I wasn’t expecting to be this pleased with my experience at Sally Beauty supply but I really and truly was.I ordered something online to pick up in store (eyelash glue remover is never there when you need it, am I right?) and the ladies working there were so helpful and lovely, I was positively floored.The product was good, as expected but the customer service was out of this world. Thank you!

Bought some clippers here and tried to return them as they were faulty. They claimed they couldn’t return Clippers but the receipt clearly said you could return them if they were unused and with receipt. I came in on Sunday at 1pm and both the young girl and older lady were rude when I told them to read the receipt. I took my broken clippers and walked out. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!

Have only been here a few times to this location and it was always nice. This time the experience was awful. The prices have been raised on everything and there is no one to assist with questions. The line to check out takes forever and it was a whole, slow, rude experience for my friend to purchase a $3 bottle of nail polish.

Had a pleasant experience today. Brittaney was very helpful & full of knowledge on the products in the store. Will be back.

As a newbie to dying my hair I had no idea what to do or purchase. The gentleman working was so helpful and explained everything. He even recommended a product to mix with my hair color and developer to strengthen my hair. Very happy and will be back!

The ladies that work at this store are SO RUDE!!! I have never had a pleasant experience in the store. I left work early today hoping to make it to the store but they were closed early due to covid and the hours are not updated on the website. They have a very tiny sign at the door when he i missed at first. I tried pulling the door but it was locked so i knocked the lady inside saw me and just looked at me and carry on totally ignoring me. It would of taken her less than a few seconds to say they are closed.

This beauty supply store has all things from South Korea. Price is competitive, selection is huge and staff are friendly and eager to assist in finding you the right product.

Very friendly staff. The manager alex is very helpful. He went out of his way to help me find the hair product that was just right for me. Will definitely be returning to this store.

The two stars are for the excellent selection of haircare products for textured hair, and in general. Everything from As I am (even the newer collections), all Mane Choice lines, etc. However, the horrible attitude of one of the workers made me leave the store with a bad taste in my mouth. Very unprofessional and rude. Not happy with the customer service whatsoever. It’s really a shame considering all the must have products they carry.

We are on vacation in South Beach and had a hairtastrophe we needed the nearest hair store quick! Although Sallys didnt have what we were looking for. They did have a alternative! The Kanakolon hair wasnt a bad quality. The only reason I give 3 star is strictly the location. It should be in South Beach.

Terrible service.Called to ask a question that would take little time to answer (if they had something in stock).The woman who was there barely spoke English and was EXTREMELY impatient at me asking the question. I was only on the call for 20 seconds before she would loudly express her annoyance in Spanish and hang up on me like that TWICE.VERY unprofessional. As an avid sallys’ shopper, if you have hair questions- this stores employee seems like the last person you’d want to seek out help from.

Very organized and clean store, great customer service. Parking issues but you always find an spot.

The clerks are slow paced and look sleepy all the time. They dont smile. Maybe they need more sales associates. They speak English, but arent very conversational at all. The lady said she loves the nail polish I chose, but I just used it and it is the worst Ive used. (FP fast dry polish) Im a professional so Im sure it isnt me hehe. Other than that, I always come here to stock up for business and personal use because its the closest location!!

I go to the store in Miami Beach every week because the team help me to find the products that i looking for,in special el manager Alexis Hernandez. the team is very professional..they establish a great relationship with me and other customer,under a very polite and professional comunication..The store is clean and vey well facing.Every month they suggest about news items with special prices. Also employees suggest about to get into sally beauty rewardas programas.... It make me happy because i receive coupons and save my money.congratullations a alexis Hernandez and his team....are doing great job in sally beauty store

Dont park in this place if you dont want to lose your car for tow companies. I spended 250 bucks to get my car again.

No body ever answer phone..Never ever...if you need to order..or ask if product available.

Small shop but with a large assortment of merchandise. The only place in South beach where I got Spanish hair removal wax. Easy access and parking. The lady who attended me was very attentive, always with a smile and predisposition.
