) and took me into the back where he put me in the optometrist chair and removed the fragment with his specialist light!He even did this free of charge! I asked him if I owed him anything and he simply responded: Do an act of kindness to someone this week, pay it forward and that was that. In a world filled with selfishness and shady business practices it is heart-warming to find this sort of kindness from a local neighborhood store.They also had some pretty slick looking Ray Ban frames in there that I may well go and take a look at when Im next in Miami.

This is a local shop that beats the chain stores for service and price. No baloney!
