Jo Malone in South Beach is my favorite place. I live 30 to 40 minutes away from the store and I dont mind driving to this particular site because of the best customer service I am always given all the time. As soon as you enter the store, they greet you with a big smile. From the staff to the manager, they give personal utmost service. They certainly take time to help you pick out what you want. They are very knowledgeable with all the products. Lorrie and Jennifer are beyond amazing. I recommend this place 100%. I LOVE THIS PLACE...my happy place.

My friend loves this brand and today she wanted to go in and smell some stuff. I was not going in to purchase anything ;) but things played out very differently . Lorrie was girl that helped us and she was the sweetest . Super patient, attentive and kind. I ended up getting 3 fragrances, first because they smell amazing and second because Lorrie . She is epitome of an outstanding customer service . When I came home and opened my box, my jaw literally dropped, she packed sooo many little gifts in there. Thank you Lorrie . I would totally recommend this place, fragrances and customer service are excellent.
