I am visiting Miami for a wedding and developed a problem in my eye. I really needed to see a doctor and they made it happen on a Friday afternoon! I am so grateful and very appreciative for the doctor to see me. Their cameras and technical equipment are state of the art. All the staff I encountered were amazing and efficient. Fortunately I did not have the worst news and can carry on until I return to Orlando. If you live in the area, you have a great place to go for eye care!

Dr Roth is very talented and extremely thorough. He cares about his patients, is an expert in the field optometry and has a great chair side manner. He also has state of the art equipment. The staff is exceptional. They are always polite, kind and professional, they are a pleasure to deal with. There is not one bad thing I can say. I highly recommend Eye Desire.

My experience at Eye Desire was great! I made an appointment the day before and when I arrived I did not have to wait to be helped for even 1 minute. The staff was very kind and they explained everything they were doing in detail which was comforting. They offered an alternative service which Id never heard of before where they take pictures of the back of your eye instead of having to do the drops to dilate your eye. It was so quick, painless and only a $40 upcharge. $40 to save me roughly 3-4 hours of slightly blurred and sensitive vision was totally worth it. The only downside of the Miami Beach location is the parking, there are garages around but they are expensive as all Miami Beach parking is. However, I found a garage that was $5 for the hour so it wasnt bad just have to account for the extra time to park and walk to the eyecare center. Overall great experience, would highly recommend them!

Some years now, and Ive always felt at home every appointment or visit, not only the doctors, but every one there just makes you feel special. Aside from being so nice, they are the only place, after I tried a few in the past, that got it right with my exams and glasses, as well as my daughters ortho-K lenses, which most doctors around dont even know they exists. I hope and trust theyll keep up such fantastic work.Thanks!!!

I walked in and an Older women (50’s) at the front made a big deal about a mask. The front desk proceeded to give me one, not a problem for me.The same women not 5 minutes later proceeds to take off her mask and start a conversation with her coworker. When I called her out she said “it’s ok I’m just talking to him” I responded with “we either all wear a mask or we take it off” her responds was “no we are a medical office so we should have masks on” while she still has her mask off.I won’t be taking my business here again.She was in the middle of the office for all to see not the “back office”. I didn’t say I didn’t like the policy I said your front desk worker made a big deal about me having one on (which I dont mind wearing a mask) then she Proceeded to remove her mask.Spin the story how you like.

Always a pleasure dealing with the staff at Eye Desire. Dr. Roth is terrific and Patricia triple checked my frames to ensure the lens alignment was right. Looking forward to picking up my new glasses there in two weeks! A quality filled unit that I would recommend to anyone.

I am so happy that we still have a local optical store to go to who values customer service above everything else. This is the best local optical place in Miami Beach. The replacement monthly lens I packed from Arizona was empty. I found Eye Desire after trying several others. My Arizona optician was very slow faxing my prescription, requiring one call from me and two from the wonderful ladies at the desk. I finally was able to walk away with the correct sample lens thanks to these great people. I will be looking for a new Arizona optician that has this level of care for their patients.
