This is a good Sephora, nice staff, it’s in a great mall. Touristy busy spot so there are often items unavailable, I’m not sure if that’s the reason or simply there are certain things they don’t carry. Overall always very clean, very nice staff easy experience finding my products!

Really good friendly staff. Love the make up. I go in there a lot to powder my face.hard to stay beautiful living outdoors here in south beach. There makeup is top of the line. It stays on all day.Be warned..use the disposable aplicaters. Or you will end up with pink eye.Tell em kitty sent you. Just added new photos outside saphora. Did the make up at saphora of course.

I just left on September 4th and I frequently buy products from this location and today I just stopped in to show my friend some Fenty products he should get and we were racially profiled by the little Asian associate along with their security guard. I’ve never been so offended in my life. I mentioned it to another Alex or Randy I believe, he said he’d mention it to a manager but that never fixes the issue.Sephora do better

Wow! Juan changed my life! My face has always been very difficult with super sensitive skin, rosacea, acne, big pores, sun spots, you name it! Juan introduced this CC cream to me and it did change my life for the better! The knowledge he had of this product, and what an amazing product! Bye bye primers, sunscreens and foundations, this cream has it al and Juan found the perfect shade for my skin, and my aunt’s too. Thank you Juan!

I bought makeup that was not my skin tone, I explained this to the manager Luis, however he refused to return my product even though I had the receipt and it was less than 30 days. He has the worst attitude ever, I don’t understand how someone like him actually has the position of a manager…? This guy is useless, rude, and has a horrible attitude. This manager should be working at Walmart, he would do great there.Never coming to this Sephora again. There are other Sephora’s in Miami that will treat their LOYAL customers right.

Same thing that happened to the other reviewer happened to me. Went there with over 10 minutes before closing and the doors were shut, even though there were plenty of people inside still looking around. Wondering if thats the policy at Sephora to close before the closing time and seems like it happens pretty frequently if multiple customers are experiencing it. Another girl showed up while I was there and of course they wouldnt let her in either. Wonder how corporate feels about this.

Alina was very helpful & polite. I don’t know much about makeup but she was very detailed and informative. Very pleased with her customer service.

Horrible experience. I got there a couple minutes before closing, the manager I believe his name is Luis, would not let me in. There were a bunch of customers browsing the store and shopping. He opened the door to let a customer out, and I took this time to ask him why I can’t go in if they close at 7pm. He proceeded to tell me “too bad, I don’t have enough employees and I’m not letting you in.” He pulled the door handle aggressively and proceeded to lock the door. I left very upset. What a let down Sephora, your HR needs to hire better people and improve customer service.

During my visit to Miami this time, I knew I had to go to the Miami Sophora. And Im happy with my purchase. I had this sales guy who was so informative, and polite. Because its alot going on in the makeup store and you gotta know where and what yr doing there. But this guy guided me so kindly through the store(and all while working other task) telling me about all kinds of things helping me get the exact item that I really came for. Im also thinking about that grapefruit candle! Wow! Thanks 👍

Went to the store to purchase eyeliner They were sold out of almost all the black but tried to convince me to get brown and will look the sameFinally found one company that I liked Went home and found the liquid liner was dried outTheir store manager Luis Refused to refund the money Guess customer service not so important to them
