I booked an appointment with Zana in hopes of making my mullet not a mullet anymore. I had breakage from bleaching my hair and wanted to fix it so it looked decent when i wore it down. Zana took me step by step over the best choices for me. She did not oversell me on a full head. We installed 6 pieces of tape ins. She was very professional, very friendly and most importantly very honest. I would def go back to her. The quality of the hair is great and she had it in stock so i did not have to return. After I had an allergic reaction to homemade glue in extensions I was in desperate search for the best extension salon. I came in for a consultation and I was skeptic because of the horrible experience I had with the allergic reaction. I decided to go and get them put in because although I am cuban I have very fine hair. I had them put in and was in love. The husband and wife team are extremely knowledgeable and I LOVED the extensions. Everyone has told me how beautiful my hair looks and has grown. Only me and extension king know it is our little secret that they are extensions. I went back for second time and they even corrected my color due to a mess in color that was created by another salon. I love my second round of extensions and the color is beautiful. Best extensions ever!! I initially went to Extension King to have my previous extensions removed and saw what a great job they did on the girl next to me. The next day I went back and for a third of what I paid in NY, they gave me a set of 100 pieces, cold-fused, that lasted 5 months and would have last longer. I didnt lose a single piece in all that time and they looked completely natural. I would go back to Extension King in a heart beat in fact I wouldnt go anywhere else. Thank you!!

Zana is hands down the most knowledgeable and honest extension girl in town. She knows hair extension colour, texture, and maintenance for every kind of hair. She only buys top grade European hair. She hand sewed clips onto my new rows and styled the pieces with professional trimmers. I can from Canada to see her and I came back a month later to buy more! If you are new to wearing extensions or tired of getting tricked into buying bad quality hair then go see Zana and she will take care of you.

I implore you NOT to use the services of this salon. Due to the poor application of the extensions they applied, I have been left with two bald patches caused by traction alopecia. The extensions were applied in large sections and extremely tight to my scalp, it was incredibly uncomfortable for many weeks. After visiting a great lengths certified salon, the hair stylists advised me that it was amongst the worst applied hair extensions theyd ever seen. I do not believe that the quality of this salon is professional, and the customer service leaves much to be desired, with distractions such as the owners children running around the salon, not to mention more attention being paid to a person handing in a CV than the client in the chair. Please do your research and make sure you know the risks of hair extensions, and should you decide you still want them, make sure you go to an exceptional establishment.

Im in with the Ombre trend, and this is because of Extension Kings fabulous human hair extensions. Its such a great way to celebrate Christmas and New year with my new hair style. I enjoyed each type of hair extensions I fitted for free but settled with the Ombre hair extensions because this really looks good on me, I feel like Im one of those famous celebrities. I had Indian remy hair put on with their cold press technique. They blended extensions to my burnt hair and it looks so natural & beautiful. It felt like my old self.Highly recommend this place.

It was my first time hair extension experience. Justin and Zhanna did a great job. My hair did not get damaged a lot, and removal procedure was very gentle and careful. Zhanna has given me advices on products I should use to have my hair look great (I was able to purchase them at the spot), Justin showed me the ways I should style my hair (i have very fine hair). This place is great she accommodates me last minute i bought tape on hair extensions from her last year and there still lasting you cant tell there extensions and they maneuver wonderful best hair quality and best work i never met justin her husband but she is absolute amazing!!! Today was my 4th time coming there for hair extensions. Owners Justin and Zhanna are amazing: friendly and customer-oriented. Salon has only one stylist working at a time, which gives private feeling and no “chatter noise” of other people. Within all my 4 appointments, I was the only client there, and was able to work on my laptop (which is perfect, if booking appointment within business hours). Zhanna did my hair extensions last 2 times, and has done amazing job! It’s cold fusion extensions, strand by strand, baby Russian blonde hair type. Extensions last until removed; don’t slide off. She is fast, accurate, detailed, patient, with “customer in-mind”. Zhanna makes me part of the process, listens to my preferences, gives suggestions based on my hair type and natural color. Overall, amazing salon for hair extensions! Highly recommend to everybody interested! 5 star experience!

I bought a couptessa voucher for eyebrow threading, when I called to make an appointment, the guy who answered was extremely rude. He had no clue when the lady for the threading was going to be in the salon and then told me someone will retun my call in a week to then let me know the only day she would be doing eyebrows! He then rudely told me he had to go and hung up on me! I then called back, and after a chid answered the phone, he got on the phone and I just asked for his name and he hung up on me again! NO SERVICE OR KNOWLEDGE WHATSOEVER! I havent even been there, and now I know never want to go.
