All the area around is great to walk around, this mac store has great staff, they help me out with my needs, and as usual I purchased more than what I supposed to.

Amazing service at this store! I visited on a Friday afternoon and they were able to fit me in for a makeup application on the spot. Claudia did my makeup and was so friendly and helpful. She made great suggestions and sent me home with some samples I loved. Thank you to everyone at the store for a lovely visit!

Class A Pro store. Fantastic staff and extremely knowledgeable. As a black metal musician, my friend and I were treated like the staff were our best friends from high school. Will totally visit this location again. They carry some of the most corpse paint on the planet.

Such a fabulous experience here- I’m done with Sephora. Found my perfect shades, and the lady who worked with me spent time trying out different techniques and products with no pressure. Definitely coming back to this place.

I went there and asked could they put my lashes on which I know they do and the lady refused to help she said and I quote “your eye lashes are already long, so you really don’t need fake lashes” I didn’t ask for a mirror on my looks, I asked for my lashes to be done . She didn’t assist me with anything I came in for but instead tried to convince me to buy unnecessary things . Really don’t like this Mac store 👎🏽

Top of the line make up and the make up artists (especially Dee) are amazing. I was hit in the face and had black tie event the next day and she made me flawless. Love

Beautiful store with a huge selection of makeup. They allow you to try on the makeup before you purchase, which really helps, and the lighting is really good. The salesperson was friendly and helpful. Will come again.

I think Lincoln roads Mac store is the most nicest or out of the three that Ive been to compared to Aventura and Miami they have a stocked inventory all the time of all your favorite products and the staff is helpful.

The girls in there are all beautiful and sweet...Ive been there a ton of times for products and professional makeup and its been awesome. Renee and Yvonne both did my makeup and I loved it!!

The worst customer service i ve ever had! I really needed help, but none of the girls even tried to pay attention to me. I have asked for their help multiple times, and nope they were all “preoccupied”. I am never going back there again

The customer service is off. They must be understaffed. But surprisingly the clients here are just down right rude. I had to buy some travel make up wipes while visiting Miami. Houston you are a class apart. It was just down right weird. They need an energy make over and need more staff.

WORST MAC STORE EVER!!!!! I am a South Beach local and I purchase from here about 1-2 times a month and I have never been addressed or even been recognized when entering the store. As a matter a fact I have a young appearance and dress casual when I shop, so they dont even have the audacity to greet/assist me because I dont look like a High Roller. Its not like i go in there to purchase 1 item but purchase around $100 a visit. Its a shame to have a high quality store have the poorest customer service (I work in the Hospitality Industry on South Beach). I understand they may have a high turn around but still isnt justice for expectations of a prestige company like this one.

This is probably the worst MAC/Cosmetics store I have ever been to. The two girls there were so unenthusiastic about being there it made me want to walk out but I decided to give them a chance. The first MUA looked at me so rudely and eventually said hi and asked if I needed help but her attitude was terrible and so nonchalant so I didnt ask her for help. So I tried the second MUA and she was just as bad but at least I eventually got her to smile. They were too preoccupied in a seemed to be regular and her dog that came in the store. I will never ever return to this store. As a make-up collector I have never seen a MAC store this bad. Save your time and money from this store and go to the store in Aventura where everyone is friendly and has a smile on and willing to help you and HAPPY to help you. Im probably going to return my purchases from this store and go to Aventura.
