Came in the store the salesperson was so unpolite and unprofessional. Look like he was mad at something.Ask for a bike kicks stand he had to call the manager to see if they had it. Was displayed right and front of him and he didnt know. Ask the price he say $15 and after he install one screw he charged me $26. Almost the same price of the kickstand. Ask him why so expensive to put one screw he didnt know how to answer me and sad sorry i did not told you before. They owner should look better who to put in front of his store.

As a new EBike owner and rider I faced my worst nightmare while receiving my first ebike. Brakes were faulty and unfortunately had to be replaced. As a magnum dealer Ruben was able to assure me I’d be covered. Adrian was awesome and so helpful in so many aspects. Amazing bike shop, and with a good varieties of electric bikes, and scooters. It got to be even hard to pick a bike for me. But with the help of their good employees, I got to pick the right one.

Worst shopping experience I have ever seen, and I shop quite a bit. I walked in to buy a bike, after I touched one the owner said “looking and touching are two different things, we are closed” Avoid.

This shop is perfectly situated on the Venetian causeway right by the main bike path. I stopped in because my tires lost a ton of air while riding and one of the employees (unfortunately I didnt get his name) helped me check how much air my tires needed and helped me fill my tires with their self-service air pump. He even checked to see if he could hear the air leaving the tires and I was relieved to have that help. Im newer to riding and was borrowing the bike, so I had no idea what to do myself. He was incredibly friendly and had great customer service skills! I really appreciated the help, I was 8 miles from home and it was getting dark out. I couldnt recommend them more and I will definitely spread the word about them!

I took my road bike in for service and was very impressed. The bike mechanic Adrian was spent a lot of detective work figuring out why my derailleur wasnt working properly and now it is working better than it has in a long time. If you are looking to have your bike serviced or repaired I would recommend them. They are also reasonably priced.

Ruben at Vene saved me today! I was out for a ride when I realized my tire had gone flat. Vene was a short walk away and Ruben answered quickly when I called and asked if he could repair it for me. Once I got there, he was super kind and did a great job fixing my bike! He answered a million questions I had about how to care for my bike (I’m a new rider) and the products they have in store. It’s a super nice and clean shop, and Ruben was really great to work with! I’m so glad we have them in the neighborhood and highly recommend them!

Adrian was the sweetest! I was biking with 3 other friends and one of them got a completely flat tire just 5 minutes away from Vene (beware of the pump near the park, it does not work!!!). Luckily we found this shop! Adrian helped us check our PSI and filled all of our tires for free! My bike rode so smooth afterwards.

Great service!! Got a flat tire riding my bike, went into the shop and Alex was quick to help me out, I had no way to get home so he stopped what he was doing and worked on my bike first. After I left I continued riding and the tire went flat again... Went to the shop and Alex again stopped everything to help me out and figure out was was wrong. I called Adrian due to an issue with my Cannondale mountain bike; I was riding this day from downtown MIA to Purdy Ave with a goal of exercise and a good lunch @ Sardinia Enoteca. He advised me to bring it in.I left my bike with Adrian while we had lunch and he not only corrected my brake problem but completely tuned up my gears which were really in need.I believe Adrian is a good soul and I am so grateful for his help that day. He charged me more than fairly. I honestly expected a lot more. I HIGHLY recommend his shop and services; I am going to return and try out his electric scooters next time.

Ruben and Jacob are knowledgeable, experienced with working on electric scooters. I was looking for a place to replace the front motorized tire on 2 of my Xiaomi M365 scooters and most of the scooter repair shops did not work on electric scooters and the other one I did find, was not able to work on mine for another 2 days. I read the review above and decided to give this place try and was very impressed. They set up of the shop is very organized and I was able to watch them work on my scooters while there. After replacing the first tire, the second was done is less than half the time of the first and they did a great job on both scooters. Would definitely recommend this shop for any and everyone looking for electric scooter repairs. 10/10.

Had to bring in our personal scooters for some new tires. These guys fixed it in a day. This is the only place I have found that fixes scooters. Will totally use them again and again
